I am rejecting this response because: The representative did not acknowledge the bad customer service I receviedI will no longer accept and Samsung product and will advise freiends and familyThis is not fair to any consumer when it was o fault of oursI would not reccomend no one to buy nothing from Samsung they will not honor what they said they will doI am still receiving emails stating that the Washer is no fixed and again that my appointment was canceledThey coste me a day of worlkI will like this to stay on there profile because consumer's need to know how Samsung treats there consumersThanks
