My Samsung TV was not physically damagedThis is an ongoing problem with Samsung TVSamsung should go and do some research on cracked internal Samsung TV, many people have the same issue as well and state that they had no physical damageThis is internal, thermal expansionI will not give upThis is not rightStand up by your products and don't automatically assume this as physical damageJust so you won't have to cover the warrantyAs I said a TV should not only last months.

I would like to thank you, at the Revdex.com, for your help in resolving a matter that was very important to meHaving made an expensive purchase, with the expectation that I would then be able to order extras, I was disturbed to find out that some customers got their phones before the release date and
the extra bundle sold out within an hour - days before I even got my phone! Samsung has provided a link where I could purchase the bundle and I have made the purchase alreadyThe items have not been shipped yet, but I expect that they will, since they took my payment for the bundle. Samsung also corrected the refund from my original purchase, which I had cancelled the next day (or so they said...). With these actions, together with the final delivery of the extra items that I ordered, Samsung has completed the sale that they offered in the beginning and I no longer feel cheated

An empty apology a month later is unacceptable I had to spend many hours of my personal time, using hundreds minutes on my personal cell phone, in an attempt to get Samsung to honor their warranty I laid my stipulations out in my last message Extend the warranty, and upgrade my dishwasher to a better model That is the least Samsung can do, to show that they are actually sorry for the torment they put me through I shouldn't have to beg, and wait on the phone for hours, and wait weeks for a response, because Samsung was constantly screwing up I didn't screw up Samsung did Man up, make it right, and we'll be good again Until then, I will begin telling my story to the internet, and on my blogs Samsung's lack of effort on everything, shows they you do not care about your customer This hollow response I received just reinforced that Do the right thing Don't be another one of those companies I may be just one customer But I am potentially tens of thousands of dollars of future business And everyone I know, is hundreds of thousands of dollars of potential business My blogs, and thousands of subscribers, are even more Word of mouth on how Samsung handles repairs, can discourage many people And judging from all of the reports I see on the Revdex.com, this isn't a unique case
Do the right thing You know what I want Make it happen And we'll be on good terms Until then, this will not be closed.
Replacing the dishwasher was not a solution That was required by warranty law You technically violated it, by making it a miserable experience, and taking far more than a reasonable amount of time I decided to let you do it through the Revdex.com and not an attorney An attorney is still an option And expensive one for youSo make it right, and we won't go down that road
