I am rejecting this response because: I don't feel like I should be responcible for repairing a product that is faulty. As I stated earlier the dishwasher is barely used and it is less than a year old and cracking. I understand a policy but Samsung need to take in consideration that this is a special circumstance. The plastic is not durable enough to handle the continued pulling to open the dishwasher! Also when I received the original appliances the stove & refrig was delivered with a dent so I sent them back. It's a very good chance that the dishwasher was slightly cracked upon delivery but to small to notice, then it continued to crack more as I used it. I certainly didn't throw anything at it and the cracking is not where anything can be dropped on it. So my question is; "Why would the plastic began to crack so soon if it's durable enough? I feel that the dishwasher should be prepaired by Samsung or replaced! (Please review the attached pictures.)

The last I knew someone from samsung told me this was not covered under warranty and it would owe about $I will send the watch in but know ahead of time I won't pay a dime to repair this watch Since receiving the box we moved and I think my wife or mother in law threw the box away with all the other boxes we haveCan you please send another box and label to our new address:*** * *** *** *** *** ** ***Thanks!

The core of my complaint was: how could I trust this phone after it was certified as working after the 1st set of repairs?It has been in
repairs now for over month and I have had it for monthsNot only is it inconvenient, it also broke my trust in that processThis is an expensive high end phone, I would like the same level of customer care from Samsung. Finally, from the current tracking information, scratches and / or dents have been reported on the phone which were not reported the 1st time aroundSince the first set of repair, this phone has only been in your care or in transportNot only was it not repaired but Samsung also appears to be somehow damaging the device further. Thank you

I am sorry it had to come to this but I am glad to see that Samsung is willing to fix the issue. This speaks a lot about the company and how they work with their customers

Samsung has reviewed Mr*** complaint in regards to his Samsung.com order. Our system shows that an E-Commerce agent has been in contact with Mr*** via email on his claim. The agent advised Mr*** the unfortunately, E-Commerce would not be able to process a
replacement device The agent however advised Mr*** of one option that is available as an accommodation. The agent suggested placing a new order for the Sat full price and once Mr*** receives it, a refund for the difference from the original order will be issued In regards to the defective phone, the agent strongly advised Mr*** to return it as soon as possible, warning that the warehouse has extremely strict guideline with its return policies The agent sent a return label to Mr*** email on file and informed him that it expires in calendar days from the date issued Once the defective phone is returned to the warehouse, the agent will refund Mr*** that amount as well Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer, we apologize for any inconveniences you may have experienced with this case
