Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Nothing was offered I want a refund as they promised they would not update my firmware from to which they did I told the man who I entered into a verbal contract with that if they were going to update my firmware refund my money and cancel the order he assured me that no update would occurMy phone went to the with on it and came back with Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: If this problem occurred on my tv a year ago it would have been coveredI thank Samsung for covering the cost of parts but the repair cost $All people whose tv's became defective during the lawsuit/claim got the repairs coveredJust because my tv wasn't defective during the suit should not mean it doesn't get coveredThe repairs should be covered for the defective tv regardless of when the malfunction occursSamsung should back their products
