Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: THERE IS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO THIS TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband and I were literally just sitting there watching TV, when the screen suddenly began to fade and then went totally out When we tried to turn it back on, the screen only kept flashing and a line on the left hand side of the screen appeared THERE ARE NO CRACKS ON THE SCREEN ANYWHERE!!!! Not ONCE have you is sent one single technician to COME AND LOOK AT THIS TV!!!!!!! You have put me in touch with TWO DIFFERENT LOCAL REPAIR COMPANIES, only to CANCEL THEM at the VERY LAST MINUTE!!!!! This piece of junk Samsung TV has NOT HAD ANY PHYSICAL DAMAGE WHATSOEVER!!!!!! It has not been dropped, hit, pushed, moved or EVEN TOUCHED It has been sitting on our TV stand in our living room EVER SINCE WE PURCHASED IT MONTHS AGO!!!! The attorney general is now involved and our state has VERY strict consumer protection and lemon laws and THEY WILL ensure that Samsung replaces our TV that we JUST SPENT $ON MONTHS AGO!!!! I am also currently in the process of working with several news media outlets on this story and my own personal attorney to file suit against Samsung I also demand to know why Samsung has blocked me from posting on their official [redacted] page Censoring your customers is NEVER a good idea!!! The screen now has black "splotches" when viewing black or grey or dark screens in a dim or dark roomThis is now the third or fourth time I've had to send the device off to themI have asked them to just replace the device with the same modelI don't want an upgradeI'm not asking for a better phoneI'm just asking them to replace the phone so that I don't continue to have to send the phone back and be out of a phoneI have a baby due in June and its a real inconvenience for me to be out of my phoneI thank you so much for all of your help

I reviewed the complaint answer from the business Samsung Electronics and it seems that this is the same answer that I was given before I rejected this issue it seems that [redacted] is not going to do anything different from what she offered in her email to me that was rejected by me I do not feel this is a fair offer I have been thru a very difficult ordeal with the washer and dryer not operating properly and lost time and money trying to use them I never said they where broken but times they sent repair men to my home and said nothing was broken and need no repair I told Samsung that they did not do the job as a result I had clothes that never got in the water level to low and the dryer had to run at a much longer time to dry the clothes as the results I had damaged clothes ,higher electric bills and had to tote water to machine to cover clothes to wash everything now they do not want to cover the cost of full purchase price on sales receipt and only for damaged clothes they asked for pictures of clothing and price list and I sent those just of my clothes only total about that did not include linens or husbands clothes but I spent more for my clothes than hisI am lost as what to do but file for arbitration it has been going on now about months and my warranty will be up in November I think maybe they are stalling me on this issueplease advise me as what I should do next thank you for you help and support
