This is clearly a generic response instead of looking over my complaint and giving a response according to my complaint. In my first complaint I specifically stated that I did go in and cancel it right after I made my purchase and I never received a confirmation email saying so because they do not provide and email receipts for purchases either, secondly I never cancelled it myself a representative whom was rude went ahead before I could even say anything and cancelled it so that it could show that I canceled way after I was being charged. What he did was misleading and a violation of my rights.
They keep stating their terms but I am well aware of them and aware I canceled my account but it turns out it really wasn't canceled. They have full control of the website so why wouldn't it cancel when I initially do so?? That is fraud and we can address this in small claims court. I have a witness that I did go in and cancel the account the day I downloaded and paid for the first resume. Therefore I'm willing to prove my case even with ResumeGenius being deceiving fraudulent.
