I am rejecting this response because:
Samsung is stating the same thing over and over again---out of warranty. They do not accept responsibility that there is no
information or warning in the manual provided to inform the consumer that they must secure the tub when relocating the washer --whether it is under warranty or notI've asked that they repair, at their expense, the washer or provide a like kind washer with prorationSince they have refused on more than one occasion, I have no choice but to proceed on the federal level.

I am rejecting this response because: My phone has been gone since June 5th I have not received any updates I was not provided any response from Samsung USA regarding the status or I have not received any details of the repair I contacted the office of the president because the customer service was so bad but it seems that the office of the president is really bad as well.

Samsung has reviewed Mr***’s claim in regards to property damage to his home caused by their washer. Our system shows that Samsung Fire & Marine insurance was in contact with Mr*** yesterday, 3/07/and is in the process of resolving the claim. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. Thank you

We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claimAfter further review we have confirmed that per Samsung’s last evaluation internal liquid damage was found on the PBA (motherboard) of the phone. We cannot speculate how the damage occurred, but only
report our findings upon the initial evaluation. Unfortunately, any damage incurred through contact with water or other liquids can, and in most cases will, cause corrosion to the inner workings of the device. Even when some functionality is retained, it generally happens that the corrosion continues to spread, causing more damage over timeIf our technicians are to find liquid corrosion this voids warrantyConsequently, the phones received in this condition into our North Texas repair facilities are shipped back to the customer unrepaired. If insurance was purchased then we would have to suggest contacting the service provider directly for resolution optionsFurthermore, we must advise that Samsung does not provide immediate replacement. If the phone is still within its one year manufacturer’s warranty period, and repairs fall within the warranty guidelines; repair service will be rendered. As the manufacturer our warranty obligation is to repairWe do apologize, however, Samsung would be unable to provide further support regarding this matterThank you

Samsung has contacted the customer to address their concerns regarding their Samsung televisionWe have advised to the customer that after further research evidence shows that the stand was installed incorrectlyResearch shows damage to the stand itself which indicates that the television fell off

Upon further review of Mr*** complaint, our system shows the agent assigned to the claim spoke with him today, 3/02/to further discuss the case. The agent submitted an FOC (free of charge) service request; reference Txt# *** for the device. In addition, the agent sent Mr*** a UPS shipping label; reference UPS tracking number *** to send in the device to the service center for repair. Please have Mr*** send in the device at his earliest convenience in order to proceed with the claim. Upon further review of the customer’s file, the panel authorization has been denied by Product SupportProduct support states “Samsung considers this small amount of dark and light areas to be and in no way affects the quality of the pictureThe LED backlights are on when the TV is on, so when you don't have any signal going to the TV screen and the room is totally dark, it will have light and dark areasAlso, most customers drive the panel too hardWhat I mean by this is that the customer has gone into the menu and maxed out all the picture settingsExample: Picture setting to Dynamic, Backlight settings, brightness and contrast settings are at their maximum levelsIn a dark room you don't need the brightness and backlight settings set so highThis is inherent to all LED TVs, all manufacturers.” We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. The most recent Samsung update for the Samsung phones is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to the messages Ever since I have updated my phone to the most recent version, 6.0.1, my text messages will not go through when I send pictures Since the actual text part sends in a separate message than the picture, my recipients tell me that they never got the picture or if the do get the picture, the picture doesn't show, it's a red or green screen I have been using the Samsung mobile devices since but I am so aggravated with this that I'm seriously thinking about switching back over to the iPhonePLEASE fix this problem, SOON! What is the point of being able to send pictures through a text message if it does not work properly?!

Thank you for your correspondence. We certainly understand your distress regarding the functionality of your handset, and apologize for any ongoing issues you may be experiencing. In order for Samsung to provide assistance we would do require the handset be shipped to the
Samsung Repair Center for evaluation. As the manufacturer our obligation is to repair the unit, but we must be able to determine root cause for the issueUnfortuantely, we cannot speculate how many repair attempts it may take to resolve an issueAs you may have been informed should Samsung exhaust all repair options, and determine a unit “un-repairable” and qualify that unit for replacement it is likely to be replaced with a reconditioned or new device of the same model. Please see Samsung’s Standard Limited Warranty regarding repair obligations. Again we do understand your concern, and the frustration this may cause, however, in order to provide a resolution we must ask that you refer to the new Service Ticket # of *** and return the unit using the UPS E-label emailed to you on 5/6/15Thank you
