Samsung has reviewed Mr*** claim in regards to his Note refunds. Our system shows we have receipt of the original Note devices being returned However, Mr*** is still in possession of the replacement Note device Mr*** is currently awaiting a return

Even a small crack is considered physical damage and this type of damage is not covered under the manufactures warranty. The offer to cover 50% of the cost to repair the device still stands. Based on the information I have, Samsung representative refused to provide the report pointing out the physical damageThe damage is 100% internal, and happened while the tv was hanging on the wall untouched, which is 100% manufacturing defect which is covered under year warrantyIf the warranty case is not resolved via Revdex.com , your company will be sued in the court for the full refund of the purchase price, NOT THE REPLACEMENT , 1500$ for not being able to watch TV since Feb 1st and spending hour on the phone with customer service, plus any applicable legal and court fees. Thank you

Samsung has reviewed the customer’s claims regarding their concerns with the KNOX systemAny troubleshooting is handled through KNOX support and their support number is *** option 1, & However, keep in
mind the agent that the customer spoke to was correctYou cannot uninstall KNOX and there are no other troubleshooting steps that can be offered. KNOX is a high level security system that makes our Samsung Smartphone and tabs secure. It allows our customers to encrypt their data and protects them. The only way to “get rid” of KNOX is by rooting the device and we apologize however that is not something our technicians would advise the customer to do or walk them through.
