Samsung has reviewed Mr***’ complaint in regards to his dryer. Our system shows the agent assigned to the claim made several attempts to contact Mr*** by phone but was unsuccessful in reaching him. The agent left voice messages advising Mr*** that Samsung’s
warranty is for service and we would need to proceed with service for the unit. However, Mr*** had the unit hauled away before it could be diagnosed our technicians. Regrettably due to Mr*** no longer having the unit in his possession, no accommodations can be made for this claim. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case

Samsung has reviewed Ms***’ claim in regards to her television. Our system shows the agent who handled the claim spoke with Ms*** on 7/07/and advised her that her model unit is not covered under a warranty and Samsung has already provided FOC (Free of charge) repairs back in

Samsung has reviewed Mr*** claim in regards to his Galaxy Sphones. Our system shows the agent handling his claim offered to have both devices evaluated to determine the cause of the issues but Mr*** declined to send them in for service. Samsung cannot evaluate the

In order to provide resolution Samsung would require the phone be shipped to Samsung's Repair Facility for evaluation, however, a repair charge may be required due to the fact physical damage is not covered under warrantyOutside of the insurance that can be purchased at the carrier level, Samsung offers Protection Plus Service which provides consumer protection should incidents like the one mentioned occur. To assist with gripping the device we might suggest the purchase of a phone case which can be found line via a Third Party retailer, or via Samsung's websiteSamsung would have to decline free of charge repair/replacement or compensation as requested. Samsung is not being honest nor fair about the basic facts of the whole mess that they causedAs stated in my complaint alreadyI was provided and factually incorrect information regarding shipping before orderingThe order was placedThe order was immediately requested to be canceled mere hours laterThe order was placed on a Sunday afternoonThe order was requested to be canceled at PM on Sunday via e-mailThe order was said to be canceled when I called Samsung Direct on the phone at AM on that MONDAYI called several times to ensure cancellationI was told "don't worry" and other things regarding cancellationThen apparently on Thursday (Thanksgiving) a shipping label was created and on FRIDAY (FIVE DAYS LATER AFTER ORIGINAL CANCELLATION) the package was handed off to ***This is completely UNACCEPTABLE because they promised - days to receive the confirmation of the cancellation.It should have never shipped out and it wasted so much of my time and energy having to make dozens of phone calls to both *** and ***, as well as to Samsung Direct to ensure 100% that the package be declined.I ended up ordering the same laptop from *** on Monday and receive the item by WEDNESDAY morning with *** *** shippingThis laptop was dysfunctional right out of the boxWhich is ridiculousThe trackpad had issues right out of the box! Because I was already planning to leave the *** on November and go to the *** to be with familyso I contacted Samsung in the ***, even with the worldwide warranty on the computerSamsung *** tole me that once I got to the *** that they would not be able to offer a replacement for the dysfunctional computer.So *** did a wonderful job with shipping (and customer service)Whereas, Samsung Direct made me go through an incredibly stressful experience that was their fault (1) it should have never shipped, and 2) It WAS canceled with plenty of time)At the same time it is also incredibly frustrating how Samsung has respondedLet me be clearI WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAINI am treated with this horrible customer service (wrong information, lies, impersonating a supervisor, uncaring response, complete and utter lack of responsibility taken by Samsung) and I will spread the word about the truth about what a horrible company this isNow I am also stuck with this dysfunctional laptop and there is no way to replace it because I am ***.Back to the main issue though this matter should have been resolved WEEKS agoThe laptop delivery from Samsung Direct was FULLY DECLINED (in every possible way) over a month agoIt is ridiculous that this issue would still even be going on or even that Samsung would cause such a headphone for peopleNEVER BUY OR SUPPORT SAMSUNG IN ANY WAY EVER AGAINI was a fan but now Samsung, because of it's actions, has turned a loyal customer awayNext time I will buy an ***, or *** or any other kind of laptop or phone AS LONG AS IT IS NOT SAMSUNG
