Please DO NOT buy Samsung appliances I replaced my Sears after years with never having a problem but bought Samsung because I wanted stainless steelAfter years I have had all appliances serviced--Stove , Refrigerator, Microwave, and Dishwasher I wrote them a letter and of course I did not get the warranty so I was out of luck They are the worst appliances ever! Please do not waste your moneyThere is just my husband and myself so they do not get alot of wear and tear

Samsung has reviewed Ms [redacted] claim in regards to her washer Our system shows the agent who handled the claim spoke with Ms*** on 6/21/and informed her that the unit is OOW (Out of warranty) and she will need to find a local servicer to service her unit Ms*** told the agent that [redacted] ASC told her that her bearings needed to be replaced The agent informed Ms*** that the year warranty on the unit is for the motor part only and nothing else Ms*** stated that the *** tech told her that the motor will not work unless the bearings are replaced as well The agent advised Ms*** that Samsung would need documentation stating the motor needs to be replaced in addition to the bearings The agent informed Ms*** of *** parts but she stated that she will not call them The agent advised Ms*** that if she can prove that the motor was replaced, Samsung will reimburse her for the motor part only Ms*** told the agent that she will not have the unit repaired and will move forward with a different washer before ending the call Regrettably, no accommodations can be made for this claim at this time We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case Thank you

Samsung has reviewed Mr [redacted] claim in regards to his television Our system shows the agent who handled the complaint spoke with Mr [redacted] on 8/18/and advised him that based on the information from the previous repair (reference Txt# [redacted] ), the unit has been deemed physically damage which voids Samsung’s warrantyThe agent further advised Mr [redacted] that all the information he provided had been reviewed and due to the excessive damages, this would be considered either concealed or physical damage The agent went on to explain that Samsung cannot stipulate how the damage occurred, we can only go based off of our observation and the photos providedRegrettably based on the information Mr [redacted] provided and in conjunction with what we have in our system, due to the physical damage to the unit, no accommodations made for this claimThank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case
