Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It has been hours and I have no received an updateI just got off the phone with your ECR department and they once again confirmed that im due for a Galaxy Sphone however refused to give me a time frame as far as sending out the phoneThe representitive I spoke with was FalconI've called in over times to the 1-number each call takes over an hour to complete so this is now 30+ hours i've spent on the phone trying to resolve this matter with no resolution Regards, [redacted]

You lost my phone, and I shouldn't bear the burdon of figuring out how this occurredI plan on taking this case next to small claims court and hopefully I will get something resolved then I am rejecting this response because:

I am rejecting this response because: They did credit me some of my purchase price They shorted me the full refund amount I had already spent so much time on the phone fighting with them in regards to this already that I haven't called to waste more of my time and get mad

We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claim.Under the coverage section of the Samsung Standard Limited Warranty it is clearly stated that physical damage is not coveredSamsung has reviewed your product and confirmed an LCD crack is visible.Although not covered by warranty a one-time authorization has been made to repair the product.Once repair is complete the device will be returned.Thank you
