Samsung has reviewed Mr*** complaint in regards to his phone and being charged for Premium Care Our system shows Mr*** was contacted to obtain his IMEI # which shows that his device is in warranty and he was charged for Premium Care At this time a refund is pending for this charge Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

We purchased what we thought was the Cadillac of washer/dryer sets in from Lowes This has been the worst major purchase we've ever made The front loader washer has had the motherboard replaced in July And now, the drum is locked up with black smoke pouring out the back A year old washer should not need repaired!!! The customer service for Lowes and Samsung is horrible I couldn't understand what the guy was telling me and I ended up calling different placthe advice of the each place I called Finally got a repairman coming but we've already waited a week to get someone out here and I know it will be another week or before my washer is back up and running again (based on past experience with the repair service)

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Good morning, Today is March 16th and a technician still hasn't showed up to repair the printerThis is the 3rd time they schedule an appointment, make me stay home and never show upThe company that is handling the warranty repair is called " [redacted] " and if you do a quick [redacted] you will see what reputation they have Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I have attempted to contact this business in regards to the email that I received because I was quite confused by it! They first referred to the product that rhe complaint is about as a tv when it is a dishwasherAlso the statement about the cancelled tickets is not correctI have had this issue multiple times with samsung where they do not schedule service and when I contact them to find out why they tell me the ticket was cancelled but have no further infoThe last ticket was I guess technically cancelled because the tech that came to my house was beligerant, disrespectful, rude and anything but helpfulI had to tell him to leave my house due to his behaviorI contacted samsung to make them aware of his actionsI'm not sure if that was properly documentedLast, the main cause for my confusion is that after this complaint was filed, I was contacted the following day to start the process of exchanging my dishwasherSo, I was quite confused when I received the subsequent e-mail from Ms.***This matter has not been handled by any means
