I placed an order at the end of October and have never received them. I have emailed multiple times, sent instagram messages and comments and have not herd one word. They are a FRAUD!
It has been almost 2 months since I ordered a pair of jeans, they were pre-order but we are way past that shipping date. They have not responded to me
I ordered a pair of jeans on October 12, 2018. They were pre-order and expected to ship the week of November 5, 2018. We are well past that date and I have yet to receive any updates, nor have I received a response from Revice Denim on the email I sent them the week of November 5.
I want a full refund for the jeans. I have waited long enough and want nothing to do with this business anymore after the refund.

The date listed for delivery was more than a full month ago. That is unacceptable for a business and you should have updates and communication.
Item not delivered & company no longer replying to emails. They lied to me multiple times by saying "it will ship today" & then never mailing it.
I purchased an expensive pair of jeans on sept. 10th & received a shipment notification for them the next day on 9/11. After waiting 2 weeks for them to arrive, I reached out to USPS to locate the package & they said they had never received it from the company. I contacted Revice multiple times before I got a reply on 10/15 admitting the mistake & promising it would be shipped within that week. Another month passed without it shipping & they had stopped replying to my emails. Finally, yesterday 11/14, I emailed again saying that I was going to file this complaint & I received the same email from a month ago saying that it would ship that day. Of course they never shipped & I'm starting to feel like Revice is not intending on ever sending them. I live within the same city as this business, so it is absurd they would have THIS much trouble mailing them to me. Their customer service is the worst I've ever seen, which is why filing this report feels like the only way I'll ever receive those jeans.
All I want is for them to deliver the pants ASAP, even the same day they receive this complaint if possible. I live in the same city as the business, they will not let me come pick them up (I offered) but they are definitely able to deliver them to me personally if thats what it takes. If that isn't an option then I need a TRUTHFUL shipment notification. They have lied about this in the past & it is an active scam they try to pull, so I will not consider this resolved until the mail carrier confirms that they have the package & it's en route to me.

Cannot get a response regarding an exchange.
I ordered the Ex boyfriend Harlow wash jeans from revice denim on 8/15/18. I paid 85$ dollars for them on sale. I recieved the jeans on 9/25/18 over a month later. I was in contact via email with revice that they didn't fit and that I wanted a different size. After they instructed me to send them back (shipping on me) I have yet to hear anything back, it is now 11/15/18. I have emailed all listen email address 17 times each, and have yet to get a response. I would expect to have my jeans that I paid for or full refund including the shipping.
I want a full refund.

After not receiving a tracking number for my order, I decided to cancel my order 48 hours after placing it. They refuse to cancel it and refund me.
After waiting around a month for them to contact me about canceling my order, they finally email me back saying they cannot cancel my order because I hadn't canceled 72 hours after ordering an item that was preordered. I contacted them 48 hours after I had placed my order and are lying to me saying that I had waited to long when in fact I hadn't. I followed all the instruction listed on their website in order to cancel and followed all thier terms listed in thier website.
I would like a full refund to my bank account and for them to cancel my Afterpay payment.

I ordered an expensive pair of jeans about two and a half months ago after shipping was supposed to be 6 days and still have not Received my order
I ordered these jeans on September 19th 2018 and have been waiting for them ever since .... I tried finding a phone number but that didn't exist so I went to Instagram to leave a comment and all comments were blocked. Finally I talked to *** from Revice denim via email and she explained they custom make their orders m....well I don't know if they make them thread by thread for five minutes a day..... she told me she will let me know when they will be shipped off but that was weeks ago ! This company has no contact numbers and barely anyone gets back to you via email which is sketchy to me.... order number-#*** payment amount - 62.50 payment method -Amazon pay. I honestly think this company is run by robots I get the same response in every email from them....I was told over a month ago that they were going to be sent out .......I personally think I should be refunded at least half the amount I paid this is so ridiculous as I ordered them for a certain occasion months ago and by the time they get here I will not need them
Ordered and paid for Jeans on October 7th. Haven't received them or even a response from revice.

I have not received my jeans, and have received absolutely no communication from Revice.I have contacted the company 2 times by email and 2 times by phone. I had to leave a message and no one has responded to any of my inquiries. I would like a response and my money back since it looks like this company is a fraud. I see multiple complaints to the Revdex.com and wish I would have read them before I ordered from Revice. This company needs to be shut down!

I ordered a pair of jeans in August, they didn't fit so I exchanged them for a different size. I sent them back and haven't received anything.
I ordered a pair of jeans in August, they didn't fit so requested and exchange which was approved and sent them back. At the end of September I sent them a message asking about my order and received an email from *** saying they are backed up and will be sent out in two weeks. It's now middle of November I haven't received anything from them. I've sent multiple emails and have been ignored. They are taking money from customers and not delivering there products.
I want them to sent me jeans and give me a heavy discount on another pair. They make good jeans they just don't deliver.

Jeans are not being delivered and emails are not being returned.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans in July and they didn't fit so I returned them. On August 22nd I was told my jeans were approved for an exchange. My order number is #XXXXX. I have emailed over EIGHT times. Have received an email back THREE times with the exact same content. I was promised 2 months ago that I would receive them in 2 weeks or less because there was a "high demand". False. Multiple of my friends have received their pair of the SAME jeans I ordered and they ordered long after I did. I don't care to receive the same email again because I know they don't care about their costumers. They spend hours posting on their social media and liking other people's posts but they don't take the time to reply to their emails from costumers. Great business they got going here. The pants I ordered had a pre-order date so I knew it would take a little for me to receive them but that pre-order date is well passed.
I want my jeans, immediately or I want my money back in my account. Store credit is not an option because this business needs to learn to run one first before I ever order again.

Placed an order and never received it. No response to emails about the order.
I placed an order (#XXXXX) on September 11 (over two months ago) while it was a preorder item it said that preorder would ship by 09/16 and the website now currently says preorder would ship by 10/16. On the website my order says it is still being processed. I have sent two emails (one on 10/17 and another on 10/31) inquiring as to when my order will ship. Both emails have received no response.
I would just like to receive my order and to know when I can expect it to ship. This whole thing has been such a hassle.

I returned demon that did not fit to the company over two months ago and have not received any time of refund or store credit.
I returned merchandise to Revive denim on August 30, 2018. They have not responded with any type of refund or store credit. I emailed them on October 17, 2018, October 31, 2018, and November 12, 2018. Still no reply. I received a return confirmation email from the company on August 6th (*** - amount of purchase USD$61.60and the other on August 30, 2028 (***- amount of purchase USD$80.40). My Canada Post tracking numbers confirm both items were successfully delivered on September 5, 2018. Payment method was PayPal.
I'd like a store credit from the company in a timely manner.

I ordered jeans in late July/early August and still have not received them. I have emailed the company multiple times with no resolution.
Today is November 9th, 2018 and I still have not received jeans (order number XXXXX) for I paid for using my credit card on August 4th. I have emailed the email listed on the website multiple times since August but have only received two answers saying they would be on their way soon. I have receipts of these emails if needed.

I submitted a pre-order on September 6, 2018, estimated to ship within two weeks. Since then I have had no updates or product but have been billed.
Two months have passed without any update on my order or real contact from the company. An initial email I sent asking about my product was replied to with a clearly automated response that only vaguely had to do with my concern. Otherwise, nothing, besides seeing that their website keeps pushing back estimated ship dates.

I never received my order, nor did I receive an answer to my questions for updates, nor was I ever told the truth about a shipping date.
My order #*** was purchased on the 29th of September from the Revice Denim website.
I never received the item on the dates estimated nor a shipping confirmation in a timely manner and so I did some research and found them to be essentially a scam, with some people never receiving their orders or receiving them after unreasonable periods, such as a year.
I am incredibly unhappy with them and would like to receive my order or a refund. I have been in contact with a representative called *** for over two months and she haas stopped responding to my information requests after I requested a final time for information regarding the true shipping date or else provide a refund I am entitled to under the laws of my land.
My payment amount of 82.50$ usd was about 200 in my countries money (nzd) after shipping costs. Why was I charged for something I have never received?
I want something done about them.
I would like my order to be shipped in the next week or my order refunded.

I can't possibly accept this. You have said this multiple times! You can't change the date of shipping to whenever you feel like it. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Sort your supply chain management system out. This isn't a solution, these are excuses.

It's been six months since I purchased jeans online from Revice denim and I have yet to receive them. When I contact them they ignore my emails.
Complaint for Revice denim Order number XXXXX jeans were purchased on 07/28/2018. Payment was made with my mother's debit cards. It says online that my jeans have been delivered but I haven't received anything yet and I've waited six months. I try to email them but they constantly ignore my emails. They refuse to send me my jeans or refund me my money for the jeans I never received and the customer service representatives ignore every email I send.
Since Revice denim refuses to send me my jeans I purchased and refuse to reply to any and all of my emails I expect a full refund of $78.60, $68.00 for the jeans and $10.00 for shipping.

Have not received my jeans and emails go unanswered- starting to worry that I will never receive them.
I ordered my jeans on Sept. 23rd. I have emailed several times: the first two emails received the same response, being told they would ship "within 2 weeks or sooner". Mind you, these emails were 3 weeks apart. After the second 2 weeks passed I emailed again and did not receive a response. Worrying that I was getting scammed, I emailed again a few days later and still no response. A phone number would be helpful, or an actual estimated ship date instead of the automated response of "2 weeks or sooner". If they're going to take longer than that it's fine, but let your customers know. Still no idea if I'm even going to receive my jeans and some personalized customer service would be greatly appreciated.
I just want a REAL ship time on my jeans! I do understand that revice is a small company and I'm willing to be patient because their products look great and are very unique. I simply want to know when or even if I'll ever be receiving them, preferably an estimate that isn't "within 2 weeks or sooner".

I ordered a pair of shorts in July and actually got them fairly quickly (I live not too far from the warehouse so I was happy about that). I decided to order two pairs of jeans in September and never received them. When I emailed customer service they said they "had to push back the estimated ship date" but are "working hard to make sure the order is shipped out within the next 2 weeks or sooner." It's been over two months and they ignore all my emails and Instagram messages.
This company is constantly posting on Instagram but will block you from commenting on their posts if you call them out for their horrible customer service. They don't care. They charged me over $100 and will not respond to give me a refund. I will have to contact my bank to dispute the transaction.
I ordered from this company three weeks ago. I have received one of three items in my order and have contacted them multiple times about cancelling the remainder of my order. They have never replied to a single email from me. Atrocious customer service.

Filed a return, sent the item back for an exchange in size, never recieved an email confirming item recieved, failure to respond to multiple emails
I filed for a return on September 20th, and got the ***. I sent to the post office and sent out the package to the required address provided in the email. My USPS tracking confirmed that it was delivered on the 28th of September to the address given in the email. I did not receive any emails confirming they recieved my item. I then sent a follow up email to their customer service on 10/9/18 due to not getting a response within a week. I included my return number in this email and still recieved no response. I then forwarded my initial email AGAIN on 10/19/18 and recieved no response. I then called the number provided on the Revdex.com page and it went straight to a full voicemail box. It has been almost two months without any communication, and I have paid for the item in full and do not have anything to show for it. I payed using the After Pay system in 4 installments of $22.13 for a total of $88.50.
I would like at the least a dialogue with the company about where my item is, if they have recieved it, and when my replacement will be sent to me. This is unacceptable by a company to not respond to emails and rob me of money without giving me the item I requested after going through the stated required steps to make and exchange of size.

Orders too long, exchanged items have not arrived 4 months, exchange policy is within 30 days but their orders take 2 months or more to be delivered
I placed an order containing two pairs of jeans in 08/23/18. I received the first pair on 09/08/18, which is fairly on time. However, the size ran way too small so I wanted to exchange it for a bigger one. Went to the website but exchange buttons did not work so I emailed them, one of the reps responded. I sent back the denim and sent the receipt/confirmation picture of the item I sent back to her via email. I was told it would shipped out 8-10 days later. We emailed back and forth, they take several days to weeks to respond. On 10/09/18 I was told it was shipped out and I still have not received the exchanged item. I have contacted them 3-4 times on this matter but I have gotten any response since 10/09/18 (it's been 4 weeks).
I received the other pair on 10/02/18, almost 6 weeks after the order was placed. since I ordered the two pairs in same size, this one also ran small also. I have not sent this item back to them for exchange since I have not received the first pair. Their return policy is 30 days from which the order was placed but they take over 1-2 months or longer for the items to be delivered. For my case, it has been almost 4 months. I'm speechless. I sent a new message via the website but have not received any feedback/update/information of these matters. I would like a refund on my order in the amount of $148.80. I don't care how good the products are but the service they've given me and the duration of all this process is ridiculous.
