CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. They refused to give an actual response to my email when I'm asking where my jeans are. Won't refund my money.
I ordered a pair of jeans on December 1st. The website said they were pre-order and that it could take two weeks to ship. It's been a month and when I email them asking where my order is, they won't directly respond. They start with a sentence like "hey babe!" and give some bogus excuse that they are hand making my jeans and that it will take a while??? My order number isn't XXXXX, and when I look it up it says the order doesn't exist. If they aren't going to send me my jeans, I want my money back. Of course they won't acknowledge my request.
I started emailing them when I realized there were hundreds of complaints against this company. The clothes were cute, but the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. How are they still in business?? I paid for an order that apparently doesn't even exist??? If they aren't going to ship them then I'm not sure why they won't refund my money. Apparently everyone who orders from them has this issue...how are they still in business??? This is fraud!!!! I paid $66 on a card and if I'm not getting my jeans then REFUND ME. I'm sick of the lack of response from them or when I do get a response, it's a blatant disregard to everything that I inquired about. So furious. Everyone who has ordered from them said it took at least FOUR MONTHS to get their jeans. I would never have given them any money had I known that. It's not about the amount of money but I hate giving anyone any money at all when this is how they handle their customers. I would rather give it to a better business.

I sent a pair of pants back to be exchanged because they didn't fit correctly. Sent out on 11/23 and now it is 11/26 with no arrival confirmation.
I ordered a pair of pants in October and they finally came in November. They didn't fit correctly so I decided to exchange them as the company doesn't do refunds. I sent out the package 11/23 and was told I would get a confirmation when the pants arrived to their processing site. I never got a confirmation even though the USPS said that my package had been delivered. I have emailed Revice twice with no response. It is now 12/26 and I have not heard from them. I spent $75 on these pants and would like the pair I exchanged them for.
I would like my new pair of pants I asked for in the exchange. Or a full refund.

only 1/4 of my items came
I ordered 4 items on 09/23/18 but only one pair of jeans (Mon Amour Crops / Sugar Wash) has been delivered. The other shirt (East Cal Tee) says it was delivered with the jeans but I never got it. Also the other two jeans I ordered (Ruby Tuesday and Venus Crops / Stargazer Wash) say they still haven't shipped. I contacted them on 11/19/18 and Grace said that there was an error in their system and that she would make sure that the order would be shipped in the next week. I never got a confirmation so I emailed them again and they ignored my email. It's now 12/22/18 and I've still not received any of the other items I've ordered.

Placed my order a month ago and have received no shipping notification, and I have emailed them, with no reply.
Purchased a pair of jeans on November 27th, 2018 for $73 online from Revice Denim. Immediately, I got a "thank you" email from Revice. Three days after that, on December 1, I recieved an email saying Revice is "working on creating the jeans", but still with no expected ship date. After that, complete silence. On December 20, I emailed them back complaining. Since then, I have heard nothing. Extremely annoyed and worried that this is a scam.
I would like Revice to contact me and let me know exactly what is happening with my order. If they cannot do that, then I would like a refund (even though they apparently only give store credit).

I placed an order on September 1st for a pair of jeans that had a pre-order date of October 1st. I have asked several times where this order is and why it has not shipped, but this company just reuses the same generic, unprofessional emails over and over. If I have to receive another email saying two weeks, I might lose it. I have been extremely patient with this company, letting them know I understand that there jeans are "custom-made" but that is no excuse to provide your consumer with false information that they are going to receive something when they are not. Also, they are now circulating an email calling these delays "system errors." No, that is just a new excuse as to why they haven't shipped what has been PAID for. This is stealing in every sense of the word. I placed another order on November 26th while I was being told it was a system error, and deeply regret doing so because that order is also a month late. At this point, I want my money back and to never deal with this company again which is unfortunate because I really wanted these jeans. So sad that businesses like this exist.

Ordered a pair of jeans in September it's now nearing January and they never came
I ordered the Ex-Boyfriend Dylan wash jeans sz 25 on September 24, 2018 for Pre-Order on October 1st. Weeks passed by and I hadn't heard from them. It took 6 emails for Revice to respond saying they would ship out my order within the next 2 weeks in which I got a shipping notification from Revice but 10 days later DHL confirmed they never received the parcel. Again, they responded saying they would ship the jeans within the week on December 12th and it is now the 21st and I have not heard back. It's nearly impossible to get in touch with them and it's very hard not to grow frustrated and wonder if you'll ever receive what you paid for. My order number is #XXXXX. I've reached out 8 different times with no resolution.
I'm looking for Revice to finally send me the jeans I ordered back in September and to be upfront and honest with me about what is going on instead of beating around the bush claiming they will be shipped "next week". It's very frustrating, especially when I get emailed several times a day about their sales but haven't received my order from months ago.

On 11/6/18 I placed an order online for Venus Crops in Lightyear wash size 26. They billed my credit card but I have yet to receive the product.
On 11/6//18 I placed an order for Venus Crop Jeans in Lightyear wash for my daughter for Christmas. My ***. They charged my credit card immediately for the amount of $56.40 and I have yet to receive the product. I had received an order update on 11/10 from Revice. On 11/20 still no jeans sent an inquiry via email ***. Emailed again on 11/21 ***, emailed on 11/27, 11/28, 12/6 request #1279, and lastly on 12/12 ***. It's now 12/21 and still no jeans. The people I corresponded with are *** and ***. These were suppose to be a Christmas gift.
I would like them to credit my credit card as I have yet to receive the jeans I ordered for my daughter as a Christmas gift on 11/6/18.

Took my money and never sent me my product. Customer Service rep lied for months about ship date and then ignored me.
I placed an order on Revice in September for a pair of jeans. After about a month with no update, I reached out on the status of my order. I received an email in response of an estimated ship date of about 7-10 business days. After more than that, I reached back out. There was a back and forth of about 3x where I reached out after the expected date I was given passed with no update, and the customer service rep responded with another apology/new estimated ship date. The last email I received was in November. I have reached out about 8 times since then with NO response. I did some searching for their phone number which they do not answer and their voice message is full (conveniently).
I would like my order to be cancelled and my money to be returned at this point. It would be great to have this company investigated but in the mean time, I would like to be paid back.

I have received exactly 10 emails over the course of the past 4 months (since I've placed my order) saying that my order was expected to ship/WILL ship in the next 8-10 days. Clearly each email was a lie including the response the business just made. There was a period of time where customer service ignored me for over a month. During this period I had sent many emails that went unanswered. I have asked them to cancel my order at this point and they refuse. This is unbelievably unprofessional and unacceptable. I have read online that they do this very very often and I believe that what this company is doing should be considered illegal! I do not want another email with the same exact automated message of a false 'estimated ship date.' At this point, I would prefer my order be cancelled and my money returned. I do not want to monetarily support any company that conducts business as unprofessionally as Revice. The website states that if the order is not shipped after the expected ship date (which was mid/-late October for me), the customer can contact customer service.

After receiving a defective product, I sent it back (with tracking) for exchange in September. Company will not refund or respond to my e-mails.
I ordered a pair of jeans in July. Order number is XXXXX. I received this item on July 31, upon opening the package I found that the product was not as described in the listing. The jeans were not only a completely different color than advertised, but were missing belt loops that were shown in the product photos. After many attempts to contact the company, they finally responded to my emails with a generic returns info email. I then let them know that since this was not a mistake on my part (I ordered the correct size, but was sent a defective product), I should not have to pay for return shipping. I gave them every opportunity to remedy their mistake without further cost to me. The company did not want to admit their mistake, but after I kept emailing them, I finally got a response on August 13, from *** stating that they will "go ahead and send me a return label and refund my order." On August 29, I emailed them again stating that I still had not received the return shipping label as promised. On August 31, I got an email from *** stating that they were very sorry for the delay and defective product, but they would not be providing me with a refund, only store credit. They did include the return label in this email. I sent the product back in September and waited patiently for my exchange to arrive. On October 12 I emailed stating that it had been several weeks since I sent the product back and had not heard anything about store credit or received a refund. I sent this email several more times before I got a response back asking for return confirmation number. I then provided a screen shot of tracking via USPS showing that the package had been delivered on September 17. I have emailed them countless times since with absolutely no response. This company advertises itself as ethical fashion, but has absolutely no problem stealing hard earned money from their customers. Revice Denim is absolutely horrendous and should be shut down. I would like a full refund of $61.74.
I would like a refund as I never wish to work with this horrible company again.

I ordered jeans in August, it's now December and still haven't received the right ones or a response.
On August 31st I ordered jeans from Revice Denim. They came in a month later which I knew would take some time. Finally they come in the mail and I receive the wrong size so I send them on October 11th back to get the right size. It takes a month for them to get back to revice and the only reason I know that it got back to them is because I have been checking the tracking info. They haven't emailed me back letting me know they got the jeans which says they should've received them on November 8th. I still have gotten no type of confirmation even letting me know they received the jeans, and they are not cheap. I wouldn't order from this company. I also tried to make it easy and just get a refund and they won't do that. Not worth this hassle and I will not be ordering again from this company.

I ordered two EXPENSIVE pairs of jeans with Revice Denim over three months ago and have received no information about the status of my order.
I placed an order with Revice Denim on 9/20/18 of $131.76 USD for two pairs of jeans. I payed through Amazon payments, and was charged. After about three weeks I sent an email inquiring about the status of the order and after a delayed period of time I received an automated email that claimed that the jeans should be sent out by the end of the month. After more and more time passed I kept sending emails in hopes of getting in contact with an actual human being and getting some concrete information, but to no avail. I even resorted rtf instagram direct messaging them, but received no response. Furthermore, Revice has the audacity to saturate my inbox with promotional emails on a daily basis. If they can mobilize to send out PR as frequently as they do, why cant they get any orders out or communicate with their customers? At this point I am thinking that this whole thing was a scam and I'm out one hundred and thirty dollars, and according to the ample about of poor reviews on the internet and stories from customers who are enduring the same thing, I think there is no doubt that Revice is not an ethically sound company.
I would ideally like someone from the business to get in contact with me and explain their negligence. I would also like a refund for the one hundred and thirty dollars I gave this malpractice company.

Total: $69.12 - it's been 2.5 months, no shipping confirmation at all. When I emailed them to express concern I got no response at all. Tried to blame delay on back up, but the website says it should've been shipped (at the latest) by November 18, 2018. Still nothing.
I really just would like to receive the item I paid for two months ago.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans, and only received 1. Reached out to the company via email and never heard back. Tried to call but unable to get through.
I purchased 2 pairs of jeans on 6/6/18 ***. When I go to search the order #, it is now saying unable to locate. I only received 1 pair of jeans, and not the second pair. I tried to contact the company but haven't heard back. I have called and it just goes to their voicemail.
I would like a refund for the jeans. At this point, I am not interesting in wearing the product, and do not want the jeans. I would like my money back for the missing jeans, that I was charged for but never received.

In August I ordered from this company. I ended up returning the item and the company took over a month to respond to the return. I sent in multiple emails and they did not respond until I filed a complain with the Revdex.com. In there response, due to the complaint, they chose to give me store credit instead of money back like I had formally requested.
On October 18th I placed another order using that store credit (***). I have not received my package. October 30th I emailed them and received a response from ***@revice-denim.intercom-mail.com to where she stated "We are so sorry for the inconvenience regarding your order. We experienced an overwhelming demand in this style and due to delays in production (which is sadly out of our control), we had to push back the estimated ship date. We totally understand how frustrating this is for you and cannot apologize enough. We're working hard to make sure your order is shipped out within the next 2 weeks or sooner.

On November 13th I emailed the company and have received no response. On December 7th I emailed *** again and have since received no response. I have absolutely no desire to receive products from this company anymore and I would like my money back in full.

I am offended and appalled at the response from this company. The have almost 200 complaints from just this year alone and have the audacity to insinuate that this problem falls upon me and not the company. Saying "Please email me directly instead of filling a complaint against our company" proves that the respondent has not thoroughly checked behind this subject because I have two UNANSWERED emails dated before I comprised this complaint against them.
One to the companies email address (***@re-vice.com) dated November 13th and one to an employee named *** (***@revice-denim.intercom-mail.com)on December 7th. On top of the fact that I had called their business phone number with no answer.
I also have a screen shot of the item in question regarding the pre-order they are speaking of. On the Revice Denim website, the item I ordered titled Venus Crops, states PRE-ORDER, ESTIMATED TO SHIP WEEK OF NOVEMBER 5TH. It is now December 19th and I still have no product and no explanation of whats going on. There website does state that they do not give REFUNDS but only store credit. Based on how long and taxing this situation has been I thought the company would have some type of remorse and choose to give me my money back since they clearly had no intention on giving me the product I already paid in full for.
So in my eyes the company has very much done something wrong and it is disgusting for them to try and vindicate themselves of any wrongdoing when they obviously lack any sort of communication skills and professionalism.
Today, December 19th I did receive an email from Revice Denim stating that my "Order is on its way". I find it perplexing how something Revice claimed they could not ship do to the pre-order is magically available to be shipped once a Revdex.com complaint has been filed.
I have not "accepted this response" because them shipping me the item is not what I asked for, also I have not received it. If and when I receive it I will accept this response.
Your Venus Crops / Stargazer Wash were shipped yesterday along with hundreds of other orders because we got that batch in from production. Our items are made to order and can take several weeks to fulfill. This is your second time ordering with us so I am sure you know we do fulfill orders. We just were backed up on that style since it is our best seller. We apologize for any inconvenience this has given you. I ordered a pair of jeans from this company on October 29th. I never had recieved a confirmation or tracking email. I emailed them on November 6 asking about a tracking email, they responded that day explaining the high demand for their product and to allow 2-3 more weeks for my order and that I will receive a confirmation email once it is shipped. I understood this and waited for my jeans to be shipped. I emailed them again on November 26th about my confirmation email and they never emailed me back. I emailed them again on December 4th, saying how they never responded and when I was going to receive my order. Once again, no response. Frustrated and still not hearing from the company or wearing my jeans I wanted for the winter, emailed them again on December 7th saying: "I'm so frustrated with this company. I have emailed you multiple times and still have yet to hear back. I would assume after not receiving any update on my order from October, you would have at least respond to allow clarity in my purchase. It is ridiculous that I have not received my jeans that I purposely brought for the winner and it is December. I expect to hear from you soon." It is now December 13th and haven't heard from this company. I messaged their Instagram page and again recieved no response. I really wanted to love this company, because of how much I like the jeans. I am beyond disappointed and would like to hear anything regarding my order and from this company.
The resolution would be to get my jeans as soon as possible to have for Christmas. There is no reason I haven't recieved my jeans or a response.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I ordered my jeans 2 months ago and still have not recieved them. I emailed the company a month ago and was told my jeans would be sent out that day and still nothing. Since then I have emailed them 5 more times and commented on their insta and I have been completely ignored. Everyone at this company should feel ashamed for scamming people out of something they paid for.
As so many posters before me, if I could rate this company with 0 stars, I would. I ordered a pair of their Venus Flare jeans the weekend of November 11th, receiving a "Thank you" email from them on November 12th. It is now a solid month later: December 14th, and I have yet to receive my product, get issued a refund, or even be responded to by customer service. I have contacted their customer service department via email twice now and also messaged them on Instagram. No response. If I do not receive my product or get issued a direct refund, I will be filing a formal complaint. I wish that I had researched the company more before purchasing...but you'd think a company with such a strong presence on social media would want to do right by their online following and customers. I suppose you don't go onto what looks like a legitimate website and say: "Hey, this looks like a scam." Unfortunately, that's exactly what this "company" is. I hope someone soon is able to do something about it.
DHL has lost my package. Revice will not respond to me to fix the issue.
Revice shipped my package on 11/29. The DHL tracking indicates that my package experienced a delay on 11/29 and to expect a 24-48 hour delay in shipment. To this day, 12/12, there has been no additional activity on my package. The only way for this to be resolved is for Revice to file a lost package claim with DHL. However, when I e-mailed Revice, I got an automated e-mail response asking me to submit any inquiries by logging into "my account" on their website and submitting it through zendesk. Turns out, I don't have a log in for their website, and I cannot self register, "my Revice representative must register me for an account". I do not have a Revice representative. So there is no way for me to contact Revice on this issue.
I would like someone from Revice to contact me to confirm that they are filing a lost package complaint with DHL. If they cannot resolve this with DHL, I would like a refund.

I returned a pair of pants that did not fit me on 2/16/18 and was hoping to exchange them for the "Yin Yang Crops/Tokyo Wash Size 26" but have yet to receive the pants and it has been 5 months(7/12/18) since they informed me that they would perform the exchange. I have contacted them multiple times hoping to receive information on the status of my exchange and the communication has been horrible. I last contacted them on 11/24/18 and have not received a response. I feel that the customer service is extremely lacking and considering that the pants are $98 not on sale, I expect to receive the product I purchased.
I would like to be informed of the status of the pants and to receive the pants as soon as possible. I have been waiting far too long. I feel as thought the company believed I would forget about the pants and drop the issue but I want the product I paid for and I want it in a timely manner.
