I am rejecting this response because:Samsung did make an appointment to fix my dryer and washer separate apps after many rescheduled appt by themon January they never showed or called for the washer recall repair! The week before that January we were scheduled in between 4-for the dryer repair no one called or showed up I have since paid out of my pocket to a local appliance company to repair my dryer so I could do laundry for a fee of 219.66!!! Their customer service is a crime!!

I was told on June 10, that I would be issued full product replacementsI am not accepting this as a resolutionI have waited over two months and no one has been able to give me a resolutionI should not have even had to take this step to get a resolutionI wold like a phone number to contact you directly atI have the name, time, and date of the rep who offered me full replacements of the said unitsIf I don't get full replacements, I will be returning the package to the senderFor any type of warranty whether it be full, limited, repair or limited, the time frame for which this repair took place was absolutely unacceptable
