Thank you for your inquiryIf liquid damage was found during evaluation this may indicate the phone was not properly sealed when in contact with liquid, or the liquid contact was too severe. Unfortunately, any damage incurred through contact with water or other liquids can, and in most cases
will, cause corrosion to the inner workings of the handset. Even when some functionality is retained, it generally happens that the corrosion continues to spread, causing more damage over time.In these circumstances, due to Samsung's policy concerning repair, it is no longer feasible to attempt to repair the phone because the cost associated may in most cases cost more than the actual value of the unit; consequently, the phones received in this condition into our North Texas repair facilities are shipped back to the customer unrepaired. As a one-time courtesy Samsung will authorize the free of charge repair of the SM-Gdevice. A new Service Ticket has been created for this repair, # 4129028037, and a UPS E-label has been emailed to *** for return of the product. Upon receipt of the device repair service will be provided and the product will be returned.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:My original issue still is not addressed; the "repair" includes putting a sticker over my control panel thatnow shows bedding to be washed on delicate (An improper setting - NOT the same as when purchased)setting - nothing was done to restore it to be used as purchasedPlus I bought a matched set - with the sticker on the washer it will no longer have the same look as the dryer.If I wash bedding on the original setting as when purchased - their warning states the washer's top may suddenly detach from the machine causing serious injury So, summed up, to be safer I should use an improper setting for bedding ------ I do not see that as a repair

Samsung has contacted and have spoken with the customer and advised that the Blu-ray player needs to be submitted for repair under transaction # *** The customer states that he believes his wife has shipped in the Blu-ray in for repair on todayBut they did not want to they wanted

I submitted the receipt to Samsung last week. The services were provided by the company that they assigned me. The first repair was the memory board. The second repair was the damper. If I get the pump repaired this will be my third repairAt what point do you consider a washing machine defective. repairs in one year seems to be defective.Spending 1/of the unit cost in repairs when the machine is just than years old (and was years old exactly when it started breaking)- seems like a defect

Samsung has reviewed Ms*** claim in regards to her phone. Our system shows the agent who handled Ms*** claim spoke with her on 6/05/and advised that she sends the device to the repair center so they could evaluate if it was physically damaged or a defective. Ms
*** told the agent that she refuses to send in the device to be evaluated and stated that she wants new phone or a refund. Samsung warranty is for service and Ms*** option at this time is for service on the device. If Ms*** would like to proceed with service, please have her contact the agent for further assistance. Other than the aforementioned, no accommodations will be made for this claim. We apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this caseThank you

Samsung has contacted Mrs*** regarding her concerns with her washer. We understand and apologize for any issues you have concerning your repair. At this time the options for the recalled washers are repair or rebate and Mrs*** chose the repair so unfortunately she is not

I am rejecting this response because: There has been no offer of restitution After multiple attempts to repair the phone with the manufacturer, I gave up and had it repaired locally, so your offer to evaluate and repair/replace it is nothingThe phone was needed in order to communicate with my teenage son, so I couldn't wait forever for you to decided to help meThe repairs cost $I lost a month of usage, costing $I am asking Samsung to refund the amount of $I have also forwarded the issue to the Texas Attorney General office for Consumer ProtectionIt is advertising to claim that a phone is shock resistant and can withstand a fall from feet onto a flat surface with it cannotThe technician who repaired the phone explained to me that it has the exact same glass screen that all Galaxy phones haveThe only thing the Galaxy Active has is a bit of extra protection on the sides of the phone--this does not in any way prevent the screen from being damagedIt does, however, make it more difficult and expensive to repairNone of this is apparent from the advertising which makes the phone sound like it comes in a self protective case"Shock resistant,"ready for life's accidents," "built for an active lifestyle," "military specifications," "rugged," etc
I understand that you have the exception that you won't honor the warranty if there is external damageIf that is the case, you should not be advertising the product as being so sturdy that consumers underestimate the need to protect it

We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claim. We certainly understand your distress regarding the functionality of your handset and apologize for any ongoing issues you may have experienced We would also like to confirm that
if the unit has experienced damage or is out of warranty by date (it was purchased more than one year ago) a standard charge will apply for the repairs to your handsetThe standard rate of $will cover the evaluation as well as the repairs needed for your product as long as there is no additional physical damage to the product which may require an additional charge. Should additional damage be found you would be contacted for payment, or to determine whether you wish to have the handset returned without repair. In this particular case, your handset it question SPH-L900/ HEX # 99***has been determined to be out of warranty by date and will require a payment in order for Samsung to provide repair. Unfortunately, we cannot honor the request of a replacement. As you knew that I called Samsung customer service so many timesWhat did they help me? Nothing…..Currently, I am living with dirty house and I got problem with my health. I got an asthma, and I told Samsung that I need to pay someone to clean my house every two week and Samsung reimburse or refund it for meBut they did not agree itI told Samsung that I have to prosecute to Samsung with The Supreme Court of The United States about this issue, my money, my health, and my times over months on August 1st, 2016 If I do not get my Vacuum back on July 29,
