Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: im asking for a replacement to use while you guys repair the problems which you caused.I tried calling the maywood nj walk in center to have it repaired there but they dont pick up there phones I called for min straight just calling again and again and this was all done during there business hoursthis is just unacceptable Regards, [redacted]
Upon further review of Ms [redacted] complaint, our system shows the agent assigned to the claim spoke with her today, 11/10/to inform her that the unit has been deemed defective The agent offered Ms*** the option for an exchange or a refund for the unit Ms [redacted] opted for a refund and the agent submitted a refund request in the amount of $621.86; reference [redacted] for the unit The agent advised Ms [redacted] to hold on to the unit until the refund process is complete In regards to food loss compensation, our system shows a compensation check in the amount of $200.00; reference Txt [redacted] was issued on 10/25/for food loss Please allow 7-business days after the check has been mailed to receive itThank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case
Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his Samsung.com order Our system shows Mr [redacted] placed an order for a Galaxy S64GB (Unlocked) on 5/12/which was offered with a T-Mobile SIM CardMr [redacted] is stating that the Entertainment Kit was included on his order but was removedThe E-Commerce Group does not have the ability to remove an item from an orderE-Commerce can only submit a cancellation request for a product that is included on the orderWhen a product is cancelled from an order, the product will still be displayed but with a ""cancelled"" statusThe product was never included on Mr [redacted] 's order, so a cancellation request could not have been submitted for the Entertainment KitIn addition, the Entertainment Kit offer would have had to be added to Mr [redacted] 's cart before completing the order to be able to redeem the offerAn E-Commerce agent reviewed Mr [redacted] 's order and the Entertainment Kit was never added to the cartE-Commerce does not have the ability to add a promotional offer to an existing orderThe Entertainment Kit was being offered from 5/03/- 5/16/17, unfortunately Mr [redacted] will not be able to submit an offer claim for this promotion In regards to Mr [redacted] receiving an IPhone SE mobile device instead of the Galaxy S64GB (Unlocked), the Returns Group sent Mr [redacted] a return label; reference Return Tracking number(s): [redacted] on 6/17/for the IPhone SE mobile device and T-Mobile sim cardThe E-Commerce agent informed Mr [redacted] on 6/17/that a return label was sent and to proceed with the return of the products to avoid the label from expiring Mr [redacted] also requested a replacement for the orderThe E-Commerce agent spoke with the Returns coordinator when the first complaint was received and was informed that a replacement would not be able to be accommodatedE-Commerce would only be able to process a return and refund for the productLastly, Mr [redacted] confirmed he received the return tracking number for the return label for the IPhone SE mobile device however he never used the return label and the label has now expiredBased on the information provided by Mr [redacted] and in conjunction with what we have in our system, regrettably no accommodations can be made for this claim We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] complaint in regards to his television Our system shows the agent assigned to the claim spoke with Mr [redacted] on 10/18/to discuss the case The agent informed Mr [redacted] that a service request; reference Txt# [redacted] had been submitted on 10/17/(prior to him filing the Revdex.com complaint) and needed confirmation that he wanted to proceed with service Mr [redacted] confirmed with the agent that he would be proceeding with service on the unit An ASC agent has been in contact with Mr [redacted] to schedule the repair Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case
We are contacting you in efforts to retrieve your unit for evaluation In order to provide a resolution Samsung will need to evaluate your products We will need to request a UPS E-label be sent to your email address for shipment of the device to Samsung You will need to place the phone, battery and charger in the box and drop off the package at your nearest UPS location (not a drop box) for shipment Please remove any SIM, SD card or additional accessories used with the handset prior to shipment Please also note, the unit may have to undergo a software reflash during evaluation which will result in a loss of data if it has not already been backed up to external source Upon receipt of the handset we will begin evaluation and provide repair or replacement under the Samsung Standard Limited Warranty, or contact you if additional information is required Turnaround time for evaluation and resolution to be provided is typically 5-business days upon receipt of all products If you are in need of a device during this time we would suggest contacting your local carrier for possible loaner availability If you can please confirm your physical mailing address we will have the RMA processed on your behalf

I still feel like they should honor the price and so do alot of the people I knowAnd samsung definately could have made a better offer than a $ecertificate Because of this samsung has lost a good customer! It was the same power wire going to the drain pump that has broken off other times making this the 3rd timeOver a month of doing laundry at the laundry mat waiting over a month for a tech to come out and resplice the line againThis unit has been nothing but trouble since day and I've sank hundreds in repairs for the same issues the recalled items caused Regards, [redacted]
