NOT one star-Zero stars. I too have not received an order I placed on Nov 26th of 2018. The website said nothing of it being a pre-order, although it does now. A couple of weeks ago, while checking on my order, AGAIN, the item I ordered had an actual pre-order date of 01/18/2019, which had passed *** I saw it....LOL. Emails get canned responses. Some of those very same canned responses are below in replies to other bad reviews. Every email, I am told they are due to ship out in two weeks. It is now going on three months. Really for a *&%$ing pair of jeans. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OF BAFFOONS. Probably started some young girls who thought they were entreneuers. That they are NOT!

STILL haven't received jeans that were being "worked on" as of December 8th.. it is now February 12th.
I tried to return a pair of jeans to Revice in october/novmeber because they didn't fit. This pair had taken months to get to me, but I understood because they say that each pair is made per order. I really hated the fit, however, so I didn't want to wait another 4 months for pants that I might not even like. But they only offered me store credit. So I settled to just exchange them. After sending the jeans back, I never received any sort of notification that they got the jeans back or were working on the exchange. So, I filed a claim through paypal. almost immediately they sent me an email saying they were working on fulfilling my order. That was Decemeber 8th. January 27th rolls around and I still haven't heard an update from them. So, I email customer service and they say to "please allow 1-2 weeks, or sooner." so I wait the two weeks. That ran out yesterday. So, I reach out again and I get the EXACT SAME email, word for word. They are obviously just copy and pasting the same responses to every email they get. I emailed them back saying that it is ridiculous and I just want my money or my jeans. I don't know if this is a scam or what the deal is, but I am tired of waiting months for a pair of jeans.

Desired Outcome

I either want my money back into my account or i want to finally get my pair of jeans. I do NOT want a giftcard to their business because I will never purchase something from them again.

The pre-order date has passed and if this was the case you would say so in the first place. If it isnt going to be shipping in "1-2 weeks or sooner" then don't say that. I was told in December that they were being worked on. I want my money back in my account.

I ordered a pair of jeans almost 2 months ago and have yet to receive any update.
I ordered a pair of jeans from Revice Denim for $68.60. I ordered them almost 2 months ago, I have yet to receive an update, and while I am trying to get in contact with them, there is not phone number to call, and when I email I get the same automated email. I am extremely frustrated I would just like my expensive jeans or a full refund its super wrong to scam people so I hope this can be resolved.

I would like my jeans, and If I don't get them soon I will need a full refund.

I ordered a pair of jeans in October. I have sent multiple emails with the response they will be shipped in "a few weeks" since December.
I ordered the Dream Fit/ Blue Division jeans. Order #XXXXX. I have emailed so many times at first getting no responses. When they got back to me the response was they will ship out in "1-2 weeks" in December. Every response has been saying "a few weeks". It is now FIVE months later and I have not gotten my jeans. The preorder originally said they would be shipped out October 30th. I do not want these jeans anymore, it has taken too long and they will not issue a refund.

Desired Outcome

My jeans to be shipped out in the next week or a refund.

13 weeks have gone by since I placed my order with revice.
I ordered a pair a denim back in November of 2018 it is now February of 2019 and I still have not received any product. 13 weeks have gone by and I have sent out multiple emails regarding my purchase, only to get an automated response back saying there's a high demand for the denim I bought. My order number is XXXXX and the emails I receive all say the same exact thing even though it has been going on four months. There is no update. I constantly see others receiving their products they purchased after my date of purchase. The expected shipment date has changed multiple times on the website. This is point blank just bad customer service. Revice sends automated emails in order to not have to actually deal with their customers. No one should ever have to wait 13 weeks for exspensive jeans.

Desired Outcome

Ideally if they want to exceed customer service expectations, I would be appreciative of a refund as well as seeing my denim delivered as I am one very dissatisfied customer.

Great pants, worst company ever. Every time I've ordered it's taken months to arrive. I thought I would give them one last shot and boy am I beyond over this company. The "pre-order" bit is BS. 4 weeks ago my item was supposed to ship in 2 weeks. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED. you have lost my business, which is sad because I would have ordered every pair you have if it wasn't for the outrageous delay in product.

I would not even give this site one star. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND NO MONEY RECEIVED FOR MY REFUND, which I had to argue with one of their staff about over facebook message!!!!!! My emails have be blocked, despite countless attempts to contact them even on their website contact page. I am extremely disapointed and all I want is my money back. This company needs to be shutdown immediately.

No delivery of purchase
I ordered in November 23,2018 and have yet to recieve my order. I asked for a refund they said no.

I placed an order with Revice Denim on 12/4/18 . I haven't received my order as of today 2/7/19.
I placed and order with Revice Denim on 12/4/18 for a pair of jeans that cost $73.50. I haven't yet received my order as of today 2/7/19. My order number is XXXXX and I've contacted the customer service representatives named "***" and *** several times with no resolve. Their website clearly states all orders, even pre-orders which mine would be considered, will be fulfilled within roughly 4 weeks.

Desired Outcome

After waiting a month longer than the estimated order fulfillment time, I no longer care if I receive my order. I simply want a refund.

Jeans arrived and fit. This is over. This is the worse company I have ever worked with. They are slow about EVERYTHING - even the tracking doesn't work on time. Never again. Thanks for all your help.

I ordered an item months ago and it never arrived. Contacted them multiple times with no useful response both through email and social media.
On the 4th of May 2018 I made a purchase of their item "Dream Fit / XOXO" for $70.40 plus $10.00 shipping. My order number is XXXXX. It was shipped through APC, tracking number XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on the 28th of June 2018. I first contacted customer service a few weeks later, and they assured me it would be with me soon. The tracking states delivery was attempted but I never received any attempted delivery card nor request for tax or import fees. I have since emailed them and contacted them on their instagram page multiple times, with no response on instagram. In response to my emails, I have only received seemingly automated or copy and paste responses stating their products are in very high demand therefore it might take a while for them to ship. It has officially been more than 8 months.

Desired Outcome

I expect a full refund and would like to inform the business that their customer service is frankly APPALLING.

I have been waiting 3 months for my order and have experience THE WORST customer service when trying to resolve the issue directly through the company
I place my order #XXXXX at the beginning of December, it is now the end of February and I've received nothing. I'm starting to get frustrated as I believe I was scammed. I emailed REVICE twice asking for an update about my order and received an automated response. I was unable to get an actually answer from a real person which was EXTREMELY unhelpful and frustrating.

Desired Outcome

I would like to either receive the jeans I paid for, receive a refund, or speak to a REAL associate who can give me answers other than "We have a high demand for Revice Denim".

I ordered jeans on 12/19/2018 and still have not received my order. I reached out to Revice and I only get the same automated responses with no info.
I placed my order on Dec 19th 2018. The items were preorders which they claimed would take 4 weeks to ship out. We are now going on 8 weeks and I still have not received my order. I have sent in requests asking when I can expect my order and that I would like a refund at this point. They just reply with the EXACT SAME EMAIL claiming that my jeans will ship out 1-2 weeks or that I cannot get a refund. These jeans were not cheap. They immediately charged my card but CAN NOT fulfill my order. I am now out $150.00. I find it ridiculous that they consistently post on social media but cannot keep up with orders.

Still have not received my second pair of jeans. I have not gotten any new information. The response from my complaint stated that they would "ship within the next 10 days." It has been over 10 days and I still don't have any new information. I understand they "make everything themselves" but maybe being a bit more upfront at time of purchase how long this process will actually take. I can't even get a personal response when I try to contact the company either. It is always an automated response saying "1-2 weeks"

I ordered pants on 11/12/2018. 1 arrived on 12/29. I contacted them through email to cancel all of the order. They are now shipping another pair.
I ordered pants on 11/12/2018. No where in their site does it say it will take two months to make a pair of jeans. I cancelled the order because they don't fit. And now on 2/6/2019, they are sending me another pair from the original order. This means that in April or May I will receive another pair of jeans that do not fit. I have emailed them again to stop sending the pants. They will not fit.

I have requested that you not send the items that will not fit. There is no reason for you to send them to me. I have emailed your company several times to stop the shipment. The only reason you want to ship them is to for me to pay to ship them back in the hopes that I will not ship them back. You do not make it clear that it will take 3-4 months to receive a pair of jeans. Your product is not as advertised.

I placed an order on 12/14 and have yet to receive the jeans I ordered. I would like the product I paid for shipped, or I would like a refund.
I placed order #XXXXX on 12/14 for a "pre-order" pair of the ex-boyfriend/harlow wash jeans costing $68.60 in total. The pre-order date for this style was 12/18. It has been nearly two months since that preorder date, and my order is still listed as "processing". I have contacted the company on numerous occasions, and each time I have received an estimated ship date of "1-2 weeks". My most recent conversation with their customer service was on 1/15, where the representative "Grace" said it would yet again be another 1-2 weeks. The product is still not shipped.

Desired Outcome

I was really excited about the jeans I ordered, so I would like my product shipped ASAP. Otherwise I would like a refund of the $68 I gave their company in exchange for a product I will likely never receive.

I've been given 3 responses (at minimum) nearly identical to that over the course of the last two months. How can you continue to give me false estimates when you know they are inaccurate?

Paid to return my jeans for exchange in August and company has never gotten back to me about when I'll get them back, its now February
I first ordered my Revice Denim Venus Flares Eclipse Wash jeans back on June 8th of last year. After getting in touch with them about where my product was for over 8 weeks and receiving automated responses or no responses back each week, I finally received my product. I chalked the situation up to being a freak accident and decided I would give this "small business" the benefit of doubt. Since when my jeans came they were too small on me, I decided to follow their websites instructions on how to exchange them for another size a couple days after receiving them. I paid $13 additional out of pocket to return the jeans to their facility and was promised I would receive confirmation that the return was received in 2-3 days after they arrive and would receive my new jeans shortly after that. Two weeks go by and I never hear from Revice. For months I have been contacting them and submitting requests for information on where the product Is with nothing but sparse automated apology responses. It is now February and I still have heard no legitimate response on what happened to my product. I have submitted requests through your website and gotten automated responses or no responses, gotten in touch through your social media accounts only to have my messages be deleted, and even tried to find a company number which already had a full voicemail box. I need answers, my product, or my money back now

I would like to receive my product already. August to February is a ridiculous wait and your company has not been honest about what my order status is. If you can't meet production or can't handle the amount of business you've been receiving, refund the people who have been patiently waiting for their product like myself.

I haven't received my pair of jeans I ordered two months ago.
I ordered a pair of " *** wash ex-boyfriend" jeans more than two months ago and I still till this day haven't received them. I'veemailed them several times and I've gotten the same answer every time. I just want a refund because this is literally my 10th time emailing someone about this issue. I usually am not the type to complain but I just want my $70 back! (:

I have been waiting over 5 months to receive a pair of jeans!
On September 22,2018 I ordered a pair of "Farrah" jeans in angel wash. My order confirmation number is XXXXX. I still have not received my jeans. I have sent multiple emails, over 20 and I get the same response, "two more weeks" it's really frustrating, because I like the company but the customer service is terrible. I don't want a refund I would just like my jeans at this point.

I placed an order on September 2 (***) and have not received my order after more than 5 months.
I placed an order on the evening of September 2, 2018 for Blair Flare jeans (order #XXXXX). I received no communication regarding my order although my credit card was immediately charged for $78.83 (through Amazon Pay). I have sent multiple emails regarding this order to Revice Denim and received a few responses. In the responses, I was given a lot of excuses as to why I hadn't received my order. In an email response at the end of October I was promised that my order would ship within the next two weeks. This did not occur. The last email I sent was completely ignored. It's now been more than 5 months since I placed my order and the jeans I ordered continue to be advertised online with promises that they will be shipped within 5 to 9 business days of the order.

Desired Outcome

I would like Revice to ship my order immediately as well as compensate me for the more than 5 months I've waited for receipt of this order. Ideally, I would like to be credited for the amount I've paid due to the length of time I've had to wait. This is not the first issue I've had with Revice. For a different order, I waited more than 2 1/2 months and contacted them 2 different times regarding that order. I would like Revice to change their business practices and process and ship orders when they are received. I would like them to discontinue their false advertising; they advertise on their website that their products will ship within 5 to 9 business days. I don't know anyone who has received their orders in a timely manner from Revice Denim. I would like them to provide information to customers regarding their delayed orders before the customer complains. I would also like them to respond to all customer inquiries/complaints as well as to tell the truth in all responses.

Tired of hearing these are customer made jeans that take 3 weeks to make. I ordered two pairs of jeans Black Friday 2018 plenty of time for xmas nope didnt receive on pair until early Jan. The second pair I was told mutliple times that I should receive two weeks later yet ANOTHER month has gone by ordered NOVEMBER 23rd it is FEB 5th and STILL no second pair of jeans and the canned responses are just insulting they do not address the fact that they are failing customer satisfaction.

SEND THE JEANS!! you have processed and delivered orders from people AFTER I ordered the complaints that people are making you should be embarrassed about and resolving we GET that it takes a few weeks to make the product we get that you are busy but CORRECT these issues like everyone else that gets increases in orders
