I cannot exchange items and there is not a good mode of communication between the business and it's cutomers.
I ordered 5 items. It took them three months to ship the first packege which contained to denim items and a tee. One of the jeans fit to size but the other is about two sizes smaller because they do not have standard sizes apparently. I filled out the exchange and return form online which according to them takes 2-3 business days to answer but it took them about a week to send them. I have to have an invoice to return the items but the invoice was not sent in my package. I tried emailing and no one answered and every time I have emailed them since I ordered the items they either do not answer or respond late with some generalized email. I am out about $200 right now because the last item has not shipped and I cannot get them to answer about returns. By the way, they do not have a phone number so email is the only communication between the business and the customer.

Desired Outcome

I want my items that are too small exchanged for items that fit and I want my last item shipped as soon as possible. I do not want to wait three more months for replacement items.

Complete lack of communication and false promises about delivery. It has been over two months and I have not received my order or any updates in weeks
I placed an order for two pairs of jeans and neither of them have been shipped. Order #XXXXX placed on 7/24/18 for $130.20 using AfterPay.
(Styles: the west side and yin yang crops). The order was confirmed on 7/24 but I did not hear from Revice until 8/29 claiming that one pair of the jeans had been shipped. When I tried to use the tracking number provided, no information came up and it said it was invalid. One of them was indicated as a preorder item so I expected to wait but it is well past the preorder date claimed on the website of "the second week of September." When I emailed the first time, I received no response. When I emailed customer service a second time a few weeks later, I received a generic email that provided no detailed information about when I would receive my jeans. They told me on 9/20 that I would receive them in two weeks or less, but that time frame is passed and I still have nothing. I have done research and many other customers have been scammed as well. At this point I just want my money back because this is ridiculous to wait this long for no response.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund for my items. It has been over two months and I have not received this product. I have lost over $130 from this purchase and no longer want these jeans. I just want my money back.

I literally have never felt compelled to write a review on anything before buying jeans from this company. Their "customer service" or lack thereof is so unreliable and irresponsible. They don't answer emails for weeks, don't pick up their phone, and are basically unreachable on social media. Any email that they do reply to, it's very vague and overly perky, as if that's going to make me less annoyed with their service. Like okay, you can't answer any customer emails, but you can obviously flood our inboxes with daily promotions and delete all the bad reviews off your social media? Messy. Anyway. Here's the tea: I purchased a pair of jeans during one of their sales in early July and waited over a month for them to arrive. They arrived literally on the last day of August, and thanks to their customer service helping me out with their wack *** sizing (I'm joking, they never replied to me), I had to return it because it was two sizes too small. I returned them immediately for an exchange and a week into September, the tracking said the jeans were already delivered to their factory. They emailed me two weeks later, saying they had just THEN received my package. Now it's October, and I still haven't received my jeans or any confirmation that they've been shipped out. So yeah, they look cute and retro or whatever, but save yourself the trouble and just go to Urban Outfitters.

It took over 3 months to ship my order, and after it was shipped I never received it.
I ordered a pair of jeans well over three months ago. This wasn't my first pair I ordered from them... the first taking almost a YEAR to receive in my correct size. I emailed them multiple times about it, and they finally told me my jeans would be shipped within two weeks. So, of course, well over two weeks later my pants ship. I tracked them until it said they were at my house, and low and behold they never showed up. I emailed them about the situation and they never even got back to me... they have pathetic customer service and now I'm out my money and a pair of jeans.

Desired Outcome

I would like the jeans I ordered and the free item that was supposed to come with them. I would also like a refun because it's been months and months of me dealing with this.

I have emailed Revice 5 times and have not received any assistance in when my order. I emailed them wondering if I could change my size to a 26, no reply. All I want is my jeans in the right size. I am highly disappointed with the way this company views their customers and handles issues. I was genuinely excited to purchase from Revice and to wear these amazing jeans. However, this is no way to build a company and customer platform. I understand backorders and taking a lot of time to ship order, however I would encourage Revice to communicate with their costumers the situation. I just want my jeans.

Extremely delayed shipping and bogus response.
I ordered jeans in the beginning of July and it was a pre order item, to be delivered the first week of August. We are now almost in October. I have emailed several times and have gotten the same scripted response every single time. I finally emailed today asking for a refund but who knows if I will ever receive one.

I want a refund. I do not want the same scripted response that you have been giving everyone on this site.

Placed order in June, it's 6 days from October now and I have yet received my pants. Been in contact with company and they are unresponsive.
***, placed on June 12, 2018. Paid $62.85 for a pair of jeans. The pants I ordered were considered "pre-order" meaning they take a bit longer. I contacted the company and they said they will be shipping in a few weeks and send me a shipping confirmation. One month later, I get an email of a shipping confirmation.. I check the tracking and it says the package was never delivered and the company never said anything to me. " That was their response to me until I FINALLY got a hold of someone. August 31, 2018 I received an email saying this "Hi ***!I am so sorry for the inconvenience regarding your order. I just looked further into your account and I can confirm your order wasn't shipped due to an error in our system. We have your order written down and will make sure it gets shipped out within the next week." STILL NOTHING. I email them again. September 13, I got an email saying my order was shipped "today" and to wait for a shipping confirmation. Today is September 24, and I still have no received any email response back. The two sales reps I've been in contact are *** and *** I no longer live at the address I have the order place to be sent at and when I asked the costumer service if they could change the address or give me a refund, they do not respond to my questions but only tell me the same thing over and over about "sorry for the inconvenience".

I need the business to actually respond to my emails and to DELIVER my package. Not keep telling me they have, when they have not. Also it would help alot if they could change the address to my current address. I want a tracking information on my shipment. It's been 4 months since I placed this order and have no received my package. This company has lacked communication with me.

Order number ***. I have never received any information about the status of my order, and never received any emails back. (I emailed them to ask when they would be shipped). It is insane to me that there are so many negative Revdex.com reviews. I should have read them before I ordered. They have so little communication, it seems like their "best practice" is to ignore their customers until I assume the cancel their order? I mean, has ANYONE ever actually got what they ordered? OR is this a scam?

I would like my order to be delivered immediately. I understand that they have a lot of orders. But the company should be responding to their customers instead of just ignoring them. It is so unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone buy a product from Revice.

I ordered something three months ago. Any time I email "customer service" I get the same response back every time.
I purchased I pair of jeans July 3 that had a preorder shipping date of July 28. I emailed two weeks after July 28 and was sent an email saying they were sorrry but it should ship in two weeks or sooner. Two weeks after that no jeans so I emailed again and was sent the EXACT same email as before word for word. Two weeks go by and I email again and was sent the exact same email again. After emailing four times and not getting anywhere, I emailed and asked them to cancel my order and provide me a refund. Instead of addressing this at all, she sent back the exact same email that she has been sending since the first time I emailed. Now any time I ask for an update I receive no response. I paid by card and my order number is XXXXX.

At this point I don't want to deal with them anymore I literally just want a refund so I never have to deal with revice again

Ill deal with this because my jeans finally shipped and there is nothing else I can do about this at this point, however, the delay in shipping is NOT clearly stated on the website. The ship date "made extremely clear" was July 28 and their customer service was absolutely no help in giving me information regarding a correct ship date. I won't be buying from them in the future and I will make sure to tell anyone who asks not to buy from them either because of the way they treat their customers.

This company has ignored my request to ask for my order is after 3 months. I have messaged them many times. Many other customers have the same issue.
I have messaged Revice on instagram and via email multiple times without a response. It has been 3 moths since I
Placed the order. They have had many people on the internet have the same problem. The items I ordered were pre order but it says they should've shipped. This company must be stopped ripping people off.

Purchased an item 1st week of September 2018, item was supposed to be shipped by 9/16/2018 and company refuses to acknowledge my emails re: order.

You're right, it is frustrating. The preorder date has been changed 5 times since I made my purchase and not once was I notified about any delays. I reached out to the company multiple times about my order and not one person could respond.. if they're not going to be shipped then refund me my money or I'm going to pursue legal actions.

Business has been continually ignoring requests for updates, providing false information about delivery and lying about when product would ship.
Originally ordered a pair of jeans back in June of 2018. Company originally fulfilled the order, but product was defective. I sent the order back at the beginning of August after communicating with *** He assured me that a replacement pair would be sent out immediately upon receipt of the defective pair. I have verified that they received the jeans on August 11th using the tracking number through USPS. I have sent multiple follow up emails regarding this and all have been ignored. My boyfriend sent additional emails and was in contact with *** who continually said that they would be shipped "Next week" for an additional 3 weeks, and only responded after mentioning the Revdex.com. Order number is XXXXX.

Desired Outcome

All I would like is a refund and no longer have to deal with this company. I have been continually lied to, and ignored, and have nothing to show for it for the last 4 months.

Ordered 3 jeans, 2nd pair came in 6 weeks after being ordered and 3rd pair failed to deliever. Have not been refunded and ignored by email.
I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The first pair came in within a week while the second came in 6 weeks later. The 3rd pair shipped 3 months after being ordered but "failed to deliver" never received a refund for my jeans or even a email notification saying they were unable to deliever. I have emailed them and DMed them on instagram and I have been ignored on multiple occasions.

Desired Outcome

I would like a REFUND for my jean since I never recieved them. Not store credit, an actual refund.

First things first -

These jeans take up to, or even more than, FOUR MONTHS to ship out.

The estimated shipping dates on the website are a total lie, and are constantly changing.

The people who run this company can not handle the amount of orders yet constantly post on Instagram, have sales, and give free pairs of their jeans to social media influencers while deleting presumably hundreds of comments per day of people asking for their money back or trying to track their jeans. This is all a MESS.

THAT BEING SAID! I absolutely love every single pair of jeans (five pairs) I have ordered so far from this company. They took FOREVER and a day to come, and yes they sent me the same old copy and pasted "we're sorry for the delay" emails. But these jeans fit me great, and are pretty good quality. They are unique enough that despite all of the wait times, I WILL order from them again! If you have the patience to wait several months for your jeans to ship (I ordered one pair in May, it just shipped today...), and make sure you size UP, I say give it a go.

I ordered from the company and immediately emailed to cancel the order. After 2 months of emails, I have received neither the order nor a refund.
I placed an order with Re-Vice (order #***) on 7/24/18. Within minutes of placing the order, I sent an email to ***@re-vice.com to cancel the order, which is the process listed on the website. According to the company's website, I had 72 hours to cancel the order because it was a PRE-ORDER item. My email cancellation fell well within that window. My credit card was charged $54.80 for the purchase. I received no response to that first cancellation email.

I emailed the company again on 8/9/18 to follow up with the cancellation. I still received no response from the company. On 8/17/18, I was sent an automated email informing me that my order had shipped. I responded to ***@re-vice.com on 8/17/18 informing the company that I had cancelled this order and had never received a response.

By 8/27/18, I had still not received an email, the jeans, or a refund, so I emailed a FOURTH time and told the company I would report them to the Revdex.com. I could not even track the jeans using the link that was sent in the shipping email. This time, I got a response from someone named *** in customer service. She apologized for the shipping issue, stating that it was an error in their system and that the jeans had not actually even shipped yet. I emailed her back telling her that I wanted a refund, and she informed me that I would have had to cancel my order within 72 hours because it was a PRE-ORDER item. I informed her that I had, in fact, cancelled within that time frame and that I expected a refund. She did not respond.

On 9/3/18, I emailed again to inform the company that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. To this day (9/14/18), I still have not received the jeans or a refund, and I have never gotten anyone to address my concerns from customer service.

Desired Outcome

All I want is a refund for the purchase amount ($54.80) on my card and for the company to start responding to emails. They have unique products, but I will never order from them again with customer service issues like this.

As I addressed in my initial complaint, the business is not even following their own refund guidelines. My request to cancel my order happened WELL within the first 72 hours of the order being placed. As I listed, I have all the dates of every contact I made with the company to prove this. I expect a FULL REFUND, not store credit, for this purchase. The fact that this order has shipped is not a consolation. I do not want the item. I want my money returned. Revice should be required to follow their own policies. I want a refund for my full purchase price.

Order #*** was made and paid for May 9, 2018. It is now September 17, 2018. I have not received my item.
I have made more than five attempts to email their customer service to no avail. The first time I was confused that I received an email saying my item was dispatched in July when I hadn't seen it arriving or any updates to the tracking. The service rep responded that I should check with my post office. I emailed again a few weeks after and I received a response saying that it was actually a glitch in their system that marked items as shipped when they weren't yet. I was told that the item I'm waiting on, "FAIRFAX" shorts were backed up in production due to high demand. I understand processing delays but this is absolutely ridiculous. We are nearing 4 months now since I have made my order and I still haven't received the shorts. I keep reaching out via email since the last email said that it should only be another 1-2 weeks before they ship out the item and it's now been a month since that response from Revice. This is a pathetic way to run a business. I keep asking for a refund and my emails are being ignored. If they don't refund me I will have to disputed this charge with my bank because this is a scam more than a business.

I demand a full refund for the cost of the shorts. Immediately.

Complete lack of communication. Haven't received exchange.
Order #XXXXX, placed on July 4th, 2018 via PayPal for $61.60. The first pair of Yin Yang Crop Jeans was delivered on July 19th, 2018. I promptly requested to exchange the jeans requesting a different size and they didn't acknowledge my return until weeks later on August 3, 2018 (Return request #***). I returned the jeans promptly and included a new shipping address because I was moving, and was unsure how promptly I would get the jeans. I sent an email on August 15th and August 21st ensuring that they received the jeans and that my new shipping address was confirmed. The only communication I received in reply was an automated message on August 23rd saying they received my return and would send me an email when my exchange shipped, but the email included my old incorrect address. I immediately replied that day requesting confirmation that they would switch my address. No response. I tried another email on August 29th. No response. I also direct messaged Revice on Instagram on August 23rd and August 25th, and commented on some of their pictures requesting communication. No response!!! So tragic because their jeans seem like high quality but their staff is awful. Complete lack of customer service and communication!!!!

Desired Outcome

I really want the new pair of jeans more than a full refund. With a refund I would still be out the return fee and the stress of working with this company but I just want this resolved!

These are premium custom made jeans that are pre-ordered, and made in small batches to ensure quality over quantity. All items are made to order and are processed in the order of which we received them.

I have checked with our production team on this style (Yin Yang Crop Tokyo) and they are expected to arrive at our warehouse in about 2 weeks. As soon as we receive them, I will ship your order.

Once it is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation and a tracking number. Again, I understand your frustrations, but all of this information is made extremely clear on our website and can be a deciding factor in whether or not you decide to order with us. We appreciate you very much!

I accept their response, conditionally in that exchanged jeans be sent to my correct NEW address and in the new size as mentioned in my many unanswered emails.
Let it be known and restated that I am not and was not upset by the shipping and processing time, but by the time it took for the company to respond. Again, it's been almost 2 months since last contact and my only response was finally through Revdex.com. The jean quality and style is great, and the originally shipping time was also better than expected. It's the customer service end that needs work.

shorts ordered two months and two weeks ago still haven't arrived. I asked for refund multiple times and no response or ignored.
I ordered denim shorts on July 1st. It's september 15th and they still haven't arrived. My ***. I have been asking for a refund since the last week of August because the wait time is ridiculous and I want my money back. They replied to my request for a refund by saying sorry for the inconvenience it's going to take 1-2 weeks for your shipment to begin shipping. I didn't ask for my shipping information. I asked for a refund. Do they even read the emails? I have emailed 3 more times after this and have been ignored. I still haven't received a reply to a single one. I am so fed up with this company. I need my refund and have been asking for it for weeks.

It looks like your order was delivered in 2 separate packages. They have both been delivered to your address on file.

As stated on our website, we only do exchanges/store credit. We do not issue refunds. We are sorry for the inconvenience but it is our policy.

I sent back a pair of jeans (because the company sent me the wrong size) then I never heard from them again and I have reached out several times.
Several months ago I ordered a $94 pair of jeans from this company. I received the wrong size so I shipped the jeans back in hope to exchange it for the correct size. I received a confirmation email they they got the jeans and they would ship the new pair. However, I noticed the jeans were then sold out and I never heard from this company again. I sent several several emails over the past few months trying to get someone to answer me and no one has. I was asking to receive at least store credit for the money I spent on these jeans, considering I sent it back then never heard from them again. I even went as far as reaching out on their instagram page and still no answer. My original order was on 6/14/18.They received my exchange on 7/23/18. The order number for that is XXXXX.

Desired Outcome

I would like the company to reach out to me and fix the problem they have been ignoring and I understand I cannot get a refund but I should have gotten store credit months ago.

This company charged my card and told me my exchange would be processed in two to three days. Three months later still have not received my order.
The company for three months has been telling me every two weeks my order will ship soon and it never has. They refuse to refund me or give me an alternative option to receive a product of the same value. They claim that it's their policy that refunds Are not allowed but keep sayin to wait two more weeks to no avail.

Desired Outcome

I would like to get my payment or $53.60 reimbursed to me
