I am rejecting this response because: I do not believe that Samsung intends to honor it The complaint to Samsung was made in mid April and I am still waiting for a response They promised to send me a new printer in May, but when I called back a week later after not receiving the mailing label (to return the old one) I was told that my request had been denied It is now June and they still have not communicated with me about any replacement.I called them today and waited for (timed) minutes on the phone listening to a recording I called back and the same was repeated If they are sincere about their response they would have taken care of it back in April or early May To accept their response I would have to hear from Samsung within the coming week.Thank you for your help on my behalf

Samsung has reviewed Ms***s complaint in regards to her dryer. Our system shows a refund check in the amount of $608.88; reference Txt# was issued on 10/24/for the unit. Please allow 7-business days after the check has been mailed to receive it. Thank you

We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claim. We must advise the device has been tested and received an IP (Ingress Protection) rating of IP67, which means that it is protected against dust intrusion and capable of withstanding water immersion of
between cm to one meter for minutesThe unit has also passed military specification (MIL-STA-810G) testing against a subset of specific environmental conditions, including temperature, dust and sand, shock/vibration, and low pressure/high altitude. Please note, covers must be tightly closed to withstand these tests, however, it may not perform as shown in all extreme conditions. If liquid damage was found during evaluation this may indicate the phone was not properly sealed when in contact with liquid, or the liquid contact was too severe. Unfortunately, any damage incurred through contact with water or other liquids can, and in most cases will, cause corrosion to the inner workings of the handset. Even when some functionality is retained, it generally happens that the corrosion continues to spread, causing more damage over time. In these circumstances, due to Samsung's policy concerning repair, it is no longer feasible to attempt to repair the phone because the cost associated may in most cases cost more than the actual value of the unit; consequently, the phones received in this condition into our North Texas repair facilities are shipped back to the customer unrepaired. Additionally, if you have insurance through your service provider, some providers do offer a replacement policy on phones which need servicing. In some cases, they may send out a replacement phone and the defective phone is sent back to them in returnFor more details on a possible exchange, please contact your Service Provider. what point of impact may cause damage to the productSamsung can offer to evaluate the device in order to determine a resolution for this matter. We have requested a UPS Premailer, empty box, be delivered to your home Monday for retrieval of the device. If you wish to accept evaluation place the phone in the box and return it via your local UPS store. Once evaluated a resolution regarding repair will be made. I am rejecting this response because: they are not taking any steps towards responsibility which they said on the phone that they have no way of knowing whether ornot the spider was in the TV before we got it. The TV repairman said in his opinion that he did not see any way that the spider could have crawled in after the TV was sealed. I was willing to accept a discount on a new tv just like the one we have, however they are not interested in resolving the matter and are hiding behind warranty jargon.I am completely unsatisfied with their response which is to do absolutely nothing.Regards,
