Didn't receive correct parts!
Our delivery was scheduled weeks from purchase! We received part of my sons bed 1/weeks after purchase but missing parts! After a day conversation with rooms to go they sent bed rails today! I made sure someone was home all day and we have video cam! But never came! They called and said delivery guys came but no one was home but we have no proof they rang our video ring door bell on camera! Delivery sucks!! We spent over 7k and should not be waiting this long for our final delivery!

ordered a princess bed for my daughter they sent a broken bed and with missing part and inspite of promising times they couldn't exchange it
they gave this bed with a broken frame and a missing part of the tent of the princess bed and I complained and they said they will fix it and promised times to show up and they showed with the wrong part and when I called what is this going on they were rude and asked to go and file a police complaint
