We ordered jeans on 12/18/18. We received confirmation of the order/payment received.I have called and emailed the company.Haven't received jeans.
Ordered jeans online on 12/18/18 with Mastercard. Order#***. I have emailed the company 4 times and called twice. The answering machine box was FULL so I left a SMS number for both my home and cell numbers. I have NOT heard back from them. We received a confirmation number and we were billed but have yet to receive a tracking number for the delivery of the jeans.

Desired Outcome

I want the product that we ordered or else refund me my money

I don't understand why the company did not return ANY of my calls or emails letting me know that this was the issue. Why did we have to file a report with the Revdex.com before we heard from them? I will "accept" this response from this company when I receive the items I ordered.

Never sent order in October
I ordered at the beggining of October and I have never been sent my order. I have tried to contact them thousands of times and have ended up being blocked on every social platform for inquiring about my order. They claim they "don't have the jeans" but my friend ordered a week ago and got her oder in 3 days. So how do I not gt my order in 3 months?? I want my money back or my order

That is not true. Your website said my jeans would be ready in September. I ordered in October. Then everytime I asked after Novemebr you kept saying 1-2 weeks. 1-2 weeks. 1-2 weeks. It's been three months now. My friend orders a few weeks ago and got her entire order in 3 days... so 1-2 weeks WHAT!? How do I wiat 3 months and get nothing? It was almost imposiible to get any response from you guys.

No exchange has been issued for a return made (over 3 months ago). I have been in contact with the company and received no help.
I purchased an item from Revice (***) and received it around the end of August. The jeans didn't fit correctly so I sent them back for an exchange. According to UPS tracking the package was received by Revice on September 11, 2018. I have emailed Revice over 10 times since then (it is now Dec 27, 2018) and still not heard back about my exchange. I never got an email confirming that Revice received the package so do not have a return number. I have talked to *** and *** from Revice and still not gotten any serious help. Many of the emails sent back from them seemed automated. *** stopped replying to my emails, so I sent another inquiry to Revice in general on December 20 and still have not heard anything back.

I want revice to give me the exchange that they guarantee when products don't work.

Horrible Customer Service. I want my money back. I do not care about your company's policy AT ALL. Give me my money back.
I am sick and tired of trying to contact this company and hearing absolutely nothing back. I sent back two pairs of jeans that have been delivered to your company on 12/21/2018 with a delivery time of 11:37 am. I have gotten NO EMAILS AT ALL saying you've received them. I do not care at all that it has been the holidays. I've been reaching out to this scam of a company since Sunday 11/2. I'm tired of trying to contact someone through the bogus "contact us" submission request form you guys have set up on your website. I have given this company plenty of time/opportunities to contact me through the MULTIPLE emails and Instagram messages I've sent to you. Like I've mentioned in ALL of my other attempts of contact, I bought two jeans for a total of $112 from you guys and have been treated horribly during this return process. I WILL NOT stop emailing and messaging your company until I receive what I want. I DO NOT WANT STORE CREDIT. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. ALL OF IT. I DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT YOUR COMPANY POLICY. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. This company should really work on its customer service because it is awful and I'm not the only one that thinks so. I will be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and I have contacted my lawyer as well. I suggest someone from your company reach out to me ASAP.

I have waited over 2 1/2 months for my jeans of which were not even pre order items. I have sent over 50 emails with no response.
I ordered my jeans October 10, 2018 order (***) of which the website never specified either were preordered. After sending many emails with no response from the regular customer service email I emailed another email address listed on their website, a woman named *** who confirmed that they messed up and never sent my jeans. Then another person *** responded finally once I emailed *** after about 5-10 unanswered emails. 3 weeks passed and I finally got an order but it was one 1 or the 2 pairs I ordered and they were damaged. I emailed again and I got a response from a lady named ***. She responded promptly willing to provide me a return label. I returned my jeans on December 14th. I've sent many emails asking the status of the other pair I am still waiting on which *** said would be here before Christmas. She lied. I've sent many emails wondering where my jeans are that I am still waiting to receive and also if they received the jeans I sent back. NO RESPONSE. I haven't been provided with a tracking number or anything. It has been over 2 months, I have received nothing and I am out $131.04.

I don't want your product AT ALL. I want a full refund. I have NEVER experienced such terrible customer service in my life. I want my money back. That is all. This company is a scam company and I will be such to let all of my followers via instagram, facebook and twitter know to never ever to business with is company.

I received the Blue Divisions 27 they were damaged so I sent them back beginning of December. It has been almost 4 months since I initially purchased these jeans of which your site does NOT specify if it is pre order or not. I NEVER received notification that the jeans I sent arrived or anything. So I was supposed to at least GET store credit but NO HAVEN'T GOTTEN THAT because no one sends emails or responds to emails at REVICE apparently. I HAVE SAID MANY TIMES. I JUST WANT MY $134 BACK. I DO NOT WANT YOUR PRODUCT. I have been told "your jeans will ship out in 10 days" by about 5 different people and guess what.... NEVER HAPPENS. I WANT A REFUND. NOTHING LESS. I don't want store credit and I don't want the Dylan Wash. I want my money back.

I ordered a pair of jeans on October 31, 2018.. It is now January 2nd, 2019 and I have still not recieved it.
I ordered a pair of jeans through revice at the end of October and it is now January 2019 and I still havent recieved my order. I sent 2 emails to the direct companies email and never got a response. I then submitted 2 different requests through their website and got a reply but it was like the emails were automated. They were the exact same emails but the names of the girls that responded to me where different... it was literally the same exact email. Im getting extremely frustrated because there is no phone number to call and I have been waiting on these jeans for 3 months now. The email only stated that they apologize for the delay because there is a high demand for REVICE but my friend ordered 3 pairs and got them within a week and a half. I sent another request today but Im assuming I am going to recieve another automated email and I cant express the anger I have because I ordered these jeans for an event. Hopefully there can be a solution to this.

Desired Outcome

I really love the style of the jeans I ordered, so I would just like them to be delivered. If not I am more than satisfied with a refund because the customer service I have been putting up woth from this company is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

I ordered from Revice over a month ago and have not received a single update on shipping. When I contacted to ask for a cancellation, they denied it.
After waiting a month for an update on shipping, I contacted Revice Denim to request a cancellation. Their site states that you can contact them within 4 weeks of ordering if you do not receive a notice for shipping. Instead of assisting or apologizing, I was informed that I cannot cancel my order and instead will have to wait. They did not share any information on when this item WILL be shipped, and they have not offered any solutions either. After doing some research, I have found out that other customers have gone 6+ months without receiving their jeans. This is starting to strike me as a scam. I bought the jeans on black friday 2018, it is now Dec XX XXXX. The jeans are approximately $75, which is on the hefty side, especially since I might not ever receive them. I am beyond furious.

Desired Outcome

I would like a cancellation of the order and full refund. If there had been professional updates on shipping rather than leaving me in the dark, I would not be as upset or wary. Instead, they refuse to let their customers know what is happening, which is leading many of this to suspect that it is a scam.

I sent a pair of jeans back to exchange sizes over 2 months ago and they have not sent me a new pair or confirmed that they've got them.
I ordered a pair of jeans and received them on October 28th. I sent them back to get a size exchange within a week of receiving them, using my own payment through USPS. I got the USPS notification that they were successfully dropped off at their location during the first week of November. To this day, I have received no confirmation of my jeans being received, nor have I gotten the new pair of jeans (it has been 2 full months). I have emailed them over 5 times and they only responded to me twice, saying that "sometimes it just takes them a long time to fulfill the order". I have asked for a confirmation of them getting my return or an estimate on when I would get the new pair, and they have failed to provide me with that despite numerous requests.

Desired Outcome

All I want is an estimate of when I will receive my exchange. If they cannot provide me with that estimate and eventually the jeans I paid for, I want a refund.

I accept the response because I was issued a refund to order a different pair of jeans, which is all I wanted. Thank you for the prompt response.

Ordered a pair of jeans 2 months ago, still haven't received them. They're great at ignoring all messages. Took almost a week to receive an email.
Ordered a single pair of jeans, was charged right away. After a month of not receiving them, I reached out via ig, was ignored. I sent an email, was redirected. After a week I finally got a response to wait another 2 weeks. Two months later I still haven't received anything. Sent an email yesterday, haven't heard back from them. They're great at quickly deleting "scam" type of comments on their social platforms. Customer service seems non-existent. They are simply terrible.

I want a full refund. Item hasn't been delivered and from reading others complaints, it seems like my order will never be completed.

I ordered a product on October 3, 2018, I was charged for it and have yet to receive it. I have contacted the company multiple times with no response.
I ordered a pair on jeans from this company on 10/03/2018 and received a confirmation email, but have yet to receive shipping confirmation. I was charged upon purchase for the item. It is now 01/01/2019 and nothing has been sent and no refund has been given. I have contacted the company via email multiple times, many of my attempts have been met with an automatic gmail response email saying that the email I was provided was faulty. I have requested refunds, information on my order multiple times, everything I could think of and received absolutely no response. It is absurd.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund, as well as the product delivered as this has been an absurd amount of time and the lack of response is absolutely terrible. I would like expectation damages in the form of specific performance with the delivery of my product purchased as well as punitive damages of the amount of the product for the terrible business practice and ignored inquiries, as well as, the 3 months I have now had to go without the product or the money I paid for them.

The item I ordered was not a pre-order item as they are claiming, at least it was not indicated as such when I ordered. Pre-order items have an estimated date indicated before you "add them" to your cart. Mine did not, I have shopped with the company in the past and made sure NOT to purchase any "pre-order" items because last time I did this it took them 5 months to send them, so I was extremely careful in making my selection. Their response is a blatant lie, but at least they have responded. They were not a pre-order item, were never indicated as such, and I should have received them within their normal shipping times as indicated on their website.

ordered two pairs of jeans on 11/26/18 (order #***) and still have received neither. I have attempted to contact Revice and haven't succeeded.
I ordered two pairs of jeans (order #***) on 11/26/2018. After two weeks of waiting for my order (which, to be clear, was not a "pre-order") and not even receiving any shipping info, I contacted them for a shipping update. At the time this email was sent I was concerned because I would be moving out of my apartment that the order was meant to go to in 2-3 weeks. I could not get through to anyone via any of their public emails. Eventually I reached out to them over their social media accounts and got a response on facebook. Luckily, a Revice representative told me that they would change my shipping address. Shortly after I got an email with shipping info and another that said one of the two pairs had been shipped to the original apartment, which wasn't true (at the time I hadn't moved out yet and there was no package to speak of). As for the second pair, I have continued to message Revice on facebook and I have gotten no information or response whatsoever. I am still paying for these two jeans by installment on AfterPay.

Desired Outcome

I would at least like a refund for this absurd fiasco. The total cost of the jeans is $125.03.

No order tracking, no response to questions, concern I will lose my money to scam
I started to get concerned after I heard nothing about my order for three weeks. After looking further into the company, I have seen several comments about how it is a scam. When I reached out about my order, I did not receive a response. This company seems to be a scam and I dont want any other consumers to lose money through it.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for the purchase I made. Even if my jeans get delivered eventually, I would much rather just get my money back and spend it at a store that actually cares about their product and the consumers making the purchase.

I haven't received an order placed almost 4 months ago and customer service hasn't fixed the issue despite promising to resolve it 1.5 months ago.
I placed an order (#***) on 9/11/18 at 2:44pm. I paid $59.40 in 3 installments using AfterPay. On 10/4, I received an email confirming that my shipment was on the way. I kept up with the tracking information, and on 10/18 I noticed that the package was not yet even at the DHL eCommerce Facility and I emailed *** about the issue. I sent a followup on 10/22 after no response. On 10/28 I emailed again because my tracking number could no longer be found at all. I also reached out on Instagram direct messages during this period and heard nothing until 11/6. *** emailed me to apologized on behalf of an error in their system and said my order would be "shipped within the next week". I followed up with *** on 11/21 and 11/25 and still have not heard back. On 11/29 I filed a complained through the website explaining my issue. *** (via ***) did not respond until 12/14, over 2 weeks later. I was once again promised that my order would be shipped "within 1-2 weeks (or sooner!)". This is not even going into detail regarding the numerous Instagram DMs left with no response, deleted comments on social media posts, and phone calls.

After ordering a pair of jeans from Revice Denim in September, and receiving them in late October, I sent them back, and never received an exchange.
On September 6th, 2018, I ordered a pair of Uptown/Roadtrip Wash jeans from Revice Denim. After ordering these jeans, I did not receive a confirmation or order number, and the only receipt of purchase that I had was the charge to my card. On September 7th, 2018 I received a charge for $66.00 on my debit card. I then sent an email to Revice Denim regarding this, and they sent me an email that did not fully respond to what I had asked them, and still did not provide me with a receipt, order number, or confirmation number. The email felt as though it was an automated email, despite the fact that Revice specifically states that all emails are answered by a real person. This purchase was a pre-order, and the website stated that they were expected to ship the week of October 1st. I received my order on October 9th, but the jeans that came in the mail were only remotely similar to the jeans that I had ordered online. Giving that I had waited over a month for these jeans to come in, I was extremely unhappy with this. I then emailed the company a second time complaining, and asking for a refund. Revice responded, again only addressing some parts of my email, and stated that they only offer returns for store credit or exchanges. I was fine with this, though still bothered by the company's inability to answer my emails in their entirety. I was then sent a return label from Revice Denim, but this label required filling out my order number, which again, I never received. Because of this I reached out to the company via email, once again, and I was sent the same return label again, but still no order number. I decided to proceed to returning these jeans anyways, and shipped them back on or around October 23, 2018. I was told that I would receive a confirmation on my return once Revice received them. Several weeks passed, and on November 5, 2018, I emailed Revice once again for an update on my order. On November 6, 2018, Revice responded asking to allow 2-3 weeks for production to finish, and then the jeans would be shipped out. Because the company had production issues previously, I was fine with this, though still extremely dissatisfied with this order. I waited almost another month before emailing Revice again, on December 4, 2018, and I asked for another update on the order. I did not receive a response to this email, so I reached out again, on December 20th (still no sign of order). This email asked the same questions regarding tracking, order number, confirmation, etc. Revice responded the same day, asking for another 1-2 weeks to finish up production. After receiving this email, I was extremely upset because of the time that I had already waited to receive these jeans, and now they are asking to wait longer. I then responded to Revice, and explained that I am not okay with waiting any longer for these jeans, and I would like a full refund. Since sending this email, I have not received a response. The only sales reps that I have received responses from were *** and ***, who were both incredibly unhelpful, and did not answer any questions asked in my emails.

A full refund from Revice Denim for the price of $66.00, and a formal apology for the unprofessionalism of this company.

This company has not delivered the product I ordered on November 26, 2018. The delivery policy stated it would be shipped within 4-9 business days and has yet to be shipped today, December 28, 2018. I have sent this company countless emails regarding my order, but the question of delayed shipment has never been answered, and it takes the company about two weeks to reply to emails when the website states responses will be made within 72 hours.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking for the business to merely deliver my items ordered as promptly as possible.

On 11-24-18 I ordered a pair of jean from Revice. I paid $70.79. My debit card was immediately charged. I never received my order.
On 11-24-18 I ordered a pair of jeans. I paid $70.79. My account was charged upon placing the order. As of today (Jan 2, 2019), I have not received my order and my jeans have never been shipped. I have contacted Revice 3x and they refuse to give me a refund.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of $70.79.

As of today, Jan 14, 2019, I have not received my order nor any indication that an order has been sent. I was immediately charged for an order I placed on November 24, 2018 and this is not fair to the customer. Customers should be charged when the order is shipped and no where during the order process did I see it would take months to receive the order. I would like a refund immediately. I have been asking for a refund for 3 weeks now and every time I get a response, its a generic pre-fabs response letter. Your business reviews are HORRIBLE. My bad for now researching your business prior to ordering.

I emailed this company over 10 times to be ignored or told they partially fulfilled my order only to never receive the jeans or another email.
I purchased on November 17th was well aware of the Preorder description but even then this has gone on longer than it should. I paid 130 dollars for jeans I have yet to receive. Only time I get a response from the company they assure me they Will be shipped out but its three weeks past expected shipment date and no one will tell you the actual status of your order. I attempted to reach out via email facebook and instagram and twitter.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be reimbursed, not only for your lack of customer service but for not receiving a product I paid for six weeks ago. FTC ruled you have a month or you must communicate new shipment dates with me this never happened.

We have a high demand for REVICE right now and we are experiencing a delay in shipments. However each order is made to order and custom made, which can also factor into delayed shipping.

Part 2 was delivered on: Wed, January 2, 2019 at 11:37 AM PT

Ordered a package over a month ago and still have not recieved it.
I ordered the BOOGIE BELLS / OCEAN WASH jeans on november 12th at the company states 5-7 business days for shipping. I was aware that some of their preorder pants would take longer so I was sure to check and they did not state these pants as pre order. Now the description of the pants states PRE-ORDER: EXPECTED TO SHIP NOVEMBER 25TH However, I ordered my jeans before this date and it is now december 25th and I still have not recieved them. I paid around 70 dollars for these pants and I need them by January 10th for a birthday gift. I Thought two months would be enough time for them to ship. I know it is a busy time of year and I dont want a refund all I want is my pants I ordered please!
