0 stars!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. This company is awful!!!!!!!!!!!! I never got my order and they wont reply to my emails. I'm now out the money I paid which was about 80 dollars! this company is a scam I cannot believe they're still in business.

My order never arrived and they refused to reimburse me for the purchase
I bought a pair of jeans on December 15, 2018 from Revice denim. On February 21, 2019 they were supposedly shipped by the company. They never arrived. On March 3, 2019I contacted the company. On March 5, 2019 they responded and told me to contact USPS and DHL. On March 11, 2019 I contacted USPS. On April 9, 2019 USPS responded with an update. USPS did an investigation and they determined the item was lost. They said they wouldn't reimburse me because the company didn't insure the package. DHL doesn't allow claims to be filed. I re-contacted the company again on April 10, 2019. On April 16, 2019, Revice responded to my message. They told me I must be mistaken and that the reason why USPS won't reimburse was because it was past 30 days. However, I contacted USPS within the 30 days so that is not the reason. I emailed again on April 16, 2019 asking to speak with a supervisor. I received no response. I searched for the phone number online as it is not on their website. The phone goes straight to VM even during their designated business hours. I left a VM with my phone number and asked for a return call on April 18th.

I want a refund for my order.

I ordered a pair of jeans from Revice Denim in December of 2018 and have yet to receive them over 4 months later.
I ordered a pair of Boogie Bells/Ocean Wash for $70.00 from Revice Demin on 12/31/2018. When I made my purchase it was not indicated to me that my order was on pre-order. I have requested updates on 1/23/19, 2/13/19, 2/18/19, 2/25/19, 2/28/19, 3/8/19, 3/14/19, 3/28/19, 4/16/19. Everytime I ask for an update I get an automated response or they tell me my order will be shipped in the next two weeks but it is never true. It is really upsetting because I paid money for a product that I feel like I am never going to receive... I am very disappointed.

Desired Outcome

I would like to promptly receive my order. If this product look as if it will not be available for some time, let me pick from something already in stock and I will glady do so.

Absolutely horrible. NEVER order from here! I have been waiting three months to receive a $70 pair of jeans and the customer service has not been helpful at all. Dont waste your money!

I ordered pants that had the wrong size label sewn into them, they want me to pay to send faulty items back.
I ordered a pair of pants that I believe must have had the wrong size label sewn in as I have ordered pants from this company before in the same size and they fit fine, the pants I recieved were giant on me. First the company told me to return the items with a free return label, when I e mailed them again (this took multiple attempts) to tell them I did not have a return label they said I have to pay to return the faulty item myself. This has taken so long and I am going out of the country, they only give a month for returns and I will not no longer make it within that month as they have taken so long to contact me and also I still have no return label. Every part of the dealing with them has been incredibly unsatisfactory.

Desired Outcome

I want them to pay for the return label as they initially said they would and replace the item.

I ordered a pair of jeans 104 days ago and they have not delivered. There is no working tracking number, and the company is basically unreachable.
I purchased a pair of jeans on january 2, 2019. It is now April 16, and I have not received them. I have contacted the company and they stated the jeans would be here in two weeks. that was about three weeks ago. My order number is #XXXXX and my tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX through DHL. I paid $65.50.

Desired Outcome

I want the denim to be delivered, and I want my $65.50 back, as I expected the product in 2 weeks and it was not delivered. I do not want any more problems with this company.

They are literally horrific. I paid almost $200 for 2 jeans and a t-shirt, going on 8 months and have received nothing. Revice sells jeans they do not have and never responds to e-mails. The company has absolutely zero customer service, they take your money and then you'l never hear from them again. This company should truly be sued, the most frustrating, unprofessional and unethical experience.

Well it looks like I should have read reviews before I ordered. I bought my usual size, 28, and my dimensions added up to their size guide. I ordered March 1st and just got my pair, it's April 16th. I was excited, thinking that these must be good jeans if it's taking them so long. I figured they must have a rigorous process that outputs a great product worth the money. Unfortunately not. I bought the jeans that are black on the back and light blue in the front. There was so black dye on the light blue side and a lot of light blue all over the black side in random spots. Not to mention they were sewed awfully, the seam between the two colors is incredibly thick and it just doesn't look good. The jean is a straight leg but I almost couldn't get the jeans up over my ***, and the legs are super super loose!

DO NOT ORDER. Ordered jeans on Feb 17. It is almost mid April and I have emailed them twice. Have been told to keep checking the status of my order. Two months going on three is absolutely absurd for one pair of jeans, especially when they promised expedited shipping and a 3-4 week window. Second time I emailed, they said the production company messed up the sizing on my jeans so they would have to remake. I did not preorder the item, it should have been in stock. The turn around time is horrible and customer service does not comp in any kind of way to make up for their terrible service. Still haven't gotten my jeans; I'm in college getting ready to pack up and go home, hope they arrive before then.

They never shipped my order after charging me and taking my payment. I've emailed them asking for it to be shipped or refunded.
I purchased jeans from this company back in December of 2018. I was made aware that the shipping and delivery time could be a few weeks. I wasn't concerned until by mid January 2019 I still had no received any sort of shipping confirmation. Upon emailing their customer service, they don't not list a telephone number, I was told by some rep that they apologized and my order would be shipped out by the end of that week. A week and a half went by and still no jeans. I sent another email and again heard after a few days that they were so so sorry! They would ship the jeans immediately! Another month went by and honestly I had pretty much lost hope and knew there was not much I could do since my payment was debit. I finally emailed again in March 2019 asking for them to please please refund my money. A few days went by and I recieved an email stating there had been a shrinkage issue with my jeans and there for they would be sending them "soon!" Beginning of April I emailed again begging for a refund- I didn't even want the jeans anymore. *** responded 6 says ago saying my payment had processed and been declined through their system but upon checking she realized it had gone through back in December and that this was the cause of ALL the problems. She attached a screen shot and said she manually put them to send out. What's fishy about this is the screen shot they sent does not have anything about my order, the order date nor the card number that I used or even possess. It's been another week and still no jeans, still no shipping confirmation.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund. I want them to ship my order AND I think their site should be shut down. They send emails advertising constantly and personally I think the entire business is a scam that takes people's money and provides little to no resources to service their customer.

Do not order from them! They take three months to come and once they come, there is a 90% chance that something is wrong. You'd think that at least you are paying for what you get, but not in this case! My jeans came months after I ordered them and, once they came, they were way too small. I am usually a 0-00 and I ordered a 2 to be safe. I could not even get the jeans past my thighs! Save your money! Don't buy into their celebrity endorsements. I think that's all they put their time into.

Do not order from this company! I waited months to receive a poor quality, overpriced pair of jeans and when I made my purchase, I was also supposed to receive a free Tshirt. This never arrived and I contacted the company multiple times. They have refused to even respond to my communication. Terrible company with terrible customer service. They will simply ignore you if they don't want to deal with their mistake.

1) Placed order #XXXXX on 3/1/2019. They confirmed receiving but didn't indicate estimated date of shipping to delivery
2) On 3/7/2019 sent them a message inquiring about shipping & delivery dates
3) On 3/8 they responded by saying they are "busily working on creating the jeans". AGAIN NO INFO. ON SHIPPING & DELIVERY DATES
4) On 3/14 they sent a note saying they are still working on my order. AGAIN NO INFO. ON SHIPPING & DELIVERY DATES
5) On 3/15 sent them a message requesting specific shipping & delivery dates
6) On 3/18 they responded by apologizing for the inconvenience and AGAIN NO INFO. ON SHIPPING & DELIVERY DATES
7) On 3/25 I sent them a message to cancel the order. They acknowledged receiving the message and said they will respond soon.
8) Today is 3/30 and I'm still waiting for their cancellation confirmation. When I check the status of my order on their web site, it is still open and has not been cancelled yet.

So, after 30 days of placing the order this company is, theoretically, still working on it and DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE IF/WHEN THEY WILL SHIP THE ORDER NOR WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED

Revice accounting and customer service have caused this company to seal from me.I am owned a refund credit per their policy.
I returned their item according to their policy and was not refunded or credited correctly. their customer service has not been responsive or helpful. This is stealing.I am owned $125 in store credit per their policy.

Trust me DO NOT ORDER. MY experience with this company have been so stressful that word can't even explain. They make nothing but excuses when they finally wants to respond. I'm not putting no more energy with this company over a pair of low quality jeans that they believe is heaven sent and need 6 months to make. You can get a wedding/prom dress in half the time than that.

Do not order from them. I ordered my jeans early January and they keep telling me they will send them. It is March and they still haven't sent them! Also, they do not respond to their emails or if they do, they give major attitude. I work in Guest Services and this is not how to treat guests or "customers."

I would give negative stars if I could. I've tried so many times to contact regarding my order with the only responses from them looking like they copied and pasted the response from a set list of replies. I ordered feb 18th and here we are with no update.

At this point I consider it theft and from the looks of it a lot of people are being robbed from this company. If I don't see an update in the next few days I'm going to report the company as fraudulent.

Love the jeans but the front pockets of mine were not made correctly at all. They were too small so the white part shows always. Not impressed.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering jeans for my daughter. I ordered a "buy one get one 50% off." The jeans came but were too small so I wanted to exchange them. I have emailed them multiple times to no avail. I was supposed to get a label for a return but that NEVER came. I have continued to email which must just go to their trash because there is never a response. I first wanted to exchange the pants, now I just want to return them and get my money back. They should face legal charges for cheating so many people! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Ordered a pair of jeans in early february. Heard good things about the website and their clothing. Come March 24, I got extremely annoyed at the fact that my jeans were still in the "confirmation" phase and reached out to customer service. Asked them to just cancel my order, or at least tell me where my jeans were. All I received was "I'm sorry you want to cancel your order, but it's too late. You must cancel in 24 hours after purchasing." No update on where my jeans are. Literally through $70 out of the window.
