Company has sent me a Paypal transaction number claiming full refund, and no such transaction can be located in Paypal. No monies arrived in my account. They constantly try to communicate with me outside of the formal complaints I've filed against them, and delay all answers by asking for "more info". I have NOT received a refund from them as they've said they've done and I need more help. They were once again successful in causing enough of a delay to have my case against them closed by Revdex.com. Please help!!!
