I am rejecting this response because:My primary complaint is that Samsung would not make any concessions to reimburse me for the repair charges I have previously incurred I was informed that the only remedies being offered were recall fix, rebate on the purchase of another Samsung washer or loyalty rebate on the purchase of another brand washer No remedy for costs previously incurred could be offered because I chose to make the repair out of warranty The repair was made out of warranty in order to continue using the machine The sticker overlay now in place on the washer instructs that Bedding be washed on the previously designated Delicate cycle Perhaps if the correct settings had been displayed on the washer when manufactured, I would not have incurred repair costs to replace damaged dampners which caused the machine to violently shake and wobble across the room. After getting no where with the customer service department, I did make arrangements and scheduled the recall fix so that my warranty would at least be lengthened an additional year The recall fix was installed yesterday by gentleman who specializes in television repair

No where on the promotions website does it say that unlocked phones will have their IMEI come up invalidIf I was made aware, do you think I would purchase a brand new "Samsung" phone at retail price so I can go through all this trouble and have my submission denied again and again? If you're not going to honor any promotions for unlocked phones please make your customers are aware because I did read the small print on your website and the terms of conditionsHow was I supposed to know invalid IMEI numbers will have my submission denied? You tell meAll I knew was if I purchase a Samsung Galaxy sat a retail price during that time frame I can get a Samsung Gear VR for freeWhich is exactly what I didThe only incentive here is the free Samsung VR Gear that was offered to customers who purchase a Samsung Galaxy SI am denied the Free VR gear because they can decide which IMEI numbers on the phones are valid and which are invalid, which is something they do not state clearly on their promotions website.Regards, ***

I am rejecting this response because: This is being handled the wrong wayWhy can't the doors and panels be replaced? We have used from day one the product that Lowest recommended to use, which is where we purchased the productsIf this a stainless steel specific cleaner sold at Lowes then why would it damage the panels? It sounds like you are saying that using this recommended product from Lowe's it has damaged the stainless steel and discolored them and created small rust spotsWe have switched to using *** ***'s Friend but still do not notice any differenceThere is still discoloration and rust on unitWhy would you sell a product that would get discolored by using a stainless steel cleaner that is sold by one of your dealers? Also, where in the owner's manual does it say that if you do not use *** ***'s Friend it will damage the stainless steel? If it can't be exchanged can you at least please replace the parts? We were never told to use *** ***'s Friend until we called Samsung's customer serviceI would like for you to send a technician out and reevaluate the issue, there is something wrong with these stainless steel panelsI spoke to a manager at the Lowe's in Orlando, Fl where I bought the Samsung kitchen set and they said that it definitely is a manufacturer's defect and the panels should not have this type of issueI take extreme good care of everything I own including all of my Samsung appliances and tv'sIt is embarrassing to have company over to my house and they notice how bad the stainless steel looksI have told everyone that has seen them about my experience and they can't believe itAfter having spent so much money, and having bought the higher end Samsung models I can't believe I am having this experienceThis is really stressing me out, and I feel like shipping these appliances to your office and just getting rid of them
