Ordered jeans 2 months ago, still not delivered
Ordered jeans Dec 10. Told that they were being custom made. Attempts to contact resulted in generic email responses saying they are taking two weeks to cut, two weeks to stitch, etc. I still do not have the product and they charged my credit card that day. There is no possible reason for jeans to take 2 months to make and ship.

Desired Outcome

At this point I want my money back. I cannot refuse the credit card charge because it was months ago, and now its too late.

As stated on the website, your order will ship within 4-6 weeks of placing your order. Our denim is custom made and made to order - we don't believe in "mass producing" as we produce locally in Los Angeles and like to keep our designs limited!

There was no indication on the web site or on the order confirmation that this was a pre-order. Had I been informed of that I could have made a different choice. Second, you did not meet even your 4-6 week timeline - order date Dec 10, ship date Feb 11. I have seen that you have "shipped" but in the two days since you've "shipped" the item has YET to arrive at USPS to start its journey. Did you really "ship"??

This company is unbelievable. They have absolutely no bearing on how to run a business and clearly have no concern for the customer. They focus exclusively on selling jeans via Instagram but appear to have no plan for how to produce them and ship them. My mom ordered me a pair on December 8th, so it has been close to two months and they have yet to ship them. I have emailed them twice and they have sent the same stock response promising me my jeans in the next 1-2 weeks both times. Both times that was a lie. I finally sent an angry email later which was, of course, ignored. I should have known from the multiple grammar errors on their website that this is not a functioning business. I highly doubt they have any intention of getting me my jeans at any point soon

The website states 4-6 weeks after order placed. Order placed on 12/10: We are now 7 weeks into this and you are telling me another 2 weeks. This company is a joke. False claims on your website. Misleading. Fraud. Funny how it takes going through the Revdex.com to get in touch with you. If you call the phone goes directly to voicemail. Trying to leave a message and mailbox is conveniently full.

Ordered denim from this company early December 2018. After multiple emails, messages- they only send robo responses, and nothing is resolved. No prod
Not a legitimate company- have an active website with items for sale- take the money, and do not send any products at all.

Desired Outcome

Ask for delivery of the jeans, or refund. No response.

Placed an order and 3 months later still have not received my full order or an actual response from the company.
On November 26th I placed an order for 2 pairs of jeans from Revice denim. It is now Jan 29th and I have only received one of the jeans. The company will not refund or reply to my emails. I have emailed and sent 4 complaints throughout these 3 months and have received the same automated response each time saying my order will ship in 2-3 weeks. My card was charged for the full amount of the order despite not receiving the full order. I ordered one pair of the dream fit xoxo jeans in a size 27 and one pair of the Venus crops in the moonstruck wash in a size 24. I received the dream fit xoxo pair but the other jeans have not arrived. Online it says the second pair is still in process and has not shipped. I paid for the order on my visa debit card for a total of $122.05. Order #XXXXX

I am looking for a refund of $78.40 for the pair of jeans I never recieved.

Missing half of my order
I ordered from Revice Denim October 18, 2018. I ordered two pairs of jeans. On October 29, 2018 I received 1 pair of jeans. I was not told that only half of my order would be sent. I complained and they told me it would be shipped at the end of October. My order was never shipped. They ten told me I'd have my order end of November/beginning of December and I never received anything. I've contacted them at least 5 times and am always told "2-4 weeks" and I never receive my order, even now that it is almost February. They will not offer me a refund or exchange, even though I have requested it multiple times. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and continue to tell me "2-4 weeks" for my order to be fulfilled and shipped to me.

Desired Outcome

I would love to get what I paid for instead of them taking my money and me getting nothing in return. Either that or I'd like a full refund.

I placed an order with this company 30 days ago for 1 pair of jeans and they still haven't shipped. Customer service told me to wait another 1-2 weeks
I placed an order with this company 30 days ago. On their website they do not say that it takes 30 days to ship. The website says that if the item is back ordered it could take up to three weeks but my item was not backordered. When I contacted customer service they told me to wait another week or two for it to ship and didn't bother to help me out at all. It feels like this company is taking people's money upfront and then producing these jeans Instead of having them in stock like they advertise. Their business practices seem very sketchy and it is very hard to get hold of anyone on customer service. They delete their bad comments on Instagram or any complaints that they receive and don't bother to get back to you on there either.

1 month and still haven't received my jeans.
I ordered the uptown / hello lover old stone wash from Revice Denim on December 28th. I tried to get in contact with the company through Instagram and they gave me an email to email them. I emailed the company and I was told the email was inactive and so I got sent to the websites FAQ section. I would like to know whether or not my item has been shipped? My order number is XXXXX. This company needs to come up with a better, quicker delivery process.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have my denim to me ASAP. The time it takes them to get to peoples homes is ridiculous.

Order was shipped to the wrong address, no response to multiple contact attempts. Card was charged, order placed 2+ months ago.
I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from Revice denim on 11/23/18 under order #XXXXX. I ordered the VENUS CROPS/MOONSTRUCK WASH & VENUS CROPS/LIGHTYEAR WASH; both in a size 26. My Mastercard ending in *** was charged.

I had initially contacted their customer service, via their site, when my order did not show up more than a month after ordering (they were a Christmas gift).

There was no resolution from my initial contact, and I kept getting auto generated emails back that did nothing to resolve my problem.

The big issue is that they sent my first pair of jeans to a random address ***, *** XXXXX-XXXX US) via UPS #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I contacted them when I got the incorrect shipping notification and never had the issue resolved. I have continued to reach out to them via customer service, as well as their social media channels.

Despite my numerous attempts to contact, they shipped out my second pair of jeans to the wrong address as well under UPS #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

I do not understand why they are being shipped to California when my order information clearly states *** XXXXX.

The most frustrating part is that I will get an email back from customer service, and then follow up with them after my reply but never hear again.

At this point, I would like to have my jeans delivered to the correct address as I have been waiting 2+ months for them.

Please let me know if you need any further information, I have all of my customer service contact attempts saved.

Ideally, I would like my jeans to be shipped to the correct address ASAP. As that seems highly unlikely, I would like my card to be refunded, and some kind of confirmation from the brand that this issue has been taken care of. I would also like to know that this is not how they are going to treat their customers going forward; truly disappointing from a brand I used to admire. The jeans were supposed to be a Christmas gift.

Missing part of order, No response to 4 emails requesting exchange for correct sizing, no other method of contact available- basically ignoring me
Ordered 2 pairs of jeans 11/23/18 (one black/white, one blue). ORDER #XXXXX, paid with Visa $115.40.
Received one pair (B/w) on 12/1/18. The jeans were way too big, even though we followed the sizing chart and measured before ordering. 12/5/18 I requested an exchange via email. 12/6/18 the exchange was approved. I shipped item back and followed their instructions in requesting another size (which was a total guess because their sizing chart is incorrect). We tried 2 sizes smaller. 1/8/19 I received the exchange for the black/white jeans, but they were still too large. Still no word on our blue jeans at all.
1/9/19 I tried to process another return/exchange request, but now received a message that a return was already processed and I was not eligible for any other action. (Even though it clearly stated on my order that they want everyone to find the right size and will assist with exchanges... they never mentioned it was only 1!?) When I pay over $100 for jeans, I expect better customer service.
Still no word on the blue jeans.
I emailed them and politely asked for assistance with 1. tracking the blue jeans, and 2. possibly exchanging the b/w jeans for another size. No response at all.
I emailed 3 other times, escalating each time with my pleas for a response, and was still totally ignored.
As an internet-only clothing business, they have to understand that people will need to exchange things before they find the right size. I do not feel I am being unreasonable in expecting a response to my emails, especially since I have still not received part of my order.

I ordered two pairs of jeans a month ago, they were not on pre-order, and I still have not received them. Just like everyone else, I have reached out but am unable to get a real response only automated responses. I was told 19 days ago that my order was almost ready! but have not received any information since. It is a shame because they have such a cute product with high demand, but they need to work on customer satisfaction if they want to continue to grow and thrive... I would not recommend this company at this point. I was hoping to have these jeans for an upcoming girls trip this weekend but I do not see that happening. I am very disappointed.

I am just now hearing that my items are on pre-order. They did not state on the website that they were on pre-order and I was never informed of this when I would ask for a status update on my order (at least 5 times). I understand there is a high demand, but I am disappointed I did not know any of this earlier as the whole reason I ordered these jeans were for this upcoming trip. I would recommend, as a Marketing Director for a business, that you actively update your website and that you work on your customer service department as far as communication and professionalism go. You have a great product, I hope that you can better handle the business growth in the future.

Non receipt of merchandise or refund
I odered a pair of blue wash jeans on 10/17/18, order # XXXXX and on 10/19/18 I ordered cut offs, order # XXXXX. Neither item was ever received. I contacted the company, via email, on several occasions. I received an email from *** on 11/16/18 and an email from *** on 1/2/19. Both emails asked that I wait two weeks. I contacted the company again on 1/24/19 just to receive the same response from *** asking that I wait two weeks. To this date no merchandise or refund.

Ordered jeans and have not received
I ordered a pair of jeans order # XXXXX on Nov. 28, 2018 and money was taken out of my account that day. They were to be a Christmas gift for granddaughter. Still have not received them. I have sent 8-10 emails to them and keep getting same form emails back saying 1-2 weeks more or 3 weeks more from either *** or Grace. I paid $69.83 for them. I want the jeans cause my granddaughter picked them out. The style name of the jean is The Westside. How does a company like this stay in business with as many complaints as I discovered after I ordered? Isn't this some type of fraud when they sell you an item and advertise it and have your money and do not send it? I do not know what else to do.

What if I do not still receive the jeans. They have sent me numerous form emails and they never come true. I will accept the response when I actually receive the jeans since it has almost been 3 months since I ordered.

Haven't been updated on tracking since 1/1 and haven't received my package after a month past order date.
They didn't supply me with any info that was helpful when I contacted them, when I messaged them back I received no answer back. The last update I got on tracking info was January 1st, and I ordered December 25th.

It says my package was delivered but it never came so I'm wondering what happened there

Almost a year and still haven't received my order
Made my order #XXXXX on April 23rd 2018. I received someone else's order with their name on it for a size 26 Venus Flares on June 30th. I ordered a size 25 Venus Flare. Emailed them on July 3rd asked what I should do to get my proper order. They told me to use the return center. I did, they gave me a return label and I shipped it out. It said it was delivered to them on July 16th. Since then I have not received any response using the email for orders. The only time I got a response was on here on October 2nd. Which I was told that my return #*** would be processed within 2 weeks. My return is still not processed, and so I emailed them again on October 29th asking for an estimate on when I should see my jeans shipped. Nothing. So I am back here again hoping that I will finally, AFTER ALMOST A YEAR, receive what I have paid $78.40 for. Think I've waited long enough

I have reach out to them for several weeks with a email reply back that says they will get back to me. I have returned an item as directed by there policy with only they will respond to me. I have ordered another pair of jeans and I have an order # that was ordered the Dec 28th and have not received the order. I did receive and email that confirmed my order and an email that they would ship as soon as the item was ready.
Very frustrating that they are so lacks in responding and certainly automated responses with no answers to what is going on.

This company is really annoying. They constantly bombard my email with advertisments when they haven't even shipped my order. Like why??? Are they literally tone deaf? When I get my jeans I'll be uploading a review on Youtube to expose the scam this company is. It's not right to do business like this.

On 11-23-18 an order XXXXX for 2 items. I received the skirt after Xmas that did not go with the fit guide. Never received the Yin/Yang denim jeans.
On 11-23-18 I placed an order with Revice Denim order #XXXXX for Yin/YangCrop in Tokyo Wash size 28 for$98.00 and a Yin/Yang Skirt in black and White for $68.00. A total of $166.00 was charged to my credit card immediately. On 11-27-18 they sent a statement saying it takes a little longer to make their custom jeans and the would update me. On 12-17-18 they stated they were going to ship part of my order because they were still working on these so called custom jeans.On December 21; 2018 I received the skirt and my daughter who is thin could not even get past her thighs. I never could find a phone number so I had to send a complaint to https:/*** I did on January 2, 2019.. I was told my jean order would be another 2-3 weeks and I have received nothing. I sent another email of complaint and *** from Revice Denim just keeps repeating the same thing give it 2-3 weeks.

Desired Outcome

I want to return the skirt for a credit card refund and cancel the Jean order and have the full price refunded back to my credit card . I even told them they should give me free shipping fir the skirt for the entire hassle they have put me through.

I do not want to do business with this company. The jeans were for a Christmas present for my daughter. She is now back in school in South Carolina. I live in Maryland. I would have to pay for the shipping costs and then she if they do not fit or she doesn't like them she will have to ship back. This is the main reason they were ordered for a Christmas gift and ordered in November. I want my credit credit refunded I do not want their products or do further business with them . Their customer service is unacceptable.

Missing order
Placed an order for a pair of jeans on Nov 26, 2018. Was told it would ship in two weeks. Have contacted several times since and keep getting the same standard reply of 2 weeks. I still do not have the order and cannot get in touch with them via phone. Goes straight to voicemail and voicemail is full.
