Placed order Nov. 4. Nov. 15 customer service promised order within 2 weeks. Been contacting them in all places public to contact with no response.
I placed an order to their company on November 4th. I hadn't gotten an update on it in the time they usually promise, so I contacted them at their customer service email on November 14th. An employee contacted me back promising my order within 2 weeks. I have checked their order portal since and my order status has been and still is at "processing". I have paid for my order. I have since attempted to contact their online customer portal 6 times with just an auto reply. I have attempted to contact *** at her email address back as well and I have not heard back now for weeks. I have attempted to contact through social media (they say to contact there for issues) and my comments on their posts have been deleted and my messages have not been replied to. I attempted to email them again today and they auto replied with an email saying they will not answer from that email any longer and to contact the portal. The portal states replies in 24-72 hours and mine have been unanswered for weeks and days now.
I would ideally like the money I have paid for my jeans back. Sunday is my last installment for payment for the jeans. If that is impossible, as I have heard it has been for many others letting me know of this issue, I would like my product shipped within a week with a store credit.

I received my order, but the response is not accepted. My item was available on the site (it never said on the site that this item was for pre-order, had it been the case I wouldn't be complaining.) and the person I emailed with promised my items to me within 2 weeks, not the almost 4 months I waited. Between this company deleting my comments wondering where items are, other's comments, and friends who are in the same position it is ridiculous. The customer is far from being prioritized here. Do not make claims and promises if they cannot be kept. I even screen shotted the page while I ordered and I have all of that as well still saved. I will never purchase from or recommend this "company" to any of my following.

I placed an order in August and half of it still hasn't arrived.
Half of my order arrived back in September, however the other part which was supposed to ship at the end of August didn't until the end of November ( November 15th). Order #XXXXX. It said that it hat there was a DHL shipping problem (which no longer comes up in the link they provided me) and it never made it to USPS. DHL told me my only option was to get in contact with the sender company and they haven't returned to a single e-mail (of several), Instagram comment, phone call, or direct message. This is a $100 total of a $204.80 total cost and I expect to get my money back. I began contacting them on October 26th, got one email back that it would be shipped soon, then contacted them again on: November 5th, November 20th, November 28th, and December 3rd. I tried to contact via phone and Instagram after these attempts.
I would like a refund for the two items that have not been delivered.
I ordered 2 items from the company, they charged me for both but only shipped one item. They have ignored my 20 plus emails.

Purchased jeans months ago, never delivered but money was taken from me. Numerous emails to company left unanswered.
I purchased jean shorts on June 30, 2018. The total for the purchase was $57.60. The order number is XXXXX. The payment method was my Visa Credit Card. I reached out to the company on 7/10/18, 7/17/18, 7/24/18, 8/24/18, 9/10/18, 10/5/18, and 10/29/18 via email. I was told that the product was on backorder and would be shipped to me "shortly". In August, I requested a refund because my order was not shipping and I was done dealing with the poor customer service. My emails were no longer answered after 7/24/18. There have been no order updates since then. The order was never shipped and I never received a product from this company. However, Revice Denim took $57.60 from my credit card. It is now six months later and I have no product from the company and have been scammed $57.60.
I am seeking the full refund for the jean shorts that I ordered over six months ago and was falsely promised were going to ship "soon". It is now Winter and I cannot even wear the jean shorts that were meant for last summer. I request that I be refunded the total, $57.60 back onto my Visa credit card. I am a college student and this is a lot of money to me!

I ordered a pair of jeans from them on September 23rd and they never never shipped them out even though they charged me for them.
I ordered a pair of jeans from them september 23rd that were on "back order" meaning they didnt have any in the wearhouse but were getting a shipment in soon. They were supposed to ship October 10th but never did. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service email about the status of my order or requestion a refund and every time I was either ignored or sent the exact same automated reply that my order had not arrived in warehouse yet but would ship out in 2 weeks. I have still never recived the jeans or been refunded, they just stole my money. Additionally, they have closed their customer service line so you cannot email them. The only way to contact them is through a link on their website that you have to create an account to access, but there is no way to create an account. I am convinced this business is a scam, and even though they are inable to complete orders it is still possible to make them with the company, and they advertise constantly on their instagram account and through email promotions.
I would like a full refund from the business for the order the never completed. I would also like the business itself to be investigated because I am sure this has happened before, and the fact that it is impossible to contact them regarding your order after you make one opens up additional costumers to scam as well.

I returned my jeans that were defected and have not received a refund or exchange. I have contacted the company 4 times since they were returned 10/15
I ordered this pair of jeans on 8/22 and due to the company getting so many orders I received these jeans 10/4. I mailed back the jeans because they had ink smudges on them and I was notified that my return was received on 10/15. I didn't get any of the money back in my account or any email with information on how to exchange my product. I paid $78.40 for these jeans and I actually returned them so I should definitely get an exchange or a refund -- or the jeans back at the very least! I emailed Revice 11/4 and 11/20 and did not get a replyX I sent a message request through their website on 12/1 but got no reply. I also called on 12/11 but their voicemail was full so I left an SMS message.
I want a refund for my jeans because if I get an exchange I don't trust that it will ever actually get delivered and I was not happy with the product I received in the first place.

I ordered a pair of jeans on 8/20/18. They took payment and have not delivered the product.
On 8/20/18 I ordered a pair of jeans. And they quickly charged my account on 8/21/18. My order number is XXXXX. I had ordered once before and received my jeans with no issues, so I thought this was a legitimate site.
I followed up on 9/10/18 for status, they were initially quick to respond on 9/10/18 advising there were delays in production(and out of there control)and indicated they would ship in 2 weeks or sooner.
I sent a 2nd follow-up on 9/27/18. This time they were slower, they replied back on 10/3/18 advising they would be shipped in 8-10 days.
Sent a 3rd follow-up on 10/23/18, with no response at all.
Sent a 4th follow-up on 11/5/18, with no response.
At this point, I really just want my money back. It unfortunate they run their business this way, because they do have a nice product. But I have no trust in this company and just want my money back. They are no longer responding to my emails.

They never shipped my order from 10-8-18 and have now become impossible to contact. No one will reply. I want my money back but I can't contact anyone
I ordered jeans on 10-8-18 and on 11-12-18 I got a shipment notification but then 3 weeks went by with no updates on the tracking. I reach out and spoke to *** with Revice and she said it never got sent out and it'll get shipped within a week. Over a week later still nothing. I reach out again to *** and I get no reply this time. I go to the initial order summery and use the email link provided.. it returns an automated message stating they will no longer responding to emails at that address and to use their website. I now go to the website and click "contact and FAQ" and it opens a login page. None of my login attempts works. I ask it at least 10 times to email a password reset and nothing. I checked junk. All the above. Nothing. I reached out on FB messenger and now Instagram and nothing. I even called them and it goes straight to voicemail and the mailbox is full. This is RIDICULOUS. I just want my money back. 100 bucks down the drain. The customer service is a JOKE. order number XXXXX. This is a SCAM.
I at this point just want my money. Or just freaking ship the jeans. Really I just want this to be over.

I have inquired 5 times for order #XXXXX. I submitted this order back at the end of July 2018 and I still have not received it 4 months later.
I submitted this order back at the end of July and received immediate confirmation. One of the items was on back order and was listed to ship out mid August. I received shipping confirmation on August 20th. The DHL tracking number has not been updated since and the first time I reached out regarding this on September 20th I received a confirmation email that it would be shipped out within a week. I then received a second confirmation on October 5th that it would be shipped out in 8-10 days because I inquired again. I inquired a third time on October 22nd and was told the item would be shipped out in the next few weeks or sooner. I waited until mid November and still had nothing. Ir reached out two more times on the same e-mail trail and now I am not receiving any answers. I reached back out via their website and have not received a response nor on social media. I had been very understanding in my communications with them but at this point they had not been fully transparent with me and are now ignoring my inquiries.
I would like to still receive the items I purchased since I have been waiting for them for 4 months. I would also like a 100% refund. I am severely disappointed by the lack urgency regarding these items after the multiple times I have reached out and inquired. And now the lack of any communication at all from them. Their customer service is now non-existent. I would not have ordered these items if I knew it was going to take over 4 months to receive, or I would have been understanding if there was clear transparency from the get go on the actual amount of time it would take.

I do not accept this response as this is the same generated response I received back in August, September and October. Each time I was told the items would be shipped out within two weeks. The noted pre-order ship out date was for the first week of August. I understand that is just an estimation but for an estimation to be off by 5 months is obscene to me. It has been over 5 months since their e-mails of letting me know the items would be shipped out in two weeks. If the actual manufacturing and shipping times would have been transparent from the time of purchase I would have been more understanding. I am not accepting this due to their inability to execute their own statements.

I tried to cancel my order after waiting 2 months, but was told that was not an option. When I received the wrong item, I was continually ignored.
I purchased an item for work on 6/27/2018 from REVICE. It was a pre-order item with the posted shipping date as early August, which I was fine with because the project was shooting until the end of August. August came and went, as did the project, which ended on 8/29, so on 8/30 I sent an email to their customer service asking to cancel the order. In the email I explained that I no longer needed the item and the office was now leased to a different company, so the address was invalid. Zoe responded by promising that the order would be sent out within 2 weeks or less. I reiterated in several emails that I cannot receive packages at the listed address any longer and she insisted that my only option was to receive the item, mail it back to them, wait for the return to be processed, and then receive store credit. It seemed very unnecessary for an item that hadn't even shipped out yet. I asked if I could just receive the store credit so I could make a purchase at a more convenient time, so she offered to update the order because something needed to be sent out. I accepted because it may as well be something I like and changed the address as well, but hadn't received any confirmation. I sent two additional emails asking for confirmation, both of which stated the order details, and finally received a response on 9/7 confirming the new order, which would be shipped in 1-2 weeks. I replied with another confirmation of the item and address, asking her to reconfirm, which she did two days later. The package arrived on 9/27 as the original item I had purchased for work. I emailed Zoe on 9/30 letting her know that the address change was successful, but I received the wrong item, and asked to speak to someone over the phone. I received a response eight emails later on 10/31, which surpasses the 30 day exchange window. She asked me to return the item with a note and attached a shipping label. I could have done that had I received a timely response, but at this point, I am working on a project overseas. My original order was placed during a free item promotion, which stated that it was possible to receive a free pair of jeans, shorts, tee, or gift card. I never would have mentioned it, but feeling frustrated and wanting to move on with the process, I pointed it out and simply asked her to send out the item I requested on 11/1. She responded by saying that it has to be an exchange, so I have to ship the item back in order to receive the new one and said that I will receive the free tee. At this point, I told Zoe that I am abroad and therefore am not able to do that but expressed that I was being held responsible for the situation when all I wanted was store credit in the first place. I asked for the item sent to be considered the promotional item, so we could get on with the process and because I am unconcerned with receiving a free tee. That email was sent out on 11/1 and on 11/6, I asked to be acknowledged, but that email was not responded to either. On 11/20, I asked Zoe about the status of the order because she mentioned that the style would be in stock at this time. On 11/21 she stated that I have to send the shorts back and that I will receive the free tee. I responded by reiterating the fact that I am overseas and I don't care for the free tee. It was a free item promotion, in which, anything could have been free. All I want is what I asked for and to end this catastrophe. I also explicitly expressed my fear that sending back the item will result in my money being stolen and not receiving anything back. Zoe has not responded, which is enough of a confirmation.
I would just like to receive the item that I requested. I was coerced into ordering SOMETHING because of their restrictive policy. I would have much preferred to have received store credit and then make an order on my own time.

I ordered the cognac shorts in size 24 off of revice on 10/26. My ***. I paid $12.50. I haven't received the shorts or even a notice that they shipped. I emailed the company 5 times, sent a complaint through the website, and messaged them on two social median platforms. Even after all that I never received a response from their customer service team. I would not be doing this if they simply responded to my email. I just wanted my shorts but now it's come to me just wanting my money back so I don't have to deal with it anymore
I want a full refund and the product I ordered as well. If that is not possible I will just take a full refund back on the card I made the purchase with.

I waited 3 months to recieve a pair of pants. The pants ripped the first time I put them on.
I paid $78.40 for a pair of Venus Flare Solistce Wash jeans from a Revice Denim on August 27, 2018; order number #XXXXX. I have ordered pants through them before and although the wait time has always been long, it has never been as long as I had to wait for these particular pair of pants which were finally delivered on November 17th. They have a 3 week wait time for preordered items and I waited over 3 months. I continuously tried contacting Revice, but only received one response from Zoe telling me that my order hadn't shipped yet. Something, I clearly already knew. I asked for a refund, but that was ignored.
Once I finally received the pants, I went to put them on and the immediately ripped in two places. Frustrated, I emailed Revice hoping to at least exchange the pants if not, recieve a refund, but again no response! Their website says to allow 72 hours for a response and it's been over a week. I emailed again, and again no response.
This is absolutely horribly customer service via product and complaint department.
I want a refund and replacement of pants.

It has now been six weeks since I placed my order and I have heard nothing. After emailing them three more times over the last two weeks with no answer, I'm reporting them. I payed 75$ in full and have no received any updates or notification of shipment. This item was not pre-order and so should have shipped within 5-9 business days according to their website.
I would like my product delivered. I would like an email stating why it took so long and why they were unresponsive and then I would like my item to be shipped. If this brand ends up being a fraud then I would like a full refund.

Delivery, customer service and refund issues.
I have emailed them 3 or 4 times since ordering an item on Sept 25th 2018. I have received no shipping notification, they changed my order without my consent and have only responded twice when I have contacted them. There was no warning of the shipping delay before or after purchase, and they continue to have sales and discounts when they still havent fulfilled my order.

I would like a full refund. There was no indication of such a long wait when I placed my order, and im not confident that the correct size would be sent to me. I have no interest in receiving these jeans since the customer service and communication has been so terrible and lowered my confidence in this product.

I ordered a product and it came damaged and without tags. I am unable to get into contact with the company and am unable to return the product.
I ordered the 90'S BABY / PHOEBE WASH jeans order number XXXXX on November 26th using paypal. The jeans arrived with a missing button and I emailed that day to complain and received no response. I emailed again and again two days apart and still got nothing back. I tried again today, December 8th and received an email saying that email complaints are no longer looked at and I would need to make an account before contacting Revice Denim thought their complaint form. However, on this form I was unable to sign in and was told that to make an account to complain I would need to email them to set up an account which I can not do without having an account. This is a spiral making it impossible to contact the company.
I would like a refund for the damaged product I received. I would not accept store credit as I do not trust that I would actually be able to use my credit or ever actually attain the jeans.

Months of waiting, no replies, no apologies and now, no way to contact.
These are such fabulous jeans. It is a shame.
I have waited over 8 months total for three separate orders. I received two of those after many months, well past the dates specified and promised, with no apologies or updates. The specified dates on their website were pushed back repeatedly after purchase. This was poor practice and left me without the products I had purchased under the impression I would receive within a certain time frame.
I sent numerous emails inquiring as to the whereabouts of my orders, the shipping dates and changing availability dates for those who had already purchased based on earlier product listing. I then proceeded to send emails, airing my frustrations (as one of the orders had been a gift for a birthday then past), and offered suggestions to ease their obvious burdens, as it seemed they were receiving numerous complaints. Suggestions such as simple apology emails to those who were waiting months and months for their orders, or offering discounts or refunds. I suggested this, as it seemed they were happy to offer free items to new customers or weekend deals on their website regularly. I also suggested, that seeing they were seemingly so successful, they employ more customer service reps etc. I received one reply to multiple attempts at communication.
My last order finally arrived and was so long in coming, I had changed size. I followed all instructions to arrange an exchange. I was emailed a canned assurance that I would receive a confirmation of this exchange within days of them receiving the package. This was some weeks ago, and having heard nothing, I contacted them to find their email is no longer valid and Revice will not be replying to that email any longer. Ironically, they rarely did! I was sent to a new password protected Zendesk link which prevents ANYONE from contacting REVICE at all.
I have had enough. I am now down a nice pair of jeans and the money too. I have now spent a total of $210.44 on three pairs of jeans (on sale), of which I am missing one pair. These orders were placed as follows:

Again, it is a shame. I do love to support local business, but unless they can employ good people to run the business properly as they expand, they should be penalised for lack of decent business practices.
I would like to receive the exchange (exchange/refund #***) I requested within a timely manor. Before the end of 2018 would be perfect, thank you. Reopening communication with their customers and allowing a channel between customer service representatives and the public is imperative. If it isn't too much to ask, Revice should take responsibility and publicly apologise for their terrible treatment practices and treatment of their customers. Posting it on their website etc would be great!

I have tried NUMEROUS amounts of times to contact Revice. They never respond. Supposed to have gotten an exchange four months ago.

I sent my jeans back in August and they arrived to them a day later. Still to this day, I have no heard one thing from them regarding these jeans. The jeans were $80 and I paid with my debit card, visa. They have read my Instagram dm's regarding this issue, yet will not respond to me nor help me with the issue. At this point, they have stolen the money from me. I returned the jeans August 27, they arrived August 28. I was supposed to receive and exchange in the style "dream fit/ sweet Monday wash" in size 24. My return number is #***. At this point, I would just like a refund. This business is incredibly irresponsible and should be SHUT DOWN! I can't even imagine how much money they've taken from their customers at this point.
The resolution I am seeking from the business isn't a refund. I've waited four months for an exchange that hasn't come nor have I been sent ANY information regarding it. I want a refund.

I would like a refund, not store credit. After waiting almost FIVE months for ANY kind of response from your company is absolutely ridiculous.

This company will not answer you and you will not get your product! I have tried so many times to reach out to them about my order and they will not respond. It's been almost 5 weeks and still nothing. This is awful I feel like they robbed me.
I need to now find out how to dispute the charge with my bank. Ugh so awful!!!
I ordered my jeans over a month ago. On the website they weren't listed as "pre-order" and I was definitely supposed to receive them a LONG time ago. I keep messaging them on facebook asking for a status of my order and they said to wait 1-2 weeks twice. Then when I said it's been more than 1-2 weeks and that I want to just cancel my order, they replied with "your item was listed as pre-order and you had 72 hours to cancel" which first of all the jeans weren't on pre-order and if you're not sending out the jeans that you CHARGED me right away for then I should be able to cancel it. I just want my f* jeans or a refund. It shouldn't take this long. This company is a scam and I'll never buy from them again. Let everyone know.
I preordered jeans that were to be sent out the week of September 16th. I have still not received them almost 3 months later.
I preordered jeans that were supposed to be sent out the week of September 16th 2018. After not receiving tracking information, I contacted them and was sent an automated message saying to wait one to two more weeks as they were "custom made" so I Blige. After another two weeks I contact them again with no response so I continued to contact them until I receive your response. Again, I received an automated message saying to wait 1 to 2 more weeks. This has gone on for the past three months now and I even request a refund as the event I ordered my product for has passed. They say on their website to wait 24-72 hours to receive a response but I usually don't here back for a week.
I would like to know EXACTLY when my jeans will be shipped or I want a refund.
