Samsung has reviewed Mrs*** claim in regards to her refrigerator. Our system shows the agent handling the claim spoke with Mrs*** on 5/22/and she stated that the last time a technician was at her home was in August of 2016. Mrs*** stated she has
had multiple repairs on the unit. The agent requested the work orders from Mrs*** to be submitted for review to determine if she qualifies for an accommodation As of today 6/07/17, the agent is still waiting on Mrs*** to send the work orders in order to proceed with a possible accommodation. We appreciate your correspondence and allowing Samsung the opportunity to review your claimWe must advise the device has been tested and received an IP (Ingress Protection) rating of IP67, which means that it is protected against dust intrusion and capable of withstanding water immersion of between
cm to one meter for minutesThe unit has also passed military specification (MIL-STA-810G) testing against a subset of specific environmental conditions, including temperature, dust and sand, shock/vibration, and low pressure/high altitude. Please note, covers must be tightly closed to withstand these tests, however, it may not perform as shown in all extreme conditions.If liquid damage was found during evaluation this may indicate the phone was not properly sealed when in contact with liquid, or the liquid contact was too severe. Unfortunately, any damage incurred through contact with water or other liquids can, and in most cases will, cause corrosion to the inner workings of the handset. Even when some functionality is retained, it generally happens that the corrosion continues to spread, causing more damage over time.In these circumstances, due to Samsung's policy concerning repair, it is no longer feasible to attempt to repair the phone because the cost associated may in most cases cost more than the actual value of the unit; consequently, the phones received in this condition into our North Texas repair facilities are shipped back to the customer unrepaired. Although Samsung cannot honor the request of a replacement, as a one-time courtesy, we will offer to provide free of charge repair. Samsung has continually lied to me about everything, including thisI have been dealing with the broken recalled washer since OctoberIt's been almost monthsThey tell me they will have a specific department call me, and no one EVER callsI was told by Raven, an employee, that I would receive an email with further instructions regarding a refund on or before the end of the business day on 1/3/I did not get the emails, therefore I calledEveryone I spoke to said they don't know when I will get the emailsI submitted my receipt on 12/9/and have documentation to prove thisThey are giving me the run around hoping I will go awayEvery time I call I get a different storyTheir response is a lieThey have yet to assist me with anything.

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the refund yet and will not be satisfied until I doYes, they did contact me via email on 9/with a request for pictures of a cut power cordI was out of town all week and could not get the pictures until I returned home last nightThey did call me on the dates listed, but only with a recorded messageThey gave me no opportunity to reply that I would be delayed in getting the pictures to themI tried calling the number they told me to on occasions (during business hours) and got a recording that they were closed each time, so I had no way of letting them know that I would be delayed in getting the pictures to them. I finally got an instant message from someone named Amanda yesterday and I told her that I would be sending the pictures either tonight or tomorrowYes, I understand that this latest delay is because I was not home, but I have been waiting on Samsung since July 25th for this refundPlease pardon me if I don't trust them to deliver on the refund until I actually see the money in my accountThey have repeatedly told me untruths and changed their story each time I talked to someone new. You can contact me again in a couple of weeks and I will let you know if I have received my refundI find it highly insulting that before my complaint to the Revdex.com, I could not get a single phone call back from them as they promised on numerous occasionsI had to wait weeks and weeks and call after callNothing happened until I sent in this complaintAfter reading all the complaints about Samsung, I have no clue how you can issue them an A+ ratingYes, they might resolve any issue sent to you, but what about all the pain, suffering and financial loss they put their customers through before it gets to that point? cannot speculate the amount of repair attempts it may take to resolve multiple symptoms, but we do ask that we be allowed the opportunity o exhaust all available repiar options. Upon review of your account history, Samsung is able to authorize a brand new replacement SM-P907, upon the return of your original unit (IMEI ***) to Samsung.To complete this exchange a UPS Premailer (empty box) has been requested, and will be delivered tomorrow to the mailing address below. You would need to place the tablet and charger in that box, write the claim ticket # of *** on the outside of the package and drop off the shipment at your local UPS store location (not a drop box). Upon return of the unit to Samsung will overnight the new SM-Pto your home.26We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and trust the replacement will bring resolution this issue
