I am rejecting this response because: I was contacted by Samsung America when I was out of town and the rep said, "they would contact me again after they got back from their own trip to arrange an exchange of the unit," Which I agreed toAt this time the unit has yet to be replaced or repaired so I can not say that the resolution is satisfactory

should be delivered to your home via UPS Tracking # 1Z6VF*You simply place the phone, battery and charger in that box, tape the return UPS shipping label to the outside of the box, 1Z6VF*3438, and drop off the package at your nearest UPS location for return of the prodcuts to Samsung. Samsung has reviewed Mr*** claim in regards to his television. Our system shows that the agent who handled the claim reviewed the account and found that on 4/04/17, the panel was replaced; reference Txt# *** on the unit. Another service order; reference Txt#
*** was submitted on 4/23/and on 4/27/17, the unit was deemed physically damaged by the ASC technician. A 3rd service order, reference Txt# *** was submitted on 5/26/and a second ASC also deemed the unit was physically damaged. The agent spoke with Mrs*** on 6/13/and advised her that (based on the evidence) due to the unit being deemed physically damaged (physical damage voids the warranty), no accommodation can be made for the claim. According to our files, Samsung has contacted the customer regarding the customer’s unit model # RS265TDRS/XAABased off of our customer service records, we show that the units original limited manufacturer’s warranty expired on approximately in 07/We have offered the customer a free repair
on 08/25/however by the evening of 8/26/the customer notified us that they already had an authorized repair company out alreadyWe show in our database that this appointment was not scheduled by Samsung and therefore it was not eligible for reimbursementAdditionally, there is no transaction from Samsung to the assigned service center dispatching or requesting repair service for the ***’s with or without a warranty accommodationRespectfully, we have declined the customer’s request for reimbursement of the repair fee as Samsung does not reimburse for any out of warranty repair costsWe apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseFor further inquiries, please have customer contact Samsung at ###-###-#### between the hours of 9AM and 6PM, Monday through Friday and refer to case # ***4.
