I am rejecting this response because:
When there is an issue, such as this that has affected a large number of customers, then the company needs to go above and beyond their operating procedures to make it rightI will be contacting my wireless provider to send me a different brand of phone and then they can submit this piece of junk to Samsung for refund under the warrantyAgain, I will never purchase another Samsung productBeing that I'm in the process of moving into a new home and have to purchase all new appliances and a couple of televisions, you may be losing more than just the $cost of this phone, but thousands in additional salesThank you for showing your true colors and complete disregard for your formerly loyal customers (four straight Samsung Galaxy phone purchases), for it has saved me a lot of time

I am rejecting this response because:The phone isn't crack proof on both sides the back is cracked it's the software that I have problems with not the phone the software I had I phones cracked in water and still worked better than this my software crashed and IT'S OVER HEATING

Thank you for your quick reply! However, I regret to inform you that I am rejecting this response because:
In my original complaint, I mentioned that I had disassembled the phone and inspected the PCB for signs of corrosion, in addition to checking the moisture damage indicatorsThere are no signs of corrosion, or that the phone has ever been wet, internally or otherwiseFurthermore, I am sure that the cause of this problem is a failed EMMC, which is a notably common manufacture problem with this particular device model, frequently referred to by those affected as "Ssudden death syndrome".In your response you stated one of the reasons a repair was not preformed is that it could easily exceed the cost of a replacement deviceThe component in question retails for $15-$30, and would certainly cost less for Samsung to acquireEven with labor, the repair cost for this issue could not reasonably exceed the cost of a replacement device(Roughly $at the time of writing)Even if the corrosion was present and spreading as you say, a replacement motherboard for the I(which is the portion of the internal PCB to which the EMMC module is attached) currently retails for roughly $60, once again well below the $cost of a new device, especially considering the part would, as mentioned earlier, cost Samsung much less to acquire
