I was told order would be shipped. A week and a half ago. Haven't received any shipping info and the company won't respond . They have charged me
I ordered jeans on November 10th. Revice charged cc immediately. Still had not heard anything from Revice by November 20 th sent an email, *** responded to my email with, your order is shipping next week. Monday the 3rd I sent another email stating I hadn't heard anything or received my shipment. I asked them to please respond back. That this was a Christmas present I was waiting on. I then sent another email requesting a phone number and information about my order. After the first email response I have not received any more contact from them. I sent in a complaint to PayPal through which I paid. They were supposed to send the complaint to Revice. But haven't heard back from that either.thats only been a couple of days ago. I need my order or a refund for a Christmas gift.

Desired Outcome

I really want my order if it is here within the next week. If they can't provide that. A full refund within the week.

Never received the response. In total I emailed them about 7-8 times with no response. I asked for a phone number - no response. The one time they did respond, about two weeks after I ordered was to tell me it would ship the next week. Never heard again. Also if you look at the pre order, it said 3 weeks.And at that it wasn't even clear. I ordered as a Christmas gift. Ordered on November 10 th. Today 4 th of January and still haven't seen They are misleading people. They are horrible at communicating. I tried to cancel the order with no response. I'm not sure why a company is still allowed to stay in business. If I promised someone something, took their money, never responded to them and lied about the whole procedure, I would be put in jail. They apparently have done this to many people. I didn't find out until after the I had ordered that you would never see your product or your money again.

4 MONTHS DELAYED SHIPPING AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE TEAM!!
I ordered 2 pants on September 23, 2018. 1 pants came during October and it was damaged. The other pants is said to be "IN TRANSIT" for 4 months?! I emailed the company more than 5 times and they keep sending me computer generated apologies and how my pants will take 2 weeks to be delivered. At this point I don't want the pants anymore I just want a refund. There is no way I'm putting any money in to that joke of a company. I do not want a store credit. I want my money back.

I want a full refund. Not a store credit. I do not want the pants to be delivered to me.

I know that what I ordered was not a pre-order item since it wasn't stated in the website. I think the no refund rule is bogus and it should be changed since your company seems more like a scam than an actual company now. And many complaints from costumers not receiving their item/s as well as their money back need to be taken into consideration. It took more than 5 months to get a response and I get the same excuse from your team. DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS.

I did an exchange with them and I have waited a month+ with no word on my order. I have emailed them three separate times and they have not responded.
I ordered a pair of jeans I did not like, so I returned them and exchanged them for a new pair. My exchange was approved on October 23rd when they sent me a confirmation email saying thank you, gave me my ***, and said that they would email me when it was shipped. I understand they take a very long time to ship things out so I waited for a month before I decided that I would ask if there was any update on my order. I have ordered from Revice before, and usually you have to email them before they actually send the order out. However, this time my email was not responded to. So I emailed them again, this time using the message box they had set up on their site which was new. No response there either. I tried one more time and I direct messaged them on instagram. I have been completely ignored all four times of reaching out. The jeans were at least $80+ and I used amazon pay to pay for them, but the issue is not in payment, it's in being ignored by the company I am trying to get my order from.

Desired Outcome

The resolution I am seeking from this company is just to deliver my jeans. I really just want the jeans I paid for. I was also promised a free t-shirt with my jeans but never got one and at this point I don't care. I genuinely just want them to ship the jeans I paid for so I can finally be done with this whole mess.

I ordered a pair of their jeans during the first week of July. It is December 5th and I still have not received my jeans.
I ordered jeans the first week of July. It said no where that they were on pre order. Apparently, pre order jeans take longer to come in. After 2 months I emailed them to see where my jeans were. They said they were getting shipped out within a few days. The next month goes by and I email them again to see where my jeans are, and they sent me the same email. So I responded saying I would just like my $60 back instead of the jeans because at this point it was October and the event I ordered the jeans for already had passed. They told me that wasnt possible because the jeans were on pre order and if I wanted my money back I would have had to cancel within the first 7 days of my order. Now it is December and every time I email them I do not get a response and every time I call it goes straight to voicemail. At this point, I dont want my jeans so much as I would just like my $60 back.

Due to the long process, I just would like a refund.

Ordered pair of jeans months ago never got them after over 20 emails spanning over that time and DM's through instagram.
I ordered a pair of "The Westside" Jeans for 68.60 with discount code "***" on June 30th 2018 and never got them. I paid through Paypal. On August 24 I sent them an email asking when my jeans were expected to ship as it was 3 weeks after the posted pre-order ship date on their site at time of purchase. On August 29th I received an email from them stating they had been shipped. As I tracked the number through DHL, it began to state the order was nonexistent. As I watched the "shipment" it also never even left from the the warehouse before it became nonexistent. On September 17th 2018 I recieved an email stating an apology for the delay and that they have a high demand for their products so there is a delay. Then ended the email by saying to allow 1-2 more weeks for my order to ship.Afterwards still no shipping confirmation as well as no response. I have sent more emails than ever since the last one they sent me.

I would like a full refund I do not want to deal with this scam any longer.

After months of complaining my order was finally received. Despite my final request being a full refund due to the ridiculous nature of their company. I decided I got them, good enough.

I havent received my jeans from over 4 months ago. They shipped me damagedjeans and I sent them back for replacement,they received but no replacement
I have not received my jeans from over 4 months ago. They shipped me defective jeans and I sent them back for replacement, they received my defective pair and never acknowledged they received them until multiple emails. Finally acknowledged they received my return but still have yet to receive replacement or a refund. Livid. I have over 30+ emails to them.

Desired Outcome

I would like a FULL refund for both jeans due to my time spent on this issue. I will send other pair back

No, it was not received. Hence why I've emailed you multiple times about it and kept getting ignored. I will dispute this with my credit card should I not get a refund. I do not want the replacement jeans (should you ever ship them) will never buy a product here again. I am entitled to my refund due to never receiving and the waste of time this has been.

Attempted contacting the company on 3 different occasions to resolve this issue never got a response still haven't received me order.
I placed an order with Revice demin on September 13th 2018 it is going on three month now that I have not received the entirety of that order on top of not receiving everything they also shipped me someone else order. I contacted them in hopes of rectifying the situation and possibly being able to send the clothes to the correct person who obviously has still not gotten her order as well. I got no response, I contacted them again simply asking for my money back for the jeans that were never shipped to me. Again no response. I attempted to contact them one final time begging them to make the situation right and once again no response. I have spent a total of $302.22 on this order and dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare. I'm not sure how to further proceed with correcting this error they have made.

Desired Outcome

I have asked either for a refund for the items that were never shipped to me or for them to just ACTUALLY deliver me the jeans I've ordered. Seems pretty fair to me.

When ordered items on Oct 5 I was told it was 30 days. I have emailed company since then on multiple attempts and have been told it is being delivered in 2 weeks. It is now Dec 17 and still have not received and again being told 2 weeks. On Nov 4 from Zoe told it was coming in 2 weeks. On Nov 16 told via Email from *** order coming in 2 weeks. I want a refund

company will not return emails, has no number to call, I still have not received my product I ordered back in June 2018.. 6 months later!
Ordered a pair of shorts on their website on 6/25/18. The item was a pre-order item. States on the product page 'pre-order, expected to ship August 5th'. Ok, so I wait till August.. I emailed on 8/1/18 to check status.. since I've had no communication except the order confirmation.. and to let them know my address has changed before they ship out. No response. emailed again on 8/16/18, no response. Emailed again 8/20/18, no response. Emailed for the fourth time to a different email I found on their site.. NOT the customer service email.. on 8/30/18. Finally received a response a day later on 8/31/18. This is the response

Ok, so I've never received any communication on any delays and I'm promised my product within 2 weeks. I emailed back with my new shipping address. Then I get another email response apologizing for delay .. it is a 'pre-order' item.. etc. I already know this but it has been 3 months since my order and a month since the expected ship date posted on the product page on website. And again, I am promised that my order should ship out 'within the next few weeks'. Fast forward to now and I still have not received my order, or have I received any updates regarding status. It has been 3 months since they said it would ship within a few weeks. I emailed again on 11/24/18 for someone to get me a status update and if they cannot provide the product.. to refund my money. And no response yet again. I am tired of dealing with this and just want my money back. It has been 5 months since I ordered!

Company has finally reached out, probably since being notified from Revdex.com. But STILL have yet to receive the product that has been paid for! Keep promising they will send and never do.

Placed an order early September and have still not received the product. It has been many months and customer service is dishonest.
I placed an order from revice denim the first week of September. I spent over $200 dollars, and so far have only revived one of the three pairs of jeans. I understand they were pre order, but the website falsely advertised that all pairs would ship by September 16th. I emailed revice on September 21st and they told me they would ship in 1-2 weeks. They didn't. I emailed revice again on 11/02/18, they didn't answer until the 16th and said again that it would be 1-2 weeks. It's now December and I still haven't revived my items. Revice happily took my money, and hasn't delivered on a single one of their promises. I just want my jeans or my money back. I will never purchase from this company again, and I don't recommend that anyone else does either. It's bad business to take peoples money and leave them hanging for months on months. I feel like I was tricked.

DO NOT GIVE A SINGLE DOLLAR TO THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE A SCAM! If I could give this company negative stars I would, they don't even deserve one star. How I wish I would have done better research on this company and read these reviews before ordering from them. I ordered 4 pairs of jeans back in early October, it is now December. This company is based out of Gardena CA which is about a 30 minute car ride from where I live. I only received 3 of 4 of the pairs around mid November. I looked at my email to see where the other pair is and it directs you to their website which shows you the "status" of your order. My other pair of jeans is - still to this day - are "processing". They took my money and never sent me my product, which is a federal offense. I've sent multiple emails and left voicemails about this (if you call their "phone number" it goes straight to voicemail). They post on average about 10 new Instagram stories a day, but cannot somehow answer any emails or listen to voice messages. If you post on their Instagram you get your post removed, if you send them a DM you never hear back. Every model and influencer they have "promoting" their company is FAKE. Oh, and good luck with returns. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. You better know your size or your in for a whole new world of anger and frustration. Remember the three pairs of jeans I did receive, which they must have walked on foot to deliver from Gardena to Santa Monica, yeah two of them didn't fit. To place a return, you have to " 'file a claim' - which can take up to 2-5 business days to be approved. Once approved you will receive an email with how to go about submitting your return.once your return is received it may take 3 to 5 business days to process your return." Also SEND YOUR RETURN WITH TRACKING, it will save you if they try to pull the 'we never received it' card. After waiting a week and a half after they received my package I emailed them asking the status of my return as Black Friday was coming up and wanted to get my correct size. Never heard back, then after multiple emails I send one last angry email which got a response and I was told after all of that I was only getting store credit. Credit to a store that hasn't sent me my original order, will someone please explain to me why I would want credit?! *find my happy placeAnyways, I've continued to send them emails about my missing item but still have t heard back. I placed my new "store credit order" maybe I will get them, maybe I won't, by some stroke of a miracle maybe I will get my missing pair, who knows. I will update this review soon and let you know, I'm giving this until the end of the week and I'm calling my bank. All in all, I would not reccomend to a friend, I would never give them another dollar, and I hope this review helps anyone out there thinking they want to give it a go, don't, just don't. I've spent allot of time and research trying to find good quality jeans that have a 70s vibe and are flavored but not bellbotttoms and fit like a glove. It's al,ost impossible to find nowadays, and this company is not the answer as I desperately wanted them to be. Did the one pair that fit look nice, yeah sure, do I like them, yeah sure, is it worth the hassle ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Going on 6 months and still haven't received my order. Was given a fake tracking code just to find out nothing ever shipped.
July 1, 2018 placed my order for two pairs of jeans and a shirt. July 24, 2018 I received a tracking order for one pair of jeans that were ready and I did receive that pair. however, I was still waiting on the other two items. I did understand that the other pair of jeans were a preorder and after a few emails with the company they had said within two weeks they should ship. a month or so later I received a tracking number saying the rest of my order had shipped. multiple weeks go by and I email the company just to find out that the tracking number was a "glitch" and they were never shipped and to keep waiting. Six months later I still have yet to receive my items, a shipping update or even a valid answer regarding my order.

Desired Outcome

At this point I would just like my items delivered or a refund. I refuse to get store credit because I will never order again. I am not waiting another 6+ months to receive an item that I was already charged for.

On Revice Denim's website I purchased two T-shirt's and a pair of jeans. When the order arrived I never received the jeans only the shirts.
I was tracking the package online of my two shirts and my jeans and they said all 3 items were on their way. I received the 2 shirts I ordered together but no jeans. There was proof of purchase and no mistake of not buying the jeans. I checked my card that I payed everything with and there was proof that I purchased the jeans. I never received them in the mail. It's been almost a month. I emailed the business and they apologized and said there management team would get back to me. No one has.

Desired Outcome

I would like some sort of store credit for the jeans that I purchased and never received. Thank you. They also never got back to me like they said they would.

I made an order on October 3 which was not a pre-order item, it was one they had claimed to be in stock, and I have yet to receive even a shipping confirmation but was charged! I have contacted this company weekly with emails, Instagram messages, even got a number from my bank and have called. They have NO response. It is absolutely absurd, terrible customer service and business.

The worst customer service you could possibly think of, good luck getting an email back in a timely manner or at all. I made the mistake of ordering from them two times. The first time was an absolute nightmare and took about 4 months to get to me, with them completely disregarding emails about me moving TWO times since I had placed the order so I needed to make sure they updated my address, nope, they still shipped to an apartment my husband and I no longer lived at in a city we no longer lived in. Luckily, we had our old neighbor get the package, but f* Revice for that one honestly because that was luck and I sent them so many emails to try and make SURE they would update my shipping, and they never did. So then I get the jeans really not wanting to like them, but they fit well and it is hard for me to find pants I like.

I ordered 2 more pairs in August, before I had seen the many many terrible customer reviews, thinking ok maybe this was a one time thing and the company has got their stuff together more now. Wrong, total mistake ordering again, this time it seems to be even worse. I have 3 email addresses for them, all different employees there that I have received responses from in the past, and I email them all honestly an annoying amount because it should not take THIS LONG 4+ months to get items that were NOT on pre sale, and I have got like no replies, when I dot get a reply it is a lie saying "1-2 more weeks" for weeks on end. Not to mention they said this order shipped in September and then it was taking forever so I emailed and they replied with oops we *** up on shipping on our part, it will be shipped correctly soon! And then never shipped, now I heard a few weeks ago oh well everything is hand made and we are so busy so it will be another few weeks! Wait, didn't you guys say my order was ready and shipped in September but you messed up shipping? Messy. Who runs this fake company? Such a joke and a scam, do not order from them, at this point I just want a refund.

I placed an *** August 31, 2018, wherein Revice took $73.50 from my checking account. I have still not received the product or refund
I placed an order on August 31, 2018 for b-side cherry bomb jeans in the amount of $73.50. ***. I have yet to receive these jeans. I contacted them October 10 about the whereabouts of the jeans and was assured they'd be shipped in 2 weeks. I still had not received them on November 14 and requested a refund. I was assured again it would be two weeks. No refund has been given as of November 23.

I would like a refund of $73.50 for these jeans.

product received 3.5 months after initial order after complaint filed.

10/25 placed order for jeans - 11/9 received message they would cancel and refund order. 11/25 no refund no cancellation no communication
Order placed- asked to modify it four days later. Their preferred method is FB messenger however they send auto reply for days before you can an actual employee to respond. After several attempts and written conversations we agreed to cancel and refund the order. (11/9/18). As of today I still see the order as active no refund. They have told me again it will be cancelled however on 11/23 they sent email saying order shipped. Tracking shows no packaged sent to carrier (I do NOT want the order) and their is no tracking info.

I am asking that they follow their own written resolution of order cancellation and a full refund. This order has NOT shipped

I gave it a few days after receiving the last response and still to date I have never received any of the items not FIS I receive a partial refund. I do not want any items and am asking for a full refund. I have written documentation that it was agreed that they would cancel and refund. That was almost two months ago. These were originally Christmas presents for a family holiday party on 12/15. I have already given other items instead. Please Issue a fill refund immediately

I ordered and was charged for two pairs of pants, never received them, and customer service stopped responding in August.
On April 25, 2018, I placed an order, was charged for $140.80, had multiple interactions with customer service. One of those times, they promised I would receive my order in two weeks. I never did, and after that they stopped responding. I am one of many people who have had this problem, based on reviews and social media interactions online.

Desired Outcome

I would like either my products to be shipped or my money back.

I placed an order about 3 months ago and still have not recieved it. I emailed them about a month ago and they responded saying they were working hard to get it out within the next two weeks. A month later and I still don't have it. I recently emailed again and still no response. This is my first experience with revice and will definitely be my last, very disappointed with the service.

My order was never delivered and my 4 attempts at contacting them have been ignored.
I ordered a pair of jeans in August. Two months after not receiving them I contacted them asking for an estimate on the delivery date and they told me it would be no longer than two weeks. One month after this, I contacted them again asking why I still had not received them. This was ignored. I tried another way of contacting them and that was ignored as well. A week later and I emailed them again. Still no response. It has now been 3 months since I ordered them and I cannot even get a response from customer service.

Desired Outcome

At this point I would like my money back. When I asked to cancel my order they said that they do not cancel orders. I spent around $60 on these jeans that I never received and I just want that money back.
