This" company "is a JOKE. I ordered my jeans in July. I have since been to Greece and London and then back to America since placing my order. It's September 14th and I have yet to receive it. Their communication is absolute bs. I've sent so many emails and Instagram messages but they don't get answered. I reached out on Facebook a month ago and they reassured me I'd get my order "within the next 1-2 weeks OR sooner". I messaged their Facebook again and they read it and didn't answer. I don't know how they are still allowed to sell jeans the obviously don't have and take peoples money. Learn from my awful mistake and never order from this company.
This company has kept patronizing me with the same automated email msg. The item was ordered April 11 it is september 11.
This company will not respond to me after many attempts to get these jeans, 5 months ago, they keep telling me they will ship in 1-2 weeks.
Last person, named Zoe, replied that she would personally see to it they would ship asap, that was 2 months ago, she said the same thing 2weeks ago, now I am still recovering a automated email reply. Copy and paste what I have already received 5 prior emails!?
I would like a refund, but they won't respond to that question.

There are certainly no other companies that make premium denim made with Italian fabric in our styles and price-point. All items are made to order, and our pieces are designed and made right here in Los Angeles, which we pride on ourselves on, but this can also factor into the delayed shipping times.
It looks like we actually changed our style name. This is now called the Ex-Boyfriend *** wash. I will be shipping these out this week to you! You will be getting an email confirmation within 24 hours of shipping.
As stated on our website, we only do exchanges/store credit. We do not issue refunds. We are sorry for the inconvenience but it is our policy.

I have received this message SEVERAL times over the last 6months. The fact that they don't issue refunds is not acceptable.
They copy and paste the same response numerous times! I do t believe them because every email says 'we're shipping these this week' and then another month passes and nothing
It's going on 7 months!!!!
It's pretty easy to issue a paypal refund and I do not want another back and forth from a robot!

Where do I begin? Ordered (#XXXXX) two pair of jeans from this company on April 23rd. I knew it was going to take a few months, I am a patient person. My first pair arrived in June 22nd, they were the correct size and design. Not amazing but I like them. My second and last pair arrived on June 30th. Of course these were not the size jeans I had ordered. Not because I ordered the wrong size, but because it was someone else's order all together. I emailed them about the situation in clear detail with pictures and everything. All I got back was "sorry these didn't work out for you, please use our return center". I automatically thought they did not read my email, but sent an automated response. The jeans didn't not work for me. They were just not my jeans? I was going to just get them taken in, because many people said they just were ignored after and never received a refund or the jeans. They were being reposinsive so I thought maybe they are working on the customer service? Trying to better their business. So I followed the return center procedure. Sent my wrong order in on July 7th, return order #***. They received the jeans July 16th, but on my return order info on the return center it says they never received it. So I emailed them multiple times just asking if they received the wrong jeans I returned. No reply. Emailed again just asking if they could just tell me if they're ever coming. Nothing. At this point it has been almost 6 months of this. I have been patient and cordial, I don't understand why they won't even respond. I'm not asking for much, just a "hey! Yah sorry it'll be a few more months, but they are indeed coming!" But nothing? I'm so confused how this place is still in business? I read they're disclosures and it pretty much says we can take your money without any product. This is absolutely insane and at this point plain criminal. I will absolutely never order from this company again, not because of how long it's taking, but the lack of respect for their customers. I respect your time by waiting, the least you can do is respect mine. I've lost $85.54 to this. At this point I just paid to wait and stress about nothing. I don't think I'll ever get my jeans or see my money again. I'm hoping this will help in some way, because it's far too late to get it back from my credit card company.
At this point I don't even know, I just want a response on when my jeans are coming or just a refund? I think that's more then fair.

I wish I could give this business zero stars. The orders never arrive (it's been 5 months) and customer service has no explanations. Don't waste your time! You won't receive your order anyway.
Requested to exchange 2 pairs of jeans, Revice approved this. I mailed the jeans in MONTHS ago, and have not received new jeans or reimbursement.

I asked my daughter to email the company in December (after Christmas) as the jeans were supposed to be a surprise. She emailed Revice multiple times and received no response from them.
Jan. 13, 2018- Revice sent me a "generic" email stating "thanks for your patience". Nothing else regarding my order.
Feb. 14, 2018: Revice sent message stating that 1 of my items (Ziggy jeans) had been sent.
Feb. 15, 2018: I received 1 pr (Ziggy jeans). I emailed the company and asked them when I would be receiving the 2nd pair.
Feb. 21, 2018: Revice sent email stating that Sunset Bells jeans were on their way.
Feb. 22, 2018: My daughter indicated she needed to exchange both pairs of jeans as they were too small. Apparently this brand runs quite small. We reached out to Revice and requested a return number. We received a return request #*** from Revice indicating that they were in the process of approving our request for return. Almost immediately we received another email from them with instructions on how and where to return jeans for exchange.
Feb. 24, 2018: Revice communicated that the 2nd pair of jeans, Sunset Bells were sent for delivery to us. A bit later on this same day, they sent another email indicating we should have received the jeans.
March 20, 2018:
1st email - Revice sent me a confirmation email stating that they had received the 2 pairs of jeans I sent in for exchange.
2nd email- Same day, Revice sent a 2nd email stating that they were sending out my order and furnished me with a new order number #***.
3rd email - Same day, Revice stated that my exchange had been approved for #***.
March 21, 2018: Revice send me "generic" email thanking me for my purchase.
March 21, 2018: I email Revice asking if they've received my previous emails and if they could get back to me or my daughter.
April 15, 2018: I email Revice again asking if they are either going to send me the larger pair of both jeans (Size 26s) or are they going to refund me at this point as I've not received anything so far (regarding exchange).
3May2018- Revice finally emailed me stating my order was on its way, 2 jeans both Size 26.

To date, I have not received either pair of the jeans nor a refund. I've not heard anything from Revice.
I'm seeking a full refund for the 2 pairs of jeans I purchased for my daughter. I've not received the jeans, so since it's taken about 10 months to get anything out of this company, a full refund is required at this time. I do not want store credit as it's useless to purchase anything from them given that their customer support is basically absent. Emails go unanswered, no physical address to visit, and no phone number provided by the company.

My original order was placed early December 2017. It has been 10 months, and we still don't have the product in our hands. I know the policy states no refunds are given by the company, however, after 10 months of waiting, we no longer want this product. We ask for a full refund, as the timeframe is absolutely unacceptable. If the company was not well equipped with providing product to the client a timely manner, then they should not have committed to taking the order. If they were running months behind, they should have alerted the client so that client could have made an educated decision whether or not to purchase the items. The only answer acceptable at this time is a full refund.
I ordered jeans on July 6th 2018. They still have not shipped. It is September 7th. If the jeans dont fit I will have to exchange them because they are not applicable for return. I fear that process would be a 6 month deal! 0 customer service a total scam.
Never received online order
I placed an online order with Revice denim about two weeks ago. My credit card was charge and I never received a confirmation email. I have been trying to email and get in contact with them for the past week with no luck. I just want my product to be delivered and for them to respond to my emails. Most businesses will not charge your credit card before shipping out the order. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
I would like them to contact me about my order and ship me my order that I have already paid for.
I have contacted them via email multiple times about my product that was supposed to ship OVER A MONTH AGO. I've only received one email back.
My step father placed an order for my bday on jeans that were supposed to ship out the week of July 28th. It is now September 6th and I haven't received my jeans. EVERY time I email them, if I get a response, I hear "they'll ship out within the next two weeks." It has been OVER a MONTH of when they should've shipped. The customer service is horrible considering they've replied to maybe 1 of my 3 emails this week. And NOTHING is being done to get my jeans to me. I expect my jeans to be shipped by tomorrow or this weekend with some compensation of how horrible this company has been handling my situation.
I want my item shipped tomorrow and rush shipped along with a compensation or other items free. I will not shop with this company again if I do not get this worked out by TOMORROW.

Pre-order dates are listed on our website as estimates under the product descriptions. These custom orders can take several weeks to fulfill. We do our best to provide accurate estimates, on our website, when pre-order items will arrive to our warehouse.

I am reaching out because I would like to reopen my case. After the businesses original response, they had shipped out my item but did not include my name on the package. Due to that, my university had it returned to sender. Since then I have emailed them several times and only received two responses, two weeks ago. I will attache those emails to this. I was told I would have them shipped in two weeks or sooner which would be shipped today, but I have no emails from them or tracking numbers sent to me in the past two weeks.
In the emails provided, you can see the last time I spoke with them was 10/16/2018 and the shipping number in that email is the OLD one showing it was returned to them which I already knew, per their labeling mistake.
Please help me either get my shipment or my money back.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I ordered a skirt 4 MONTHS ago, and I have still not received it. When I placed the order, the item was not on back order, so I expected to receive it in a timely manner. I have emailed them numerous times, and have only received a few answers. Each time they tell me they are so sorry, and that the item will ship out next week. They have said this for four months now. This is actually insane. I paid for this item four months ago and I still don't have it! I just wish they would at least be honest with me and tell me when they actually expect it to send out. Instead, they keep giving me some *** response saying how it's sending next week. I can't believe that this is an actual business and they operate like this. Once I get this item (if I ever do) I will never order anything from them ever again. There are sooo many other stores with similar items, that actually send out their products once a customer pays for it.
I've ordered 3 pairs I've rthe last year, had many issues.
First off they take at least 4 months to finally get your order, and they don't respond fully to emails u til weeks and sometimes a month later. I ordered the black mon amores which are cute, however size larger than the rest of the jeans, and get this, burn my skin when exposed to the sun!!! BURN! It lasted 2 days!
Second, the blue divisions I ordered were not the same as advertised with very little difference in the wash, making it way less dramatic irl then online.
They don't allow comments about these issues on their Instagram page and will delete if you mention these things for other consumers to consider.
Blocking comments, not responding, and passifying *** with ' out premium denim is just so fabulous we can't keep up with our made to order jeans, is ***.
Production issues, 'premium denim' that burns your skin when sun exposer happens, and 5 month wait times makes this a risky purchase.
I purchased items from Revice denim and have yet to receive them. When I contacted Revice denim, I received no reply.
I ordered items from Revice denim a month ago. The items said they would ship by August the 22nd but I have yet to receive them. I have contacted Revice denim SIX times and have heard nothing from them. I am beyond upset about not being able to get in contact with a sales representative and now I am not even looking forward to receiving the items. I am not certain if I'll ever receive the jeans but have already been changed for them. Either I will be receiving my jeans within the next few weeks or I best be getting a full refund because this is absolutely ridiculous.
I demand to receive the items I pay for ASAP or I want a full refund.
I wish I could put zero stars... This company is awful. I made the mistake of taking the risk and ordering before googling reviews... BEWARE!!! I have opened 2 Paypal Resolution Cases because they took my money even before shipping anything out. I still have not received a pair of jeans from my original order on June 5th, it is now Sept. 4th. I was forced to "exchange" an item because it didn't fit and they don't allow refunds. Never got a confirmation that they received my exchange, even though I tracked it and it was delivered back to them on Aug 2nd. So now I don't have jeans, nor my money... I'm disgusted that this company is even allowed to exist. They tell you that their products are highly customized, so they take so long to produce... I call BS. I've owned a company and if your item is THAT customized and unique, then you do everything in your power to make sure your customers have the best shopping experience to go along with their "highly custom made product." FYI, these jeans come in cheap clear plastic bags, nothing about them is "highly custom." It's not even worth it to try contacting them, you'll just get radio silence.
Wish I could give ZERO Stars to REVICE Denim. I ordered a pair of jeans July 9th (2 months ago) and paid in full the day I purchased them. It is now September and I still haven't received my denim. I was really excited about my jeans but now I am starting to worry that I was scammed and won't be getting them (I have e-mailed and dm'ed REVICE multiple times and have gotten no replies). DO NOT ORDER FROM REVICE THEY ARE A SCAM - most places wait to charge your card until the product ships out but they charged my card immediately (how convenient) and I have not received any jeans after months.
I ordered a skirt 3 weeks ago for my daughter to bring to her during Family weekend in college. I have never received any shipping notification and they have not returned my e-mails. Their telephone mailbox is full, surely because of the hundreds of unhappy customers. They charged my CC right away, most companies don't charge your card until the merchandise ships . After reading all of these comments, I have chosen to dispute this transaction, because even if they do ever ship the skirt, it would arrive too late. Who wants to order and pay for something that shows up several months later?? Worst company ever!!!
Giving them 1 star is honestly a mistake. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced with a company. it takes 5-10 days to get a response on any type of email I send AND it has been over 3 months since I placed an order with them and I still do not have the product. I received a confirmation email that the item had shipped a week after my purchase only to find out 3 weeks later after begging for some response, it was out of stock and they were waiting on their stockist to get more. It has been the same back and forth for months now, and they refuse to give me my money back. Do not buy from this company. Because its hard to even call them a company at all.
Order 2 pairs of jeans over a month ago and asked for an exchange. They issued me a gift card that is not vaild. I wrote multiple e-mails and DM's.
Purchased 2 pair of jeans July 17 or 18 2018 and spent around $130. I originally e-mailed the day after I placed the order to cancel one of the pairs and never got a reply. I received both pairs a few weeks later and e-mailed to exchange the jeans for a different size and also wrote a note with my exchange. I sent it in and received a gift card with the original amount I spent. I tried re ordering with the gift card code and it says that the gift card code is no longer available. I've sent multiple e-mails and Instagram messages for 2 months now and yet to have a response. At this point I just want a full refund not store credit.
I want a full refund issued to be inform of VISA not store credit. I do not want to have to wait another 2 months to even get my jeans and have to deal with this company again.

Revice finally responded to my multiple e-mails after 2 months. I explained what happened and the results I wanted, but the person responding seemed like she wasn't reading my e-maila thoroughly. Took another 2 weeks to get 1 pair of jeans and still have no recieved the refund check from the other pair of jeans that they said they would send. Now again, they are not responding to my e-mails. I get they are a small business but if they want to continue being a "business" they should definitely get their customer service team on track. Over 2 months to respond to an e-mail is ridiculous.
Now we'll see how long it takes to get my refund or see if I ever even get it.

They must have an automated response to all emails, because I have contacted them at least 4 times in the past 2 months waiting on a pair of shorts. They are the WORST online store. I am a frequent online shopper and I can't describe to people enough how *** this company is. Who knew getting products out to your customers was the hardest job in the world. DO NOT PURCHASE DENIM FROM THIS COMANY. There are so much better companies out there with quality denim. I'll stick to purchasing from Urban Outfitters.
One of the worst online shopping experiences ever. Didn't receive my order for 3 months (when they said it would be shipping in 1-2 weeks) and only after sending multiple emails (many of which went unanswered). Finally received the jeans and while super cute, they were TINY. I am in the process of trying to exchange them but am afraid I just sent them back and will never get a refund or an exchange. My tracking says they received my return weeks ago, but I have yet to get any sort of confirmation from Revice (despite multiple emails). Just avoid this company and save yourself a headache. I'm pretty sure I just threw $70 down the toilet.
Completely being ignored by Revice after placing an order. 1. My order was placed almost 5 months ago. 2. Still have not received any shipping confirmation. 3. No one at Revice has reached back out to the almost 5 emails sent regarding my order. I understand small business patience but this company is completely SCAMMING.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I never write bad reviews but I needed to make an exception for this. I ordered my shorts 2 months ago and have received no updates. I emailed them 12 days ago and they haven't responded, I messaged them on Instagram and even commented on an Instagram post asking them to contact me and they DELETED the comment and didn't get back to me. I wish I would've seen these reviews before hand. As everyone else is saying... don't bother!!!
