Hello,
So I saw that you guys aren't responding to my emails anymore and I would like to know why.
I will reiterate my problem.
I got an email saying that my order was being sent on the 9th of October, however it's been a month and there has been no news, my tracking reference number from apc postal logistics is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I contacted apc logistics and they told me that you hadn't sent them the package, what is going on please?!

Oct 24th ordered a pair of bluejeans from this company online. Advertisement stated 5-7 business days for delivery. Still waiting.
On Oct 24th I went online and ordered a pair of bluejeans - order # XXXXX for $70.58 . The jeans were called ex-boyfirend harber wash. Under the description of the item the shipping information is 5-7 business days at the most. I keep checking for a tracking #- nothing. 10/28 I contacted the business and talked to Zoe- who stated that there was a delay because of the weather and that this took time. I was told I would get it in a couple days. It is now Nov 8th and still no communication- nothing from them. This was a birthday gift- which ruined the surprise. I sent another email and another condescending response.
Either the jeans are shipped rush order and I get them by Monday - Nov 11th or I would like a refund and a negative mark to be added to the multitude of complaints.

You placed your order on 10/24/18 for the Harlow's, which are a PRE-ORDER item. Pre-Orders can take several weeks to fulfill. This one is not even expected to ship until Nov 30th. However, your package was shipped on 11/16/2018 on 11/21/2018. You wanted it by the Monday (November 12th). Once the package was delivered, you refused it by the mail.
As stated in our policy, we do not issue refunds. We only offer store credit/exchanges.We will be issuing you store credit once we receive your package back.

Let's see what is a fact:
The packaged was ordered Oct 24th - their listing states 5-7 days delivery time. I cancelled the package Oct 30th and asked for my refund. The unsolicited package was received Nov 21st. I refused the package as this was sent without my permission.
The business states that there are no refunds only credit exchanges. The order was cancelled 3 weeks before they shipped it . The store credit refund only does not apply to me as I did not have an active order at the time they decided to ship the item.
Now they are stating that this is a pre-order? This is unacceptable. Please refund my credit card company. I do not wish to do any further business with this company as a result of what happened when I first tried to order something.

I have sent them 4 emails. the first two they responded the same as an automated message. That sorry for the delays but they were having a lot of orders. I let that pass, but now I am asking for a refund and they just keep saying that sorry for the delay that I have to wait three more weeks to see if it's going to be shipped. I have attempted to contact Revice numerous times regarding their online return web page, which isn't accepting my order number. No resolution.
I contacted Revice first through their online contact system, no response. I then emailed them and I received a response a few days later, which directed me to the same page I already had told them wasn't working for me. I understand the return policies I just want to return the pair of jeans I ordered and exchange them for a pair that fit. I tried contacting the person who emailed, ***, twice more to no avail. She has not responded and I'm worried my window to return will run out.
I just would like to know how to exchange/where to send the item. And directions

I ordered a pair of jeans and a shirt and I have never received it. The money was already taken out of my account and they will not respond to emails.
I ordered my jeans and shirt on September 10th, 2018 My ***. I paid $102 and the money was taken out of my account and I never heard back. The pre-order ship date said September 18th, so I emailed on that day when I did not get a shipping confirmation. They responded saying it would be shipped in the next two weeks. When I did not get a confirmation or hear anything, I sent another email and many more after that over the next months which they have no responded to.
I do not care if I even get the clothes at this point. I do not want to be guaranteed shipping again and lied to. I just want the $102 back.

I ordered a jumpsuit from Revice on the 26/10/18 and has yet to be dispatched.
Ordered a jumpsuit from Revice almost two weeks ago (26/10/18) - ***. The website says it takes 5 business days for orders to be dispatched from the warehouse yet I am yet to hear anything from the company about the orders whereabouts. I have emailed four times and have heard nothing. I have contacted their social media accounts with no reply, and a comment I made on one of their instagram photos regarding the order was deleted. I feel like I've been scammed. The jumpsuit is for me to wear to my 21st birthday and its really heartbreaking that it probably won't come at all, let alone in time for the party which is on the 17/11/18.
I want immediate dispatch of the order so it can hopefully come in time for my 21st birthday party. If that is too much to ask, I demand a full refund of the $108.40 USD I paid for the jumpsuit.

I purchased from them 2+ months ago. My order hasn't been shipped out/delivered. I have been blocked on social media and they ignore all emails.
I purchased denim almost 3 months ago. I have communicated several times with them and have inquired about my order which keeps getting pushed back just to ship out of their LA based warehouse. They keep posting content on new arrivals and I have messaged asking about my order via social media as well. They blocked me on there and do not honor refunds. I have spent $80+ and would much rather prefer a refund if my order doesn't arrive by the end of this month. My friend in Oregon has experienced a 6 month delay so far with REVICE Denim.
I would like to receive my order by 11/13/18. If not, a full refund.

I finally received my order (12/01). On 9/10, I spoke with *** from Revice in regard to my order and changing the size of the jeans from 24 to 25. She confirmed my order was updated however I received the wrong size in the mail. They do not fit properly and need to be sized up.

This customer service is shocking, absolute disgrace. I have ordered jeans from this company before and loved them, so I was really excited to get more jeans from the company.
When I ordered the jeans, I believe one of them was supposed to deliver by OCTOBER 10 and the other was on pre-order, but was supposed to be shipped by OCTOBER 18. I do not think I will ever shop from this website again and I will also discourage my friends from doing so based not the customer service I have received (or lack thereof.
I purchased the jeans with a credit card and the amount was about $154.00.
I would like the jeans I ordered to be shipped to me IMMEDIATELY. Thank you.

YES, these jeans take FOREVER to ship. YES, they are a bit overpriced and I think they could handle customer service requests far better than they do now. That being said, I am a 6' tall female with a 25" waist and these are the ONLY jeans I have ever found that fit my waist and have the right inseam! I have tried so many jean companies and styles, and can never find a fit I am happy with. I love how unique the products are and have several pairs I have purchased from Revice. I will continue to purchase, so long that they keep providing discounts because Lord knows my wallet can't handle this.
Order 2 pairs of jeans months ago, no shipping estimation or reply from customer service.
I've emailed multiple times now, and I have still not received an email of my order's estimated shipping date. I ordered a very long time ago. I emailed, and I was told on September 19 that I would receive a shipping confirmation with an expected delivery date within two weeks. That did not happen. I emailed again and spoke with someone on the 8th of October who told me that I would be contacted by management within 24-48 hours. That did not happen, so I emailed, yet again about where my package is. Where is it? Why has no one contacted me back, as they said they would? The order number is XXXXX. I sent another email on Tuesday, October 16, and still nothing. I find this ridiculous, and do not understand why it is taking so long.
I would like a reply to my emails and my order to be delivered as soon as possible.

The original order had two pairs of jeans. The package that Revice sent to me is missing a pair that I ordered. I ordered the black and white Dream Fit, which I received, but not the other pair of blue denim Dream Fit's. I would like the last pair of jeans mailed please.

I sent an item in to be returned and never received correspondence back for a refund despite multiple inquiries made on my part
I made a purchase and receive the item over 2 months late. I then requested and was permitted to return the item because it did not fit. I send the item back in a timely fashion and never received an email confirmation, a refund, or store credit. I have emailed the company no less that 5 times, all of which have gone unanswered. I also tried to reach out to them on social media (in which they are quite active) and never received any message back.
At the very least I expect the store credit I was promised by making the return. I would personally prefer a refund because I have bought from this store 3 times, each with horrific customer service and I no longer plan to ever shop at this place again.

Ordered jeans from Revice July 11th and still have not received or heard anything about them
I have email Revice 1-2 times a week every week since I ordered my jeans in July. I have paid already for them (around $70) and have still not received them. Originally they were replying to my emails and I received a tracking number. My jeans were sent back to their office instead of getting delivered (wasnt explained to why this happened) after they got shipped back to revice in late August/early September I have not heard anything about them. I continuously have been emailing them for a new tracking number or at least a refund, but they will not reply to my emails. I have paid for the jeans and have received no information on them in weeks. They said awhile ago they could not refund me because I could only get a refund 2 days after purchase, but considering the fact that I ordered them almost 4 months ago I would think there would be an exception. Or at least an express shipping or an update on them...
I would definitely want a refund considering the fact that I ordered them over 4 months ago, but would accept a new tracking number if express shipped and GUARANTEED delivery

The company is a very slow company and does not do a great job of repling to emails. The shipping is not what you expect and is not in the time frame as said when purchasing an item be ready to not receive any information for a while about your orders.

I have not received a shipping confirmation for a pair of jeans I ordered and it has over a month.
I ordered the Easy Rider jeans on September 23. My ***. It has been over a month and I have not received a shipping confirmation. The company has not replied to my several emails despite the fact that they say customer inquiries will be answered within 72 hours. I am very frustrated because there is no number to call so I am left emailing a company that will not respond.
At this point I would just like a refund because it has taken so long for the jeans to come I don't want them anymore.

I have contacted customer service 2-4 times in this time span trying to get an estimate on when it will ship; however, it seems to be pushed back due to "production" (Please note: I no longer have the emails)
I would like my ordered to be fulfilled as soon as possible, and if that is too much to ask then a refund. No store credit, I do not wish to buy from Revice Denim again.

Placed two ***s, end of may.Im missing 3 jeans that had wrong address and its been 6 months and *** total over $250.Email over 20 times ignored.
I placed my first *** May 29th #*** and *** on June 5Th. The jeans were not ready by the pre*** date they said it would ship by and I had to then ask my address to be changed because I was moving apartments in August. This was after I waited 4 months at my other apartment for the jeans to ship. I asked if they don't ship BY AUGUST to switch my address. Nevertheless they shipped them that week, even though I asked only to change the address if they thought they would not ship until September, but they sent them to the new address which I was not living in yet and all three packages were sent back and rejected return to sender. They received my packages and after a month asked only for one of the ***s new address to re-ship.
I sent them the address and waited a month for them to ship and still nothing.
I've sent an absurd amount of emails by now, during the 4 months I was waiting for the jeans and even more in the last 2 months. I have over $250 of outstanding purchases that I am waiting for. Ive been ignored on emails more in my life by this company than anything else I can possibly think of.
I've emailed their customer service, forwarded them my original purchase recipt, ive emailed everyone multiple times that has emailed me back saying they'll get a hold of me and don't.
Last message I got said a specialist team would reach out to me in 24-48 hours to re-ship the jeans, that was October 8TH and its been 15 days and 11 business days. I would hope someone would realize that they should probably help me out now as its been almost 6 months.
I'm desperate, I want the jeans now or my refund now I cannot wait anylonger.
I'm missing Venus Flres Montauk wash and venus flares optic white from *** and ex-boyfriend jeans in *** #***.

Its been almost 2 weeks now, no emails, no shipping confirmation, everyone still ignored me. I'd like my FULL refund of $250. I am in disbelief that no one in that company is trying to help me.

The only email I recieved was that my order was confirmed. They already took my money and never sent out the products. I tried to contact them 3 times with the email listed (they don't have any other form of contact) they don't ever respond. I just want my order or money back.

I was shipped and charged for two pairs of denim, but only ordered one. The customer service line has ignored my seven messages.
I ordered a pair of the Revice Venus Crops in a size 28. My ordered was confirmed and, before it shipped, I emailed *** to request a size change to a size 29. My original order was confirmed on July 4, 2018 and I emailed to modify it on August 8, 2018. I received an email from "*** from Revice Denim" (***) saying that my size had been updated on August 9. On September 9, 2018, I received an email from Revice saying my order (***) was on its way, this was the size 28, which I had requested a change from. On September 10, 2018, I received another email saying that my order (***), was on its way, this was the size 29 that I had requested the change to. I received *** on September 15, 2018 and ***A on September 14, 2018. Additionally, I was shipped a t shirt with a vulgar image on it. On September 24th, I emailed *** letting her know about the issue and asking for help resolving it. I followed up on October 5, 2018, after receiving no response. At this point, I believe I have messaged them six times since my initial message, once on Instagram messaging and once via the messaging service on their website. I have also commented on their Instagram photos. I have received no response on any platform since the jeans were shipped and I was charged for them. I paid for the denim with my Visa debit card and was charged $65.80 for each pair of jeans, a total of $131.60.
I would like a complete refund for both pairs of denim and my shipping charge.
