While I did find RGO's online resume tool to be of help and a time saver, it was the unfortunate lack of monitoring the recurring monthly charge of $and inability of tracking my actual activity while logged into the account and using services, that suddenly, months later I find the recurring charge continues monthly on my credit card billing invoice Shame on me for not being more diligent and cancelling by end of the 2nd month, however, when speaking to their customer service department, their negative response and accusatory demeanor, was enough to indicate they really don't rely on customer loyalty Instead, their revenue is a result of hoping you will easily overlook and forget the recurring charge each month
Avoid using this service if you can avoid and instead, use a resume service that charges a one-time fee or offers better options
Last, had I checked this company with the Revdex.com website first, I would have made an alternate decision, particularly as the company is not Revdex.com acredited and has a list of consumer complaints

RGO Genius is a fraud. After a supposedly free trial, I was charged for 5 months consecutively, even after cancelling the trial THE SAME DAY. They provide no feedback or support, nor answer any calls. Be aware of this total scam!

I was under the impression that I was paying a one time fee to create my resume. Months later I logged onto my credit card history to see that they charged me an additional 40$ months down the road. I contacted customer support and told them I thought it was a one time fee and that I haven't used the service in months and asked for my money back. They responded by basically telling me tough luck and no refund will be given.

It was a trick to sign up this way. It does not tell you when you sign up that you will be automatically charged. It only tells you that you will be charge 1.95 for a 14 day trial period. If you would like to continue to use the service after 30 days you can sign up to pay the 39.95. I did not choose this option. Its not fair and businesses should not be allowed to "trick" people into buying their products. I feel I deserve my money refunded. I used it the first 7 days and assumed that I wouldn't have an issue. It's completely un-ethical. I wish I would have read the reviews online, this is not the first time they have done this to people, and I am sure it will not be the last. However they would like to put their trickery into words, they robbed me of 39.95. I assume that I will never get my hard earned money back, even though I used their website because I lost my job and needed a quick resume reference. So basically not only did they rob me, they robbed me of my last few dollars that I had to basically live on until I could find employment. Even though I explained that to them they have no remorse. I guess criminals never do.
