I do not wish to give this company one star because they do not deserve it and have not earned it. My daughter ordered 2 pairs of jeans from them in November 2018 and never received them. Every time she has emailed them they LIE and give her the run around saying her jeans will ship in 2 weeks. This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It's not worth it.

I made an online purchase of a pair of jeans during the last week of November 2018, my credit card has been charged for item, I have not received.

As stated on the website, your order will ship within 4-6 weeks of placing your order. Our denim is custom made and made to order - we don't believe in "mass producing" as we produce locally in Los Angeles and like to keep our designs limited. The longer wait times are normal as these items go through a rigorous creation process to ensure authenticity and quality.

Ordered product from website as a Christmas gift on 12/12/18. As if 1/20/19 I still have not received product nor been given a refund
Ordered a Christmas gift for my daughter on 12/12. Was charged by company on 12/14. On 12/16 received an email from them stating in part: Please know that because we create every order on demand it may take a little longer for you to receive your jeans. As soon as I read this email I sent them a response on 12/18 asking if the product would be received by Christmas. Here is my email: Hi. I ordered jeans as a Christmas gift and I believe they still haven't shipped? Order #XXXXX. When I ordered it said I'd get them in time. If they aren't going to get here I will need to cancel order and buy a different pair. Please let me know.

Here was their reply on 12/19: I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and delay in receiving your order! We have a high demand for REVICE right now and we are experiencing a delay in shipments. However each order is made to order and custom made, which can also factor into delayed shipping. Please allow 1-2 weeks, or sooner, as production finishes up this style.

After receiving this response, because this was a gift I rewuested to cancel immediately after getting that reply (12/19). On 12/21 followed up to that request because company hadn't answered request to cancel. On 12/30 still no reply so I sent another email as follows:

I still havent received a response to my last two
Emails or online question regarding order #XXXXX. I ordered jeans on 12/12th for a Christmas a gift. You took the money from my account and there has been no reply email or status change online. If I do not get a satisfactory response to this final communication, I will need to assume that my order is not coming and will go to my bank to dispute the charge and submit a complaint with the CA Revdex.com. At this point I'm not sure what other options I have since I can't get a reply. It's been 18 days since the order was placed. There was nothing online to indicate that the jeans would be held up this long or I would not have ordered them. If they are still coming, please provide an exact ship date.

The company replied on 1/2nd saying expected shipping was "within a few weeks". I waited 2 more weeks and with still no shipping notice on 1/17 requested a refund again. As of 1/20 I haven't heard from them. Most reputable companies don't charge your card until an item ships. They took my money on 12/14/18. Over a month later, no product, no refund, no ship date. I just want a resolution so I can mark this off my to do list.

So again on 2/5th they give another response stating that they "expect it to ship" in a few weeks. They took money in December and THERE WAS NO PRE-ORDER DATE listed when I ordered the product. If there had been such a future date I would not have ordered it. Just recently the same product had a 1/31 pre-order date listed. Checking today that changed to 2/22. All they do is keep moving back the pre-order date. This company is awful. I ordered jeans in December with no pre-order date. When they did update their website it said 1/31. Now it says 2/22. They can just keep moving it and keeping my money. As you can see from the communications previously listed every time I reach out they say another couple weeks. They've been saying that for two months. I want my money back. Keep the jeans at this point. I highly doubt I'll ever get them anyway.

I ordered a pair of pants from Revice in 03/18. I exchanged them but have yet to receive the exchanged item. Revice ignoring my emails since 10/18.
Initial order (#XXXXX) was placed on 3/22/18. The pants didn't arrive until 5/4/18. They didn't fit, so I filed for an exchange. The return request *** was approved on 5/25/18. Revice received my return on 6/13/18. I didn't hear a word from Revice until I contacted them on 10/19/18. I contacted them again on 10/28/18 requesting a status update on my exchange. Revice responded on 10/29/18, with many excuses. Finally Revice stated on 10/31/18 that the pants would ship by the following week and to "be on the lookout" for a shipping confirmation. Then on 11/12/18 Revice sent an email stating the pants would take 2-3 more weeks to make and then they would be sent, and to wait for a shipping confirmation. They have provided a link several times to check my order status, but the prompt states my order can not be located. I reached out on 12/6/18 requesting a status update and again on 1/21/19. They haven't responded to me since 11/12/18. I have requested a full refund, in the past they offered me store credit and ignored my request.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund from Revice for cost of pants and shipping.

I do not accept that Revice treats my case as a normal patter following their normal return policy. I haven't received the item I payed for for almost an entire year. That makes this an abnormal circumstance and I want a full refund. When I tried to contact Revice directly regarding their decision to offer me a gift card, I was unable to reach them via email. It seems they have blocked me from further communication. I have been patient and reasonable. Now I want a refund. I absolutely do not want to spend my money at Revice, a company that has done nothing to respond to be in a humane way. All the responses I've received have disregarded my questions, made up lies and excuses, and most recently I've been completely ignored. I will not be satisfied until I get a refund from Revice.

I exchanged the item I received in March and never received the exchange. Furthermore, I wasn't communicated with by Revice in any way that could be considered fair, honest, or timely. This wouldn't be an issue if I had received my exchanged item. I don't want to give Revice my money. I want a refund now. I've waited for almost a year and I find it hard to believe that Revice is treating this like a normal case. Refund me now please.

Exchange that has been ignored
I purchased denim pants from the company on September 2nd. After almost 2 months, on October 27th I received the denim. The size did not work, so I contacted the business and they advised to exchange the product for a bigger size. Therefore I returned it for an exchange. I tracked the package, and it said my package has been received by the business on November 8th and till now, the product hasn't been delivered for exchange and no email has been received on any updates regarding the denim pants. I contacted the business many times via email, instagram, and twitter and there was no responce. I contacted them again on instagram on January 13th. They saw the complaint ( hence the "seen" in the conversation) and they did not reply. They still have the denim jeans, and my money.

Revice replied to my complaint by dismissing it saying that my product would be shipped two weeks after I re-ordered it. I am commenting now, and it has been over 5 weeks and they haven't even contected me saying the product is going to be shipped. I re-ordered the product on January 30th. The replied to the Revdex.com saying they have received my order on January 30th and it would be shipped in 2 weeks. It is March 6th today, and they have neither contacted me nor shipped the product to me. They have dismissed the complaint and lied over and over again about the shipment dates, and the exchange. On their website the product I order said this is a pre-order product, therefore it might take up to 4 weeks to ship. This is the reason why I waited more than 2 weeks (which was their responce for my complaint on the Revdex.com) and yet, it;s been 5 weeks and they have ignored and not done their job.

Don't answer my emails, ordered in October.
I ordered a pair of jeans from Revice in October. My order number is XXXXX. Revice has answered only one of my emails assuring me that my order was coming, but it's now January and there's still nothing. I have emailed them multiple other times and they do not answer. I continue to get dozens of promotional offers from them which I do not understand because they clearly can't fulfil their outstanding orders. I keep checking the website and my order has no tracking information. It says it was shipped in December but nothing takes over a month to be delivered from LA to SC. I don't know what to do anymore because I literally can't get in touch with anyone from revice and my card was charged in October. If my jeans are never going to come, I atleast want a refund but I do not know how to get one when NO ONE responds to me and I keep getting spammed with promotions from a website that can't even fulfill my order from October. Please help

Desired Outcome

If I can't get my jeans in the next few weeks, I want a full refund from the business for the inconvenience and horrible customer service they have had.

And was I never going to be told about the error in your fulfillment center? That's incredibly unprofessional. How would I have ever known that had I not gone through Revdex.com? You were just going to rip me off for the money I paid for these jeans...will never order from here again. I expect to have these jeans by 2 weeks.

I was promised an exchange for jeans which I sent back, but never got them. Constantly emailed and eventually no response back.
2/19/18:Ordered Revice jeans (order #XXXXX)
3/14/18: Delivered
3/18/18: Contacted them for sizing/exchange, got automatic response
3/19-3/20: they responded and asked what size I needed and I told them
3/31/18: I received return label and asked what instructions are for return
3/31: they directed me to online instructions and told me to put a note inside with exchange request
4/21/18: I emailed to see if they received my return, no response
4/27/18: I emailed again saying that no one has gotten back to me and I wanted to hear status of my order
4/30/18: they said "your order is expected to ship out in 8-10 days."
7/17/18: I was out of the country so I got my mom involved and she emailed them
7/26/18: my mom still hadn't heard back, so she threatened to report them to the Revdex.com
7/30/18: someone finally responded and asked for the order # so it can get resolved
-we sent them the order number and still nothing back
8/8/18: my mom emailed again
8/8/18: they apologized again and said they apologize, but it is a pre-order item and they have to wait
(however, I have seen the item in stock multiple times since this date, including now they are in stock for pre-order)
8/8/18: my mom thanked her for responding and said to please just give us the store credit/or send the new pair of jeans
9/12/18: my mom "demanded" to get the money back because no one contacted us in that time and we hadn't heard anything.
12/25/18: I attempted contacting them again through their website, on a different email. but under the same name. I think they are now officially avoiding us
1/18/19: I tried to reach out again and they gave me more excuses as to why I haven't received them and it is "going to be another 1-2 weeks until it is shipped out" but I am doubtful they are going to ship them honestly.

Desired Outcome

Honestly, I would just like my money back. I was really excited for these jeans, which I spent over $70 on, and then they promised me the exchange and never followed through. They kept either ignoring my emails or making excuses as to why it is going to be "another _x_ weeks" until I receive them. If I cannot get the refund, the least they can do is offer me the store credit. I understand that they initially delivered the first pair to me; however, It is not right for them to tell me I can exchange them, promise that the jeans are on their way, and then never actually follow through. I just want some form of compensation back. I feel like they stole $70 from me, which they kind of did at this point since I got nothing but headaches from them.

They sent me an email saying I would receive a confirmation email which I never received & still haven't receive my order. No customer service either.
Order number: #XXXXX On December 12, 2018 I placed an order with this company before reading all the negative reviews Revice Denim has been rated. They automatically charged me $64.99 USD. I received an email saying that I would receive a confirmation email in 24-48 hours and I never got that email. After seeing them deleting people's commenfs on Revice Denim's Instagram post, I decide I wanted to cancel my order. I emailed them explaining that I haven't received a confirmation email and I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. They replied saying it was too late to cancel my order. I have emailed them numerous times asking for an update on my order and I have yet to receive any response from customer service, ans I am unable to track my package. They are consistently posting on the company's Instagram account and deleting any negative comments left on posts. I emailed asking why they are constantly on Instagram but cannot reply back to emails concerning orders. I feel as if I have been robbed of my money and I would like to dispute the charge as it has been over 30 days since placing my order

I hope to receive a refund, and an explanation of why I haven't received any updates, responses to my emails, or explanation on the delay of the shipment of my item. I also would like to still receive the jeans I ordered since it has been 30 days since I have placed my order.

I ordered jeans two months ago and have yet to even receive an email saying they've been shipped let alone delivered.
At the end of November I ordered a pair of jeans from revice. The website specifies, as well as reviewing an email, that says jeans are made to order so allow a few weeks before they're shipped. It's now almost two months later, and I haven't received any updates on my order. I've contacted the company multiple times, through the website and also on social media, and only received one response saying they were in high demand and to please allow an extra 1-2 weeks as they caught up to shipments. That email exchange was approximately a month ago and I still have no jeans. I've been nothing but kind and patient with the company, hoping that this isn't a scam. But at this point it's looking like a scam. I'm out the $66 for a pair of jeans I'll never receive

I would like either a full refund or to finally receive my denim jeans. There's no reason for it to take this long, especially if they're not going to give the customer constant updates on what's going on with their order. That's not good customer service

While I am happy that the issue has been resolved and that I'll finally be receiving the jeans I ordered nearly three months ago, I think that the company needs to work on communicating with their customers better as well as getting things out in a timely matter. I know that there are plenty of people who had made purchases after myself and received their orders without issue, while I still waited. But I appreciate that this is finally solved

This company is a disgrace. I made an exchange 5 months ago, sent the jeans back to them, got a confirmation email saying it would take 2-3 business days for them to process the return and ship the new sizes, and it's been approximately 5 months since the email. I have called, emailed, and done everything to try and contact them and I have yet to hear from them. Save yourself the money and pain of dealing with this company.

Placed and paid for an order on December 7th. Still have yet to receive the order, company will not respond to emails or answer phone calls.
A pair of revice denim jeans was ordered for me and intended to be a Christmas gift from *** on December 7th,2018 order # *** ( Venus flares/ eclipse wash) totaling the amount of $73.50 via debit card on December 7th. Order has been paid for on the above date and still not been shipped, upon trying to contact company they either respond with an auto generated email saying another 1-2 weeks until product is ready for shipment or do not respond at all. I have asked for a refund several times and no response.

Throughout our entire purchase process no where does it state that our order is a preorder. Even still after further email communication if it was a preorder it should have been shipped by December 24th then the following email stated it will be completed and shipped within another 1-2 weeks. We have been told 1-2 more weeks three separate times. No where on our receipt or purchase order does it state that the order was a preorder. The order is never going to come we accept that and need it to be canceled.

WHEN I DID NOT RECEIVE THAT ORDER BY 12/24, I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS ASKING WHEN I WOULD RECEIVE THE JEANS. I HAVE GOTTEN THE SAME AUTOMATED EMAIL THAT TELLS ME THAT I WILL GET IT IN 1-2 MORE WEEKS. THAT WOULD BE 7-8 WEEKS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED. IN THE LATEST EMAIL THAT I SENT, I REQUESTED A REFUND. I GOT THE SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE. I NO LONGER WANT THE JEANS. I WANT THE $68.60 CREDITED TO ME. I HAVE DISPUTED THE CHARGE WITH MY BANK.

I purchased a pair of jeans about 2 months ago. They was no note online about them being pre-order and all indications were that they would make it to me by Christmas. 4 days after my order was placed I was sent a note that they take a bit longer than I expected. 3 more days later and they sent a note saying the order was "almost ready!" and I would get a shipping notification soon. Then suddenly it said it would take another 10 days and said my order was a "pre-order" which was not true. The jeans now said they were pre-order when I check but that note was not there the day I ordered. And why would they suddenly say that when all other communications indicated they would ship soon? When I would write after that they would only sporadically answer but never with specifics on ship date. I asked for a refund and cancellation via email several times and they will not respond to that. The latest email from them says they will ship in 2 days. I have asked them once again for a refund and to cancel and they have not responded. I put in a dispute note to Amazon Pay and my credit card company.

They are a scam. I ordered on December 14th and still have not received any jeans. I have asked for a refund and they refuse to send one.

On September 30, 2018, I placed an order for three pairs of jeans for a total of $216. I only received one pair.
On September 30, 2018, I placed an online Order #XXXXX for three pairs of jeans: (1) Yin Yang/Crops/Black; (2) Uptown/Road Trip Wash; and (3) Dream Fit/Blue Division. The total order amount was $216. I used a VISA ending in 6446 to pay for them. They were supposed to be shipped DHL Parcel Plus. I received one pair, the Yin Yang. However, to date, (four months later) I still have not received the other two pairs, even though my VISA was charged. I received a notice from DHL that the two pairs were shipped. Tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I was unable to track the package with this number. The jeans were not delivered. I attempted to contact Revice multiple times (4-5) by leaving an email message (on their contact page), but I never received a response. I notified them that my jeans never arrived, and I also asked for a refund. To date, I never received a response. Its unfair that Revice kept my money, but did not deliver the product! I would like my jeans or a refund of $ 145.60 (which equals the amount I paid for the two pairs of jeans I never received. thank you for your help.

Barley any replies to my numerous emails trying to get any update on my order. Requested to be refunded, never heard back.
I ordered my item in early November, did not receive any update on my order for over a month. I would try calling but they do not have a phone number. Was ignored by customer service multiple times until someone named *** sent me an automated generic reply. 3 months go by and I still have not received my item. I request to be refunded, and that email was ignored as well. I finally get a notification that my order has shipped and the item looks NOTHING like it does in the pictures. I tried to generate a return but their website is only allowing store credit. Overall the worst experience I have ever had from a company.

Placed an order at the end of November and have received no updates other than confirmation. Have contacted customer service 3 times and no response.
I placed an order for a pair of jeans and a shirt during the Black Friday sale which claimed to include a free shirt as well. I received a confirmation email and an update that the order would take a couple weeks to make. I have received no updates since and have contacted customer service 3 times now. I have signed up for text message updates on my order and am constantly checking the status of my order online. I have been charged for the order. There is no other way to contact Revice other than their customer service forum which claims they will respond in 72 hours. That is not true. There is no way to even cancel the order. I feel taken advantage of.

Desired Outcome

I want my order delivered. The order I was promised, the pair of jeans and shirt I ordered as well as the custom shirt that was promised as part of the Black Friday sale. That is the reason I even ordered any of this because of this deal.

I sent a pair of jeans back for an exchange. I let ***, the CSR, know that the jeans arrived, but still have not received my new jeans or refund.
On 11/14/18, I let ***, the CSR, know that the jeans I had shipped back for exchange had arrived on 11/8/18 asking her for confirmation that they did receive my package. On 11/29/18, I followed up and asked if my exchange had been sent out to me yet, but got no response. On 1/7/19, I followed up for a 3rd time, now asking for a refund given the amount of time I have dealt with the situation to receive NO response. I then sent a new email to customer service through the Revice website on 1/7/19 to try and speak with someone else. On 1/10/19, I received an email back from *** saying "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and delay in receiving your return! Please allow 8-10 days until your return has been approved. After it is approved, please refer to the pre-order dates on our website for an ETA on your exchange arrival. " This email did not help me at all given that it's now been a couple of months. I replied back on 1/10 laying out the entire situation above requesting a refund given the lack of customer service and amount of time that has passed. And today, I followed up again. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service the Revice stands behind and this honestly is the worst customer service I have received in years. At this point, I absolutely do not believe I should be given a store credit and would like a FULL refund for my order, which should amount to $70.40. I really hope that my problem can be solved ASAP!

I would like a refund in the amount that I was charged. I absolutely do not want a store credit bc god forbid this situation happen again and I will never get the right jeans or the money.

Order took 3 months to arrive and when it did it was COMPLETELY incorrect
I placed an order via debit card for 3 pairs of jeans- totaling $275
The jeans I ordered came MONTHS apart, no employee would speak with me regarding when my hundreds of dollars went since I hadn't received a single coorespondense from ANYONE regarding my extreme dissatisfaction. The jeans, when one finally showed up- looked nothing like the photos at all and ran in the most ridiculous sizing. They run EXTREMELY small and I can wear ONE PAIR at best. I'm absolutely furious with the horrific customer service and ridiculous policies. I WANT MY MONEY BACK and I warn everyone I know to never ever shop with them. What a nightmare. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Desired Outcome

IMMEDIATE REFUND for wasted time, ridiculous wait period for partial and incomplete order. Revice is absolutely fraudulent
