Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:SAMSUNG used aftermarket parts to repair my SAMSUNG GALAXY S6, thus voiding the warrantyThey did not offer an explanation as to why they did not usethe proper parts to repair my phoneSubsequently, VERIZON issued a dollar damaged device feeI told Verizon that unless they removed the charge, they would lose me as a customerEven though they were not at fault, Verizon resolved my problem..Why should Verizon be responsible for Samsung's mistake?
