Customer Service continuously lied to me about my shipment and then ignored my requests to cancel the order after it was not sent for 2 months.
I ordered jeans on 8/27 and the website said that they would be delivered in less than 2 weeks. I waited a month and did not hear anything. I emailed again on 9/23 to ask for them to send it soon or cancel my order. They sent me an automated message saying it is the productions fault and they would send it in 2 weeks. I waited until 10/6 and emailed again and said I am extremely unhappy and I want my order canceled if I don't receive shipment confirmation within 5 business days. On 10/12 hey sent the same automated message saying it would be sent within 8-10 business days. I replied no, I don't want it anymore, I don't trust this business, and I want a refund. They ignored my email until they shipped the pants today 10/19. I am disgusted with this company and how manipulative the customer service is. I have never complained about ANY customer service ever, but I have never been this angered by a company. Both events that I ordered these pants for have passed and I have been blatantly ignored and lied to.

Desired Outcome

I don't want to take time out of my day to return an item that I already told you I no longer want because of your own neglect. I expect full compensation for this. I want paid shipping for return and a full refund.

This does not address or resolve anything about my complaint. And you not addressing or resolving my complaints was a part of my original complaint! What is wrong with this business?!

I purchased two pairs of jeans from Revice denim on September 22nd and have not received my item and it has been almost a month.
I purchased two pairs of jeans on September 22nd, 2018 and my ***. After two weeks I contacted the company and was told that my order had not shipped yet because it was a pre-order and to check the website for the pre-order dates. I looked on the website and the pre-order dates were before September 22nd. I have spent over $100 and I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company. Their customer service is abysmal and their behavior is not conducive to a successful business. I have contacted them again and have yet to receive any response. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone searching for jeans! If Revice cannot fulfill the orders that they take, then they should not be willfully taking people's money with no intention of providing them their orders.

Desired Outcome

I would like my order to be delivered to me immediately! The pre-order dates on the website are before the date I order, meaning I should have received my jeans already.

I would like to know when the second pair of jeans I ordered (Jet Black/Venus Crops) will be shipped. I just checked on the website and there is no pre-order date listed. As I ordered on September 22nd, it has been much longer than the several weeks stated to fulfill custom orders. Thank you

I ordered jeans that were not the right size and I returned them. The company has not responded to any of my emails and I just want me money refunded.
I ordered a pair of jeans on July 7 2018 and they were the wrong size (***) so I submitted a return request on September 23, the number was *** I then returned the jeans and got a UPS confirmation that the package arrived at the location I was told to return the package to. I have emailed about 5 times since then without any response. I want a refund or at least a store credit to order replacement jeans. This company seems like they don't answer or respond to anyone and I really regret ever dealing with them to begin with. I wrote to them on Instagram and they blocked me - which is so unprofessional. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

I just want my money refunded or store credit for another pair of jeans.

I ordered three pairs of jeans from Revice, and to date still have not received a last pair. I want a refund-they are refusing to refund me.
On May 11, 2018, I placed an on-line order for three pairs of jeans: Boogie Bells / Ocean Wash, Item # *** Imagine Flares / Shades of Blue Wash (no item #) and Sunset Bells (no item #). The are all under ***. I paid a total of $220.72. This was $68.60 per pair of jeans, free shipping and taxes of $14.92. I used my MasterCard with Schools First. I first started emailing Revice for status on June 5th, as I needed the jeans for a graduation present. I was told they were on back order and that their website stated a back order date. When I placed the order there were no back order dates listed. I have received two of the three pairs, and to date have not received the third. I want my money back. I have e-mailed them at least 10 times. A girl Zoe usually replies with the same blanket answer. I just want a refund for the third pair of jeans I have not received yet. This business is a scam in the denim world. The following are the dates I have sent e-mails looking for updates: June 5; June 19; July 2; Aug 16; Aug 18; Sept 7; Sept 10; Sept 13; Oct 5; Oct 17, 2018. I received the Sunset Bells July 7. I ordered my jeans from Revice August 22nd. I paid through Afterpay. 2 months later, and I have still not recieved my jeans.
I have been interested in buying myself a pair of Revice jeans for a long time. Fortunately, after working all summer, I was able to purchase myself a pair with the hard earned money I made on August 22nd, 2018. I still had to use Afterpay and pay with an installment plan, but nonetheless I was finally buying the jeans I have dreamed of owning for so long. After the order was placed, I received an email stating that the package would be on its way within 5-9 business days. I was very much looking forward to recieving these jeans, so you can only imagine I checked my email many times within that period to check if the order was on its way. A month went by, my Afterpay installment plan was fully paid off, yet I still had not recieved my jeans. I emailed the company as soon as I realized and they answered days later stating the order would be shipped out within the next week. It is now October 18th and my jeans are still nowhere to be found. I emailed the company three days ago about this and they have not gotten back to me so I sent them a follow up email a few hours ago. I am very upset for many reasons. First off, the companies customer service is horrible. They give me minimal information about my order status and when they do, they lie that it will arrive soon. They also do not answer their emails in a decent amount of time so I have to constantly email them. How am I supposed to get my point across to them if they are not even replying to my concerns in a timely manner with sufficient answers? At this point, I am just fed up and out over $70 for jeans I did not even get. I seriously do not know what to do at this point. My

I would appreciate if I could get a full refund for the jeans. I honestly would love to have the jeans and the full refund because this is ridiculous, but I will just take the money at this point so I can be done with this nonsense.

I have been waiting for over two months for a pair of jeans that I ordered and paid for to be delivered.
I ordered a pair of jeans on August 14th. Long after the expected shipment date I received an email saying my jeans would be sent to the post office. They were never sent and my update page from the post office claims they are still awaiting the shipment. When I inquired, Revice told me there was an "overwhelming demand for this style" and that my jeans would be sent in the next two weeks or less. They were never sent. After one month, I emailed again and received the same response. It has not been TWO months since I placed my order and was told on Thursday, October 11th, 2018, that my jeans would be sent in the next two days. They were not shipped and I have still received no updates. This is the most pitiful customer service I have ever dealt with. They are unethical and deceitful and do not hold up their end of their business practice. I expect either my jeans to be shipped this week or a full refund back in my account. This is absolutely ridiculous and I want everyone to know how horrible Revice's customer service is.

Desired Outcome

I expect my jeans to be shipped by MONDAY OCTOBER 15th, 2018, or a full refund back into my account. If no action is taken by the business by Wednesday, October 17th, 2018 (past the two month period in which I placed my order), then I will be disputing the charges with my bank and they will lose my business - as well as everyone else that I can possibly warn.

Return request made 8-24-18. Return confirmation email sent 8-24-18. I mailed the jeans back the same week. First follow up email sent by me, consumer to business 9-13-18; no response. Second follow up email sent by consumer to business 9-22-18. On 9-23-18 response received from *** stating that they are working on sending out my shipment but that their production is backed up. I did not order anything, I was looking for my return status, this proving that no one actually read my email and instead sent a generic response. I responded the same day to no response. Twice I emailed their PR department, *** and she said she would forward me to *** the person in charge of returns. *** did not respond to me through the forwarded messages from ***. October 1st I emailed the business again then stating that I would complain to the Revdex.com to where *** finally responded on October 2nd asking for my order number and what I would like to be sent as a replacement. I answered her email the same day and have since gotten no response. On October 7th I sent *** a follow up email to which I have received no response.

I wasn't sure how to correctly relay this (through the Revdex.com website or email) but the company settled the issue by emailing me the store credit they originally promised but did not refund me as I requested.

Ordered a pair of Venus crops in February with an expected preorder date in March. After the preorder date passed *** the order was not marked as shipped, I asked to cancel. The company said no problem, the funds would reflect within 8-10 days in my account. Cool. 10 days passes, no funds. Contacted them, they said they'd cancel again and to give it 12 days this time.

I waited a month to be safe, still no funds, so I went straight to a credit card dispute that took 3 months and finally had my money forcibly removed from this company. Had I not acted I would never have received my $70 back. Don't let this company steal your money. If you are not satisfied, you can file a dispute with your bank, credit card company, gift card company, etc and you will win just as I did if they have not executed the order as promised.

Also lol @ this company posting fake reviews here in their usual style of writing/peppy email tone and adjusting the "retail" prices on the website to be $228 and pretending to "mark it down" to its actual original retail price of $80-$100 to make people think they're getting a good deal so that they're inclined to order from this fake company. Just more evidence of a scam.

They spend more time on giving out free items to their friends/influencers/models/etc than they do on shipping out orders. If only they knew most of these influencers/friends were selling off their products behind their backs on Poshmark and Mercari with the advertisement "this company takes forever to ship", which hurts their business even more in the long run.

I wish more people would actually dispute their orders instead of just writing it off as a lost cause. It takes time to win the case, but I'd rather spend time on getting my hard earned money back than allowing this company to steal it and continue doing what they're doing. I have also reported this company to the FTC, Revdex.com, and am leaving reviews on them in as many places as I can find.

As a side note, I'd skip the jeans and shorts. I have purchased many of their products through secondhand sites and the quality has never been good. Many of the "Yin Yang" products are advertised with a circle ring zipper and a bright two tone, but the ones received by many have a normal zipper pull tab and are faintly dyed, making them no different than a cheap Shein solid blue pair of jeans with a zipper all the way around. Many of the "Mon Amour" crops are also missing the button that is advertised with it. This company is sloppy and inconsistent in production.

I have a pair of Heaven crops that have a leg two inches shorter than the other. I have owned 3 pairs of Venus crops and all have had incorrect proportions between the waist, hips, and thighs. One pair had a 22" waist measurement with 38" hips. That makes no sense design wise and made it very difficult to resell them as that's not a body type that hardly anyone has. My Yin Yang shorts have also been inconsistent. One pair had a three inch inseam with a sloppy fray and a terribly faint dye job while the other had a one inch inseam and a neat but weak hem fray, which made them roll up and choke my thighs like cheaper denim shorts will.

Obviously, I won't be ordering from this company again, and I don't recommend that anyone else does, either. If you MUST have their product, look for them on secondhand websites. Trying to play guessing games with "well, they'll ship eventually, I'm sure, and they're great jeans so they'll be worth it..." is not a guarantee that they will, and it's not wise to have money tied up for so long. You can also find pairs much cheaper, brand new, and with actual measurements/photos of the item on those sites rather than hoping you'll get a "good" pair from the site, if you ever get one at all.

I purchased five pairs of jeans over 6 months ago and have only received 2. They have stopped responding to my emails.

Ordered jeans almost 4 months ago and still haven't received them, money taken out of my account, have contacted company multiple times w no response
I ordered my jeans on July 31st. It said on the website that the preorder would ship that week. I waited a few weeks and then reached out to the company, who said the jeans would be delivered in the beginning of September due to a shipping delay. It got to the beginning of September, and still no jeans. The preorder shipping date was then moved to the first week of October. I emailed the company multiple times during this time, getting more and more impatient as the money had already been taken out of my account. The answer was the same every time (if they even bothered to respond). The shipping date then got moved to mid-November. At this point, I am afraid that I am getting ripped off and that my jeans will never come. I just want the jeans that I paid for! I have emailed the company over 8 times since I ordered the jeans and they have only responded twice.

I just want my jeans delivered so I know that I'm not being scammed, and so that I never shop with Revice again.

delayed delivery and emails ignored
Awful customer service - avoid shopping here as it seems everyone is left waiting months for orders with no answer to emails! I placed an order for a pair of jeans in March 2018 and after months of chasing with nothing but replies about how it will be shipped soon and fake 'sorry hun XO' responses they eventually stopped replying altogether. I was constantly emailing and asking them to at least refund me the delivery cost and cover the customs charges but they ignored me and even when they did eventually respond it was with the offer of a free T-shirt. My delivery has just arrived (October 2018) and I can't collect it until the custom charges have been paid. There's no number to call them on and they aren't responding to my emails so it's impossible to get them to resolve this.

I have yet to receive jeans that are not backordered that I ordered over three weeks ago. After reaching out, I haven't received an adequate response.
I ordered jeans on 9/24, the money was withdrawn from account on 9/25. It is now 10/9, and it has been over three weeks since I have ordered my jeans. When I emailed the company the first time on 9/28, they emailed me back telling me that production was behind and that they would ship them with 1-2 weeks. Well, after waiting two weeks, I still had not received any confirmation or shipping details, so I decided to email customer service again. They ended up sending me the exact same email that they sent me two weeks ago! At this point, I am unsure if I will ever receive my jeans, because customer service clearly isn't addressing my issue, and they are sending me a generic, pre formatted email, that isn't addressing my specific concern.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be contacted by the business and a guaranteed delivery date. I want to speak to a real person and not a generic pre formatted response. I want to know when to be expecting my jeans, or I want my money back.

It takes several days to receive a reply. Each time "***" responds, the order will be shipped in approximately 2 weeks. I cannot get a refund, only Revice credit.

I would like to receive the jeans or be refunded the full amount. I do not want credit for any Revice products. I will never order from this company again.

I ordered 1 product with a shipping of 5-7 business days and it has been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received my product.
I purchased a pair of Yin Yang Crops in Tokyo Wash on september 21, 2018 and got an email that they shipped on september 24. My ***. It is now October 7 and I still haven't received my package and there have been no other updates since the shipment. I emailed the business and reached out over instagram dm 4 days ago with no reply. The order was $55 and I just want my item to be delivered ASAP.

Ordered from revice. Item did not fit. Requested an exchange. Sent two customer service emails - never answered. Paid return shipping.
I ordered the ex-boyfriend pant size 27 from revice on Aug 18th. (Order #***) My package was delivered on Aug 25th and I was disappointed that they did not fit. I submitted an exchange request on Aug 30th and was irritated when they did not send me a return shipping label. In my opinion a business that only offers exchanges and no refunds should PAY for the return shipping. I sent them an email on Sept 5th asking why I had not been sent a return label and NEVER received a response. I reluctantly paid $12 shipping to send the jeans back without ever getting a response to my email. In my return package I write them a note SPECIFICALLY asking them to answer my email. My email was STILL never answered. Twelve days later on Sept. 20th I got an email saying that my exchange was approved and my order #*** - Dream Fit Sweet Monday size 29 was shipped on Sept 26th. It is now Oct 7th and I still have not received my package!!! I sent another email to customer service on Oct 4th asking where my package was. The DHL website said that it was supposed to be delivered on Oct 1st, but now the website just says the package is delayed. It was been delayed A FULL WEEK with no signs of arrival anytime soon.
This company needs a SERIOUS customer service revamp. They make high quality denim but it is SO NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. I wanted these jeans two months ago!!!!
Answer your customer service emails!! Update your customers and PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. I will NEVER be using revice denim again.

As stated on our website/our RETURNS CENTER, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We only cover shipping to you.

There are certainly no other companies that make premium denim made with Italian fabric in our styles and price-point. I can confirm that your exchange was in preparation to ship, however due to an error in our system, it was not shipped. I will reship those out and you should be receiving them by next week. You will be sent an email with confirmation and tracking number, once shipped.

I ordered a pair of jeans in early August, they didn't fit so I returned them. It has been 2 months since I returned them and I still don't have them.
I ordered a pair of their jeans two months ago and they didn't fit so I returned them. They had initially said that they would process it and send them back within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks I emailed them and didn't get a response. About 2 weeks after that I emailed them again and they didn't respond. Finally after 6 weeks of having returned them, I emailed them for a third time and they finally responded by saying that my return would be processed in 1-2 weeks. Now it has been 2 weeks and I emailed them again and once again got no response. This company has very poor customer service and seem to be very unorganized. It seems that they are just taking advantage and stealing my money because I should've gotten them back over 6 weeks ago.

Desired Outcome

A full refund for the pair of jeans I got.

I ordered jeans in June and still have not received them. I have emailed the customer support countless times and am sent a generic response each time
I placed my order for the ying yang crop jeans on June 25th 2018. SInce then, I have waited patiently, emailing every 2 weeks per their email that states that they are overwhelmed with demand for their products and they will try to ship out within the next two weeks. I have recieved this same response 4x from a ***, *** and ***. I have even asked for a refund and got no response to that email.

Desired Outcome

If the product cant be shipped in a timely manner, I would like a complete refund.

I ordered three pairs from revice denim in early July 2018 and it is now October and I have not recieved them
My *** and I purchased $200USD worth of jeans in early July, by the time I moved to the USA in early August they still hadnt arrived nor had I received a tracking number or confirmation they had been sent so I updated my shipping address, I was told on August 23rd that they were two weeks away or less, the girls replying to my emails seemed so nice and it was such a shock that It is now October and the company has not replied to my emails about my lost order.

I believe that this is a scam and they arent actually producing jeans.

Desired Outcome

I would like my jeans in the next two weeks delivered or else the full amount back plus shipping.

I can confirm that your order is a Pre-order. Pre-order dates are listed on our website as estimates under the product descriptions. These custom orders can take several weeks to fulfill. We do our best to provide accurate estimates, on our website, when pre-order items will arrive to our warehouse.

We are just waiting on the Venus Crop Lightyear wash to be finished from production, which should be in about 2 weeks. In the meantime, I will ship your other items and split the order. You will be receiving 2 different packages.

I have exchanged a pair of jeans the Tuesday on last week of August. I have not received a confirmation email nor help from their customer service.
After receiving my jeans, I tried it on and it was too small. I then followed the directions to request an exchange. I followed the directions and my request got approved. I was sent an email with the directions. The email told me to send out my package to:

I sent out my pair of jeans to be exchanged on August 28, following the directions on the website. I have emailed the company several times, receiving vague information regarding the whereabouts of my package. I receive emails from *** from Revice Denim telling me to wait 1-2 weeks every week. Clearly, after waiting even longer than that, I still have not received my package. Their customer service is not consistent and does not help. I paid around $63.71 online, using my card, for one pair of jeans; my order number is ***. It has been over a month since I have been waiting for my package to be sent. Their customer service team keeps telling me that I will be sent my exchange once they receive the package, but it has been a month since I have sent it out. Their customer service team has also told me that they've had to push their shipping date for exchanges because of its high demand. But, returns and exchanges should not be processing this long and I have not been given any update on how my package is being processed to me.

I would like my package to be sent out to me. I want to exchange my size 25 YIN YANG CROPS / TOKYO WASH jeans for a size 26. My order number is XXXXX. I paid money for those jeans and I would like to receive what I paid for.
