Samsung has reviewed Ms*** claim in regards to her refrigerator. Our system shows the agent who handled the claim spoke with Ms*** on 6/27/and explained to her that the pro-rated buyback refund offered for the unit is correct. The agent further explained that the

I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received the rebate therefore it does not seem that the rebate was processed fasterI've emailed the office of the president twice and have not received a response As I started in my original complaint this process was supposed to take 4- weekend and now has been monthsPlease help me with this because in the meantime I am paying for two washing machines when I only have one in my house.
