Spoke with SammyDress customer service, through phone, chat and email. Each time my order number, email, products ordered was sent. SammyDress refused to give address for their products return department, when I informed them that the products were returned to their California address, SammyDress sent me an email saying the items should be returned to China, no detailed address information. I tried to email them back as well as call and they do not reply. They wanted to give me a credit to their site, I DO NOT want to buy another thing from them or give them my money. I want my money back in my account.

This is so frustrating. Again, they keep trying to give me an in store credit. I do NOT want to buy anything from there again. I just want all my money back in full. Not $4, all of my money back. I keep responding and telling them this and then they will not reply. This is so frustrating!

I have responded with at 3 emails since then stating that the problem remains unresolved. They refuse to either send a check or issue a refund to the new debit card that was issued due to the old one being replaced. So in theory this refund will never be received. Again I have sent multiple emails stating that no refund was received and will not be received with the solution they provided. Mind you this whole issue stems from the fact that after a week of placing my order for 3 t-shirts it was still being processed and had not shipped yet. At this point I will do everything in my power to let everyone know what kind of business they will be dealing with and have contacted Facebook (where I found out about the company via an ad on the side) that this business is running a scam and if you do your due dillgence (as I should have) you will see many people are running into problems with this company (note the many reviews provided). AVOID at all costs.

I did receive an email however, it still looks like my package won't be delivered until possibly another 45 days considering I ordered it over 2 weeks ago. Also I was supposed to be refunded for the shipping cost and I have yet to see that credited to my account on sammydress.com

They gave me a refund to my paypal account for items that were out of stock and said if I was not happy with the other items they would send me a better solution.Its too bad they did not cancel the whole order as I requested I canceled it the same day I ordered it but I guess they were not going to give me my money back.I blame myself if I had read the reviews on how bad the company is and what they sell is junk I would have never orderd. LESSON LEARNED........
