Samsung tries to accommodate our consumers with a resolution to the best of our ability on a case by case review. However in Mr*** case, the agent who handled his claim advised him on 5/17/when they spoke that the refund of $2,would be for the cost of the refrigerator (per the BOS he provided) and any additional fees or taxes would not be included Mr*** accepted the offer and sent in the acceptance documents to proceed with the refund he received. No additional accommodations will be made for this claim. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:
I still need to see if the service technician resolves the issue, so I don't want to close my Revdex.com complaint as of now
Also, the service provider has not confirmed yet if July works for them (which in itself would be much after the days response time as per Revdex.com), so I will have to reject the response by Samsung as being satisfactory for now, unless the whole issue is resolved

rejecting this response because: There is a sticker blatantly on the washer which explicitly says year warranty on motorThe motor on the washer is defective which has caused the barrel to make a very loud noise when in use. I have posted a video on *** so others are not misled by Samsung. ***First Samsung phones explode, now their washers may explode and burn one's house downStop messing with innocent lives.

We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claimOur records indicate that the package never arrived at Samsung's Plano, TX repair facility (UPS Tracking ***). Based on review there was no content in the package
once it reached the UPS Hub in Mesquite, TX. At that time a UPS Claim investigation was filed. Samsung cannot issue a replacement device due to the fact UPS must complete their investigation. This is typically an 8-business day procedure. When/if UPS approves the claim they will notify Samsung, and at that time a replacement would be requestedUnfortunately, Samsung cannot fulfill a replacement or refund request without completion of the investigationThank you
