It's been a month and I still haven't received my order, and have gotten mixed responses about when I'll receive them.
I have never complained about a business before, but after reading the many complaints about how people are waiting 1-2+ months for their order, I'm a bit concerned. I ordered my jeans on 12/16, and two weeks later still hadn't heard anything so I reached out asking for an ETA. I got a long email about how my glasses were in step 3 of the process, and that they would ship out within 2 weeks. I reached out again on 1/6 and got a response a few days later saying to allow 1-2 more weeks. It's now been a week and a half since then, and I STILL don't have tracking information. I'm frustrated that I've never gotten a clear ETA, and on top of that a different time frame every time I email the company. I also noticed that the preorder dates are not up to date on their website, which is frustrating since the first person who emailed me back said to look at the website for preorder shipping dates. Since the company doesn't do refunds, I'm pretty nervous that I won't ever receive my jeans and I'll just be out $70. The bad and inconsistent customer service combined with the prolonged wait time is making me never want to order with this company again, which is upsetting because I love the look of their denim and would love to be a customer in the future. Unfortunately I just feel a bit scammed and am unsure if I'll even receive them within the next month.
I just want an accurate ETA, and assurance that my jeans will be arriving within the time promised. I know that you guys can't do refunds and I'm not asking for that. I just want my jeans, and that's all.

I ordered a pair of jeans for my daughter and need to return them. I have emailed the company 3 times for instructions with no response.
I ordered a pair of robe wash ex-boyfriend jeans (order #XXXXX) for my daughter and gave them to her for christmas. They do not fit. According to the website the company will exchange within 30 days. I filled out the exchange form on the website three times (12/25, 1/2 and 1/14) but did not receive any response. The jeans cost $70.40.
At this point I want my money back. I cannot trust them to act ethically and professionally in exchanging the item.

I placed an order over 3 months ago, only received one of my items. Customer service stopped replying when assisting to help locate my package.
I ordered two items 11/14/18 for their "yin yang shorts" and their "venus pants", this included a free shirt with purchase. On 12/11/18 the shorts I ordered had been "sent out", I continuously checked up on tracking and noticed it wasn't updating. I waited the recommended time to contact them since it did say to wait about a week or so. On 12/17/18 pants I ordered had also been sent out, including tracking as well. By 12/20/2018 the pants were delivered. I decided to contact the customer service about the tracking for the shorts on 12/18/18. The email contained:

This is my second time contacting you guys, I never got a response the first time (emailed 11/15/18) so lets hope I actually get one this time. This is my first time ever shopping with you guys and its already not going so well... I placed an order on November 14, I knew the Venus Flares I ordered would be delayed because it did say they were back ordered. However, I did not think it would take almost a month for you guys to ship the Yin Yang shorts separately since there wasn't any sort of warning saying they were back ordered. Anyways, December 11, 2018 I got an email stating that a part of my order was on its way. The tracking for it is, DHL XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and it didn't show actual tracking for the item until December 12, 2018.... and hasn't updated since. The Yin Yang shorts also don't even have an estimated delivery date yet. The second half of my order, the Venus Flares have also shipped out as of yesterday and already show tracking and an ETA. I'll be so surprised if the back ordered item arrives before the one that was supposed to already be in stock...... if you could please help me out with located the first half of the order! DHL wasn't a lot of help in their chat box.
In response I got a generic reply about allowing 1-2 weeks for production then I can expect tracking, which clearing shows the employee didn't even read over my review where I said I had already received tracking for the shorts. I pointed this out and she said that she would look into it on 12/19/18, on 12/30/18 I asked for an update on my order again and I got the same generic response again! After filling her in AGAIN she asked if I needed the yin yang shorts still on 12/30/18. On 12/31/18 I confirmed that was what I was missing, she then replied to have it shipped out by the end of the week (she sent this on wed 1/2/18). On Fri 1/4/18, the end of most business weeks I emailed her again asking for shipment tracking, to which I got no response. On 1/10/19 I asked again for tracking since I have a return already from that order for which I have to pay to ship back for store credit and I wanted to make sure the shorts worked out before sending the pants back. It is now 1/15/19 and I still have yet to hear anything back from Revice. On 1/13/19 I sent another email, now through their website to hopefully get a different person to reply, I have yet to receive a response for this last contact, their website does say to allow 72 hours but at this point I am past the point of waiting for a response.
At this point I am already questioning even sending my original return back since they don't seem capable of keeping track of the items I purchased, I would rather not deal with the store credit from my first return. When it comes to the shorts, I have no idea if they were actually even sent out yet, but I would also like a refund from those as well if they haven't been shipped yet.

I do understand the websites policy, however due to the terrible customer service you would think that you would be accommodating to your customer when you completely and utterly failed to assist them when they were trying to correct YOUR wrong. I had a pair of pants in my order that I wanted to exchange for another size. I WAITED to do the exchange because I wanted to send back BOTH if the shorts did not work out (especially since the return shipping comes out of my pocket). You guys completely failed to even keep track of my order, even when I was trying to communicate to yall that I did not receive my shorts and the tracking never updated. Lo and behold, the shorts are a size too small and the pants are a size too big (even though I ordered size 24 for both)! So I can't even wear either of them at this point. I would love to at least exchange them for the correct sizes if you guys could please actually keep track of my exchange!! Not to mention I was supposed to get a free tshirt with me order and that wasn't included either!

The payment was already charged to my card since I placed my order, as of 01/12/2019 I have NOT received my product, I already contacted the customer service 4 times in different occasions, their first answer was: allow 1-2 weeks and your order will be shipped but this did not happen, emailed them again and again and finally they answered but the reply was literally a copy paste of the first time I was in touch with them. I can not believe is taking this long, I know I am not the only customer having this issue and that is why I demand a quick not only answer but deliver of my product, I mean the payment was made immediately with my purchase, I have never had this terrible situation with any other company online. Last thing when I check my order status online it says Processing .... so what does that mean? they dont even have the product available to be shipped or what ?? I only want to get what I paid for.

As I said before... this is the fifth time I get the same answer, but this time they said "was a preorder item" which is not mentioned in the website description, and even thinking is a preorder item .. well I think 2 months would be more than enough for shipping it ... I already asked for a refund but of course this customer service agent is not even talking about it, another week passed *** not shipping info, no nothing. I have been talking with so many other people that ordered online as well and is in the same or worse situation as I am. If I don't get a tangible answer within one week, I will be requesting my lawyer services in order to end this situation.

I ordered on December 10, 2018. It is not January 14, 2019 and I have yet to receive the item. I have emailed them multiple times with vague answers.
I have waited over a month for this product. I complied with their obscure timetables they have given me. I really want the product so I am trying to be patient but a month is entirely too long. This business advertises on instagram constantly and are luring people in with no promises of delivery.

This company has failed to return emails and Instagram messages regarding my concern with not getting an exchange.
In November of 2019 I purchased two pairs of jeans from Revice and received them in a timely manner. Unfortunately they were the wrong size so I sent them back and my exchanges were approved for a different size. My exchange was approved on November 29th 2018. My jeans have yet to ship since then. I've waited patiently for weeks and started to get extremely annoyed. I sent two emails and a message through Instagram to find out more information. They claim to have a 48 hour reply time but its been weeks and they have yet to reach out to me. Every single day they post on social media promoting their jeans but they aren't working to fix my problem. I would just like my jeans to be shipped considering its been almost two months since I ordered them.
The only resolution I would like is for my jeans to be shipped so I can wear and enjoy them.

I was told my size would be changed before I received my order. It was not. I reached out over a month ago & theres no response to resolve the issue.
I ordered a pair of their jeans on 9/4/18. On October 17th I reached out to change the size of my order. On the 23rd of October I was assured that my size would be changed by ***. On December 3rd I received the item. I paid 62.50 for the easy rider better blues. But I received the wrong size, after being assured the size would be correct. I contacted the company on the 3rd for assistance. And the only response was to wait 2 more weeks for my order or use the returns center. However, I would have to spend extra money to ship the jeans back to the company, which I don't believe is right, as it was their fault for the order being wrong. I reached out to Ashley again on the 27th, still no response. Then yesterday I reached out again. And got the same response as the last time. Nothing being resolved at all. I have also utilized Instagram to reach out to the company as well. No response there either.
I now have 2 pairs of jeans from this company that do not fit me. And have lost out on almost $200 because of it. I would like the company to not only exchange the jeans they assured would be the right size, and pay for the shipping back to their headquarters. But also exchange my second pair as well for all of the inconvenience.

The business has been promising to ship my item "within the next week or two" for 8 weeks. I dont believe my item will ship "within the week" as I have heard this from them as their canned response to my inquiries since mid-December. I will not considered this resolved until the item actually does ship. I have waited 11 weeks for an item I paid for 11 weeks ago. Proof of shipment by DHL is the only way to resolve this issue.

I contacted Revice's customer service via email, since they do not have a phone number, on November 29, 2018 where I was to wait an additional 1-2 weeks. I then asked them to change my billing address to where I would be for the holidays, which they told me they would do but never did. After those 1-2 weeks my order still hadn't shipped, so I contacted them again and there was no answer. I have since contacted them another 5 times and have not received a response to any of my messages and my order has still not shipped. I ordered from Revice previously about a year ago and did not have this issue. I would now want my money back, and not a store credit, because I never desire to order from them again. Not only can this company not answer their emails but it has been over 2 months and my order has not even shipped.
I would like to be refunded by the company, not a store credit.

When I placed my order on November 4, there was no pre order date, therefore it should not have taken this long. Also, your preorder dates state the item will ship in 4 to 6 weeks, which has not been my case. It has been almost 3 months know and it has not shipped.
Lastly, I understadn your store policy but I do not wish to order from your company again. Your company does not even answer customer emails.

I am most interested in an update on my order #53643 placed on November 25th (7 weeks ago). Please advise to the status of this order (Dream Fit Blue and Dream Fit Sweet Monday). More than 7 weeks is way too long regardless if they are made to order or any other factors stated above.
Update: The Heaven Shorts were NOT in fact shipped "next week" as the company promised above, This company is a complete sham- I do not believe a word they say. Also no response on my order placed 8 weeks ago!
No communication from the company after numerous attempts at emailing regarding an order that never got delivered but for which I was charged.
Order in question is ***, which included a pair of Rollergirl flares / blue clue wash in size 28. I never received these a month after ordering so I emailed the email provided online as well as found in my order confirmation email. No one responded. I then contacted Revice over 4 times between April 2018 and August 2018 with no response or communication given to me in regards to the status of these pants.

I want to cancel my order and get my money back, but cannot contact the company.
I ordered a pair of jeans for a trip I am taking in a few months because the Revice website says receiving the jeans only takes up to three weeks. After placing my order I went online and found many complaints of people who have not received their orders in almost a year. I then attempted to cancel my order, but also found customers who have complained that the website refuses to cancel. The website says that you have 24 hours to cancel an order after it has been placed and I cancelled my order around 5 hours after. I have not received anything but a conformation that the company received my request. After attempting to contact the business on many social media platforms and through multiple emails I am left with nothing else to do. I do not accept this response because although the company sent an email saying my order was cancelled I am still receiving emails updating me on the order. My money has not been returned to my account (order was cancelled 3 days ago) and I received an email yesterday explaining that my order would take a while to ship, but would be on the way soon. If my order was cancelled then I should have received my money and I should not receive emails saying my order will be sent soon. Also, the company has made contacting them extremely difficult and the only platform I can get a response from is Facebook. My complaints filed through the actual company's website were replied to with the same response that was obviously copied and pasted. This shows that this company truly does not care about the customers and does not try to resolve complaints unless the complaints are taken further (as I have done by filing my complaint through Revdex.com).
I ordered a pair of jeans on September 4th that never came in, but they charged my credit card.
I ordered a pair of jeans from Revice denim on September 4, 2017 and chose expedited shippping. They immediatley charged my credit card. I received an email on october 22 that said my jeans were on the way. When I click on the button to track my order it still says that they have accepted my order and they are preparing it for shipping. I have yet to receive the jeans eventhough I ordered them 4 months ago. I have tried emailing them, but they never respond. In addition I have tried calling them, but still recieved no response.
Since it has been 4 months since I placed the order, and I have yet to receive the jeans, I think that I should get a full refund, including shipping costs or any additional fees they may have charged me for.

Since September I have been contacting them and have received 2 responses...both stating my order was in process. Many of my emails have received no response. Still I have not received my jeans or a refund.

I do not trust this company. I absolutely want my money back. If I were have checked online reviews before purchasing, I would I have never bought.
I cancelled my order immediately after making the purchase and have not received my refund even after several attempts to contact the company.
On December 31, 2018 I made a purchase of $186.80 to Revice denim (***) for three pairs of jeans using my debit card. (***) After making the purchase, I realized that I paid for pre-orders which I will not be receiving until almost a year from my purchase date. I quickly checked their return policy which states that I have 24 hours after the making the purchase to cancel my order for a refund. Within only 30 minutes of making my purchase, I cancelled my order and explained why. I got a confirmation email stating that my request was received (***) I then explained further more and told the company I only wanted to cancel the pre orders, but I still would like to receive the other pair of denim. After explaining in detail what happened and the action I wanted to take moving forward, an employee named Ashely emailed me back asking what the issue was. I explained myself again and never heard back. Overall, I have sent 6 emails to the company and have not heard back or received my refund which their website claims I would receive. My first email was sent on December 31, 2018 and I've sent one every day up to today (January 6, 2019.) I also received an email on January 4, 2019 stating that they are working on creating my denim. However, I cancelled that order on the 31st. I've already been charged the full $186.80 and haven't received any merchandise or refund. At this point, I don't need to receive any of the merchandise as long as I receive my refund. I want my full $186.80 back since that is what was promised on the website.
I would love to receive the pair of "yin yang crops/Tokyo wash" denim within the next week or two and receive a refund for the two pre orders ("uptown stardust" and "ex boyfriend/tommy wash.") OR I would like a full refund of all three pairs of denim since I cancelled the order in time to receive the refund according to their website.

I don't accept this response because I still have yet to be refunded any of the money that I asked for immediately after purchasing which states on their website is allowed. Since filing this complaint, I received one out of three pairs of denim I ordered even though I asked to cancel the order and simply refund me.

I have purchased an item and was billed but never received.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans on November 25, 2018 from Revice Denim. The order number was *** and I paid $124.20 using my debit card. I did happen to read all of their policies they had on their page before ordering and I thought that the company was ok to order from. After 3 weeks of not receiving an email of my order being shipped, I emailed them asking when it would be. I never got an email back but one of my pairs of jeans were shipped on December 20th. I then emailed again on December 25th and still did not hear back. I then decided to check their social media and I came across some comments on their instagram on how many others are having the same issue. Some of the girls I talked to have been waiting over 5 months. So I messaged them on instagram and still no reply. I emailed them again on January 6th and have not received a reply.
I am seeking a refund of the jeans I did not recieve. I would like something done to this company due to the fact that all these people are being charged and not receiving what they paid for. These jeans are not cheap! They don't even reply on any form of communication even though they post constantly on social media. I should have done more research into the company before hand but since this is happening to a ton of people, I don't think this company will stop scamming if nothing is done.

charges far too much money for quality of product and hassle of delivery. Leaves many upset and highly unsatisfied.
I placed my original order with REVICE on 09/29/2018. I ordered a single pair during a site wide sale for $71(which at the time this pair was not on "pre sale"). It took multiple emails and 38 days to receive perhaps the worst quality of denim I've ever tried on. It was absolutely not sized correctly. You cannot do a return on REVICE so for $15 at UPS I exchanged them on the 20th of November (along with information of which pair to exchange them with) and received a confirmation of return on December 11th. It is now January 9th and still not here. It is obvious the company is selling more product than available and have no means to satisfy production in time. For the price you pay it is thouroughly dissapointing.
The resolution I hope to see is a price point fair towards quality of product. Otherwise a statement saying you will not receive an item for two months.

I completely understand how frustrating this can be, however each item is custom made and made to order. The company replied to you, the Revdex.com on January 14th stating the item has been expected to ship within two weeks. It has been twenty two days since then with still no update or reply from the company. They continue to have email blasts about site wide sales yet cannot come up with inventory fast enough to meet their actual "pre sale" dates. They delete anyone's comment that is negative on Instagram and continue to promote their company as if it is hassle free and you will be receiving high quality denim. I need help receiving my purchase.
