I purchased two pairs of denim from Revice several months ago. They have informed me twice it was sent out for delivery and I have yet to get them.
On Instagram, many girls comment on their pictures calling the company a scam. It seems I am one of many who ordered from Revice Denim ($125 spent) and have yet to see the product. It has been four months. The company claims the jeans are custom made and take a while, however, they have informed me twice that they sent the order. In both occassions, I am brough to DHL website to track my order and it says there was a problem with the delivery. The delivery always seems to have a delay once it's at a post office near me. I have reached out to the company on several occasions, and their responses are always unfullfilled promises to get me the product I already paid for. I am concerned that this company is taking its young target markets money and not sending any product.
At this point, I either want my money back asap or have the jeans actually show up at my door. I contacted the company two weeks ago and said either they give me my money back or they send the jeans. I received a response that I would get the jeans, and I have yet to get the jeans or the money back. Ideally, I would get the jeans delivered within the next week. Otherwise, I would just rather have my money returned to me asap.

It has been a month since the company claims to have shipped the jeans. I have yet to receive my order. I have been dealing with this company for months. No one from the company will call me, therefore, it seems like a scam. I want my money back.

I requested an update on my order via the Revice "contact us" webpage, and by another email I found on the site (I wasn't sure which option was best), on 1/7/19. I also called them and left a message. No call back from them. This was my first attempt at trying to get any useful info from the company. I received a reply a few days later, stating that my order was delayed, but would deliver in 2-3 weeks.
Three weeks cameo went. My order was not delivered and I was not sent any updates from Revice. The second time I tried reaching out to Revice, the only available option to me was to send and email via their website. All other forms of contact were no longer in use....Because of this, I don't have an exact date for when I sent my second email. I believe it was around 1/25/19. I recieved a generic reply email around a week later. The email was word-for-word identical to the first email I recieved from Revice. None of my questions were answered. I was given no explanation for the second delay in my delivery time. I'm confident that the status of my order was not looked into, as the Revice staff can't even be bothered to create more than 1 version of a genric blast email.
Still... I didn't push the issue and decided to believe that the 2-3 estimate delivery was correct the second time around. I waited a 1week and sent my third follow up email, anxious at this point. Feeling tha tI might be getting scammed. I was hoping to recieve a response proving that my emails were, at least, being read over by someone at Revice. I recieved the exact same Revice email for the third time in a row. From the research (that I should have done months ago) Ive done on the company, my situation isn't special and neither was my email responses. Shocker! I wonder if the *** "thank you for your patience" from the emails even exists.
Anyways... I think this is a scam and I was never going to receive my order. If not, I don't have the patiences to wait another 3 months for a couple pair of jeans. They were meant for winter, not summer. I would like my order expedited to me within the next 2 weeks, but like for real this time. Or, I want I complete refund add back onto my Visa. If I don't recieve an actually response from a real person at Revice by the end of the week, I will confirm the cancellation with my credit card company.
Which reminds me...
A "no cancellations" policy was addded to your site, after your company failed to deliver products in a timely manner, and potentially not at all. That's sketchy business. Scam written all over it.
Revice makes a lot of promises for a company that obviously has no idea whats going on with its own inventory levels, is clueless about their manufacturing and sourcing times, and is logistically 3 months behind on delivery times according to their own site.

Ordered my jeans over a month ago, still have not been shipped to me.
I ordered my jeans from Revice Denim on 01/08/2019 and paid around $70 for them. It is now 02/04/19 and I still have not received my jeans or any concrete information about where they are. When I placed the order I got an email saying, "Your order will be shipped to you in 2 weeks." Even two weeks for me is long. Every other place I order from usually takes a week total for the entire process. I have emailed Revice at least 5 times and got the same full of *** pre-made answer every time which is pretty much just an automated email saying, "Oh sorry we're backed up." This is absolutely unacceptable and I'm disgusted with the customer service, especially when they charge so much for one pair of jeans. And OF COURSE there is no number to actually speak to someone because they probably don't want to deal with mass amounts of people calling to complain. I have asked multiple times for a straight answer on where my order is or for them to cancel it and refund me and they won't answer either point. My order number is XXXXX. I want answers. I will never order from them again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to order from them either.

I never received my order after waiting for three months I reached out to them three times and got a robot response each time
I paid for a pre-order and after doing research it revealed to me that this buisness has been accused of multiple accounts of scam. I don't even want a refund I want this buisness shut down they are stealing money. I purchased one pair of jeans in November they were expected to ship January 22 after that date passed I began reaching out to them and their response was the same each time which leads me to be alive it is a computerized repones

I ordered clothes and they haven't been delivered in the guaranteed time and also customer service isn't repsonding to my attempts to clarify.
I ordered these clothes and was promised delivery update within 30 days. Its been over the time and within this time I've gotten emails saying my clothes should be shipped within days, and its been weeks since that email and I haven't gotten a shipping email. I also asked to have my address changed in which they responded saying that is okay and told me they would switch it to the correct address. However, when I go to see the status of my items the shipping address is incorrect not to mention it hasn't even been shipped yet. They have a customer service page and I emailed them to follow up on why all of this is happening and hoping to get some clarification on where my items are and where they are going to be shipped to. They ask you to give them a certain amount of time to respond to your complaint/question but I've waited the allotted time and haven't heard anything. This is frustrating because they have my money and I don't have the items I purchased or any knowledge of what is going on with them
Hopefully I can get my items ASAP and if not within the next week or so, then a return of my money. I really like the items I ordered but i feel like i have waited so long for them that if they arent going to come soon then i would much rather have my money back

The jeans I ordered at the time were in fact not a pre-orde item. I was aware of your pre order situation so I was careful to not order a pre-order item. And for the past 2 months I have been getting emails from you guys saying that it will be shipped in about 2 weeks, and even now, it's been two weeks and nothing has happened. I ordered the jeans so Logan ago and was so excited to get them but at this point it's just annoying how your lack of communication in your business and failure to follow through with what you say you're going to do. I feel as though I am being scammed and the only affirmation I have from you guys is "wait another 2 weeks" WHICH I HAVE BEEN DOING AND NOTHING IS HAPPENING.

I ordered jeans dec 19 and the order was confirmed. It has been processing since dec 28 2018 I have emailed the company to only have an automated response back. There is so phone number for customer service. There was a prompt for pre-order items asking to give extra time but my jeans were not pre-ordered. If I have some contact with the company in some way I would feel better. But this type of delivery time and lack of customer service is unacceptable. Order number XXXXX

I ordered a pair of jeans on 12/25. It is now February and still not email saying my order has shipped. I reached out to the company 2 different times asking when my order would ship and both times I got a (obviously auto response) telling me my order would ship in one to two weeks because there is a "very high demand for Revice Denim". My order was not a pre-order item and it was not out of stock. There is no reason why it should take over a month to ship. I will not be ordering from this company again. I love the unique styles they offer, but it is not worth the long wait and lack of customer service. There is no phone number to reach them and I cannot get a real person to answer me and tell me why it's taking so long. I paid a lot of money not to get auto responses telling me to wait 2 weeks every 2 weeks that I reach out. Where is my order?

I filed this complaint because my item had not shipped and I was only getting automated responses when I tried to reach out to the company. They finally shipped my item (after a month and half).
I have been waiting 6 weeks for my order. Revice has not listened to any of my questions about delivery. I receive only emailed generic responses.
I purchased a pair of jeans on December 27th from Revice Denim. I inquired about my order, and was told that the order may take up to 3 weeks. I then changed my shipping address to my school address. From there, every time I inquired about my order, I received no response or a generic one. On January 16th, I received an email that my order had been shipped. When I track the order, it says that DHL Parcel Service and USPS are awaiting the package. I have reached out multiple times to Revice through email and Instagram and have not heard back from the company since.
I would like my order to be expedited to me ASAP, or a full refund and a change in their customer service.

Ordered Jeans in Nov. 2018, was charged immediately, still haven't received them.
My mother ordered jeans for me for my birthday on November 26. 2018, order #XXXXX. She was charged immediately on her debit card, and they are nowhere to be found. I understand that they may have been a pre-ordered item, but even on the REVICE website it says to allow ABOUT 3 weeks for the order to be fulfilled. When you click on the jeans in question it says 4-6 weeks. There's major inconsistencies there, but even more so, It's been well over 2 months going on 3 and I still haven't received the jeans.
I emailed them about it at the beginning of January and they said "Please allow 1-2 weeks, or sooner, as production finishes up these styles."
It's been way past the 2 week mark since that last email. The last documented update on my order was on Nov. 30. 2018, and I haven't heard or seen anything since other than the vague email. My mother paid over $100 for these jeans and it's a shame that she feels scammed out of her money because of the terrible turn around time. If they can't produce jeans at a reasonable speed then maybe it's time to start marking items as "sold out" rather than letting people continue to order them and then be disappointed when they find themselves waiting 3+ months. It makes it seem like they are in over their heads.
Please level with me here and understand that as a consumer ordering expensive clothing, this is frustrating and a little ridiculous that I've been waiting so long. Not to mention, the fact that it's my mother's money instead of mine on the line makes it that much worse. It makes me feel like they aren't a credible company and really did scam my mother out of her money.
I've sent another email today about the problem and I'm waiting on a response. Who knows if I'll even get it.
I am really looking forward to these jeans and would like them to be shipped to me ASAP. I just want an accurate update on my jeans so I can see a light at the end of the tunnel. All I'm asking for is transparency. That should be top priority at your company right now considering the train wreck y'all are currently running over there.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. It has been 2 months since I placed my order (12/15) and online it still says the order is "processing". My card has been charged and I have received no product. I have contacted the company on numerous occasions, each time receiving an email stating that they estimate a ship date within 1-2 weeks. Shocker each of these emails have been lies. DO NOT order from this company.

I would leave a zero star review if I could. After seeing these jeans online and following them on social media for so long I ordered their ex-boyfriend Harlow wash jeans on 11/29/18 fully aware that they were backordered, but the website said they were expected to ship within a couple of weeks. They did not end up shipping until 12/31/18 and I received them on 1/7/19. I was very excited for these jeans and sized up to a 28 because I was buying them online, though I wear a 26/27 in every other pair of jeans I own. I was incredibly disappointed when after over a month of waiting, I could barely get the jeans on at all. I sent an email on 1/12 and tried to get a refund, but was told they did not offer any. I tried to start the exchange process but ran into issues because the site said the exchange was free but I wasn't offered a shipping label and wasn't about to spend more money to exchange jeans that still might not be the right fit. I sent another support email on 1/25 and another on 1/28 outlining the issues that I had with the exchange process hoping someone could help me, but I HAVE STILL RECEIVED NO RESPONSE and I'm running out of eligible days to replace the jeans. I am so frustrated that the company doesn't have an online chat option or a phone number to call for support so that customers don't have to wait multiple business days for a response.
I ordered a pair of the Dream Fit/ Blue Division jeans in October of 2018 and have still not received them. In November, I hadn't received a shipping notification yet and emailed Revice asking when the product would be shipped. They replied saying the jeans would be shipped in the next two weeks or less, but here we are four months after my purchase and I still don't have the jeans and haven't gotten any reassurance they are even coming. I have sent multiple emails with no word since the initial date they told me.
I have ordered one other pair of jeans from Revice previous to this order, which also took months to come in, but because they kept me up to date and I did love the fit once they came I kept faith in the company and thought it was perhaps a fluke thing. However, I now see it was not a one time thing and the wait time seems to just be growing. It is also clear that the company no longer bothers to get back to their customers when they are contacted.
In addition, I was shocked to find out that a friend of mine was able to order the exact same style I did months later when I still had not received mine. Perhaps Revice should start listing items as "currently sold out" or at minimum have more accurate ship dates if they haven't even been able to fill the orders they already have. I am now sorry that I spoke so highly of the brand since my friend is now also out $70+ with nothing to show for it due to my recommendation to order from this company.
I ordered jeans from them after seeing an ad on Instagram. After ordering, I recieved an "order confirmation" with no order number or expected shipping date. It simply thanked me for my order and talked more about to company. A while pasted and I recieved no further information. I went to find their customer service information and tried to request help. They asked me for my order number, which I never recieved. I asked how long shipping was estimated to be for my one pair of jeans and never heard back.
I almost feel like I shouldn't even be complaining because I haven't been waiting half as long as some of the people on here. Yet here I am because I have paid and placed an order and I am now an annoyed consumer. This company over sells themself and underestimates time. They are not the best at tracking the progress and keeping you informed about your order. They are also hard to get in contact with but are quite quick to take your money when you place the order. Wish I had read reviews before ordering, I was very excited to receive my order and still am, now I'm just not sure when they will ever come. On this site I have found complains from people who ordered the same style I did in the later months of 2018 and still haven't received them. The pre order for mine was expected to ship out at the end of January and have yet to hear anything else from the company. They seem to blame a lot of it on pre ordering and people claim their orders were not for a pre order product which could mean they don't keep up with the dates on the website. Maintaining what products are pre order and the dates on the website is CRITICAL and seems to cause them a lot of issues. My suggestion would be they stop taking orders and actually fulfill the ones they have.

I ordered from this company over a month ago and my jeans never shipped. I am now looking for a refund.
I ordered my jeans on December 31st, 2018 and my order number is XXXXX. I payed $63.60. I have inquired twice about my jeans and just keep receiving the same automated email sent back to me.
I am looking to get a refund for my items because at this point I do not want to deal with this company any further.

I was sent a mislabeled product which was the incorrect size and was not able to get any communication with the company after repeated attempts.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans that were the same size (28). One fit and one was about 3 sizes too big but labeled as the same size. When measured the size was closer to a 33. The product name of the paid that was labelled incorrectly was the Ziggy Crops. I tried to get in contact with the company to ask for a refund because their policy only allows for coupon codes when things are returned, however I didn't know if I even liked the style since I hadn't received the correct size. I couldn't find a phone number listed anywhere, their messaging system simply returned an automated message and nothing after, when I emailed the email listed on their website (on January 2nd) I received a message on January 4th that my email could not be sent because "their system refused to accept a connection from your email system" and I received no response on social media. I returned the jeans with a letter explaining that they were labelled incorrectly and requesting a refund as well as attaching my contact information and simply received a coupon code with zero communication. The order numbers were #*** (price was $65.80) and #*** (price was $70.50). The order was under my mother's name so we both tried emailed and neither of us received a response. I also received both of these items over a month after they were ordered. I believed my mother ordered them around November 17th and they did not come until December 21st. I sent my first message through their system on December 22 and did not recieve a response until I sent another message almost a month later and all I received was an automated response completely unrelated to my issue. I used the coupon code because I didn't want to waste the money my mother had spent and it became clear that I would never be able to get in contact with the company and would definitely not receive a refund even though I was sent a mislabeled product. I also tried to comment on their posts on instagram when they would not respond to instagram messages, asking them to respond and when I checked later I saw that those comments were deleted from their social media so that other customers would not see.
I would love a refund for the jeans however I did use the coupon code I was sent so I see that a refund may not be an option. I really would just like to be able to speak to someone and possibly get an apology for the huge hassle this caused and for basically being ignored as a customer. This brand uses influencers and celebrities to promote their products but then ignores the regular customers that purchase their products and have issues. Even though this seems like a reputable brand promoted by famous people I was not at all able to get in touch with them. The complete and total lack of customer service is ridiculous and I would appreciate any sort of response.

I ordered jeans and needed to exchange them but one year later they still haven't completed their order and now will not refund me.
I purchased jean in Feb'18 and received them in April'18. Mailed them back same week to exchange and have had no actual contact with them since. They send generic emails without any actual information and they have not been responding to my inqueries and not staying consistent with their deadlines, ie received an email Jan 10 saying they would ship within 1-2 weeks and that I would receive a shipping confirmation but I didn't.
I dont wan't the jeans anymore as it's been a year since my initial purchase order and I don't want to represent their brand. Their service is foul and I just want my money back. I feel like I have been misled and taken advantage of.

Your order shipped on Sep 13 2018 and there was an Attempted Delivery. It was then RTS and we received Nov 01 2018 and we issued you store credit for the item on Dec 28, 2018 via email.
I ordered jeans(Uptown/Roadtrip Wash) as a Christmas gift. They were not on pre-order. I still have not received the jeans and just like everyone on here, I am unable to get any information except for automated messages. Extremely poor customer service and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Credit cards should not be charged until the order is shipped. I have paid for something that it does not look like I will ever receive.

I placed my order on December 21, 2018 and I haven't received even a shipping notification and it's February 1, 2019. This is dissapointing and I will never spend money to promote a business who clearly doesn't care about their customers. Revice denim is just awful, buy jeans elsewhere I wish I never even bothered placing an order. If I could leave zero stars on this review I would.
