It looks like the business is avoiding a bad grade by being passive about the situationThey offered to email with me about matters surround this, but I can only imagine that they will put the same copy and paste response as in every other complaintThey are trying to trick the consumer into thinking that they are being helped, therefore causing the consumer to "accept" the response, which gives them a better gradeIn turn, they don't help the consumer in email conversations
