Samsung has reviewed Ms*** claim in regards to her washer. Our system shows the agent handling her claim was contacted by Ms*** on 4/06/to discuss the claim Ms*** informed the agent that she has a repair set up with her extended warranty company for the unit The
agent advised Ms*** that she can proceed with the claim with them. In the event that the unit cannot be repaired the technician would need to reach out to Samsung engineering for further assistance The agent also advised Ms*** of the service based warranty Ms*** stated she would follow up with the agent once the repair has been completed. Samsung has reviewed Mr***’ claim again in regards to his washer Our system shows that the BOS (Bill of sale) Mr*** provided does not match the model number we have on file in our system Mr*** stated in his response that the original unit was exchanged by the retailer due to it being damaged during delivery The agent who handled the claim advised Mr*** that Samsung would need documentation showing that the unit he has now is the exchanged unit he purchased from the retailer. Please have Mr*** provide the agent with the required documentation at his earliest convenience in order to proceed with the claim.
