Rooms to Go does not take care of customers after the saleThey are very dirty about the handling of warranty claims
We had furniture that was peeling and cracking that we had purchased an additional year warranty onThe repair and service people determined it couldn't be repairedWe received a call from Rooms to Go stating we could come do a reselect of anything equal or lesser valueOnce we selected our furniture we were told they were doing us a favor because we selected pieces instead of We knew we'd have to pay for shipping which wasn't a big deal but they also told us we HAD to pay to have the new furniture sprayed with protectantWe told them we didn't want it but they said we didn't have a choiceSo basically, with a warranty, you CAN NOT get a refund and to get your furniture replaced you MUST PAY FOR AN EXTRA SERVICE! We bought four items, delivered, set up and we can't use our bed or the new items because we were misdirected by YOUR team at a store and when online
Now, we are getting the run around via phone!
We will have to sleep on the floor due to being misdirected and needing a "bunkie board" to make our bed safe to use!!!!
We showed the associate in the store what mattress we were ordering and if that bed would work with itWe assured by him and online that it was compatible and came with all we needed
Please make this right before it gets out of hand

The customer service gal put me on hold and contacted the local office that I insisted I didn't want to speak with and brought Bryan on the phoneOnly for Bryan to tell me that he couldn't do anything for me which I demanded he rectify the situation for the inconvenience and the way we had been treated...he offered an insulting $in store creditAfter spending over $11,and being ignored and avoided that is ALL Rooms to Go appreciates their customersI will NEVER EVER spend one more cent of my hard earned money in this storeIn fact, I will make it my personal mission to make sure ALL of my family and friends don't make the grave mistake of shopping there either like we didThis company should be ashamed of themselvesThese people have ZERO compassion, decency, and have ZERO customer service and communication skillsDisgusted!
