The customer will continue to have access to all of the features of our website until the next month at which time the access will be limited to the features of our Lite Account or Free Account. To download a digital copy of the resume for free they have the option to choose the TEXT format which will not require them to make any payments. However, all other services require a payment as stated above and according to our Terms of Use. No additional charges will be levied against their credit card as long as the account remains canceled. Should they reactivate the account, the credit card will be charged accordingly. When the customer purchased the account we provided instructions on how to cancel, along with the specific date and time at which the billing cycle would take place. We informed that it needed to be canceled on a timely manner. We recognize that the account is now cancelled, however, the cancellation came after the billing cycle had already occurred. The information regarding our Subscription Service is NOT in fine print and can be located in our Terms of Use, Plan Comparison, Sales Receipt, Plan Information and Alerts. I found this site online and spent the initial $40 to help me format my resume. Months later I logged into my credit card account and noticed at they were charging me $40/month every month since I used the service. I think that the site is a total scam. Why would someone need to pay monthly for a one-time resume format? I contacted customer service and was given a very robotic response. Not helpful at all. You could see that I used the site only one day but was charged hundreds of dollars. I would have referred so many people to this site had they responded more professionally to me. This business will not last if they don't manage customer service better. Referrals grow your business- and they will not be getting any from me.

Problem:
I only wanted to use the trial program but it automatically turned into a monthly subscription without notifying me so I ended up having to pay for the subscription fee when I did not use the website at all. Also, I called the customer service within 12 hours I was charged, but they said because of their strict policy they cannot give me a refund. This is outrageous and numerous other people have experienced the same thing and feel the same way as I do. You should really take this matter into concern and actually find an ethical way to make profit.
