Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his phone Our system shows that based on the description of the damage Mr*** provided in the complaint (the scratch on the screen), it would not be considered mechanical breakdown due to the admitted incident (the keys scratching the phone) as opposed to some unknown error/malfunction with the device In this scenario, a claim should be filed as a physical damage claim, however this would mean that Mr [redacted] would need to pay a deductible Regrettably, no accommodations can be made for this claimThank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It took Samsung weeks to schedule an appointment for a technical visit and the customer service was very unprofessional we will never buy any electronics with Samsung and I work in a big retail store where we sell them, don't recommend them to any of our customersAll the inconvenience for a $tv we didn't expect that from themVery bad experience with Samsung, we even talk to executive and all of them are rude, nobody wants to solve the problem, we will expect some kind of rebate or courtesy for all this Regards, [redacted]
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: On 2/10/I sent the device back to Samsung I received notifications from Samsung stating the device was being fixed, which was a surprise to me since the device overheated I received a notification from Samsung on 2/16/stating the device was repaired and was being sent back to via UPS 2nd Day Air I have been without a good working phone since 1/28/and the phone was sent back 2nd Day Air instead of Next Day Air for the inconvenienceI received the phone on 2/20/and as soon as I powered the phone on around 10:am the battery life was at 95% at 11:30am the battery life was at 77% The phone is not holding powerAlso, While I was in the process of setting the phone up the phone became extremely “HOT” I know from owning a Samsung Sin the past that this is “NOT” normal I am hoping that I don’t have the same issue I think it is extremely unprofessional of Samsung to send me a repaired phone when my phone was less than months old and still within warranty I have a fear of picking the phone up and having the same thing happen again I would like to receive a new phone or a refund, so I can go to another brand I sent an email to [redacted] with Samsung regarding the issue I had yesterday, but I haven't received a response I am not happy with the solution I received from Samsung Regards, [redacted] ***
