I had purchased a dishwasher from home depot in november of and installed the unit same monthWe started to experience a problem with the unit in early January I contacted Samsung since the unit was under warrantySamsung had a company come out to repair the unitThe repair company had to come out times to attempt to fix the unit until they deemed the unit not repairableI had to contact Samsung multiple times to get the unit exchanged, this process took over and a half months to finally get the unit scheduledThe major reason why is because they were having me go to lowes to have the exchange when I purchased the unit from home depotI had contacted home depot store and spoke to the manager who was trying to then help me get this issue resolvedIt appeared every time I contacted Samsung I had to start over from the beginning and they would try and attempt to diagnose the issue over the phone until they would then transfer me to a specialist who then would start all over from the beginningI would ask to speak to a supervisor but was told they would have to call me within hours which I never received a return phone callThey finally got me scheduled to have the unit replaced in my home and installed on 04-16-The company showed up at 9:am when they were scheduled at 8:with a washing machine and had to return to the warehouse to get my dishwasherThey returned with the unit at 12:and the unit was missing partsThe scary part was they sent a young girl who is a computer IT tech to install the dishwasherI had to give her tools, parts to install the unit, and I had to help install the unitThe unit was not installed properly and wasnt even checked for levelThe tech took over two hours to install the unit which wasnt wired correctly and the water lines leakedI had to give the tech the wire nuts for the wires and give plumbing tape to stop the leakI was very dissatisfied with the way Samsung has handle this issueI will never purchase or recommend samsung appliances to anyone I meetThey never once offered any sort of compensation for time or for customer satisfaction
