I am sorry but we cannot assist the customer further. We already provided a one month refund as a courtesy.
 
This is acknowledgement that we worked with the customer to provide an amicable resolution since she had no proof of cancellation.
 
The customer stated she was fine with getting a refund, She understood the fact that the subscription was not canceled on time and that we provided partial credit.

The customer will continue to have access to all of the features of our website until the next month or annual subscription expires at which time the access will be limited to the features of our Lite Account or Free Account.To download a digital copy of the resume for free they have the option to choose the TEXT format which will not require them to make any payments. However, all other services require a payment as stated above and according to our Terms of Use. No additional charges will be levied against their credit card as long as the account remains canceled. Should they reactivate the account, the credit card will be charged accordingly.When the customer purchased the account we provided instructions on how to cancel, along with the specific date and time at which the billing cycle would take place. Revdex.com: The main concern for my complaint is that this online website is not working properly. Original after we used the service on the 9th of May I did in fact cancel my subscription. The website brought me to a different page that had confirmed that my subscription has ended, So in my defense the website must have a bug in its system. The only reason I am complaining about it now is because I saw the charges from this website in my bank statement. Also I did tell the company that they must have a flaw in there online website, They did not care about my concern and told me I needed proof in which I could not provide because the website had failed to send my an e-mail. I would hope that in the future this company be evaluated for any mistakes so that nobody else has to suffer these ridiculous standards of business. On an another note. This site clams to have a 14 day "FREE" trial. In reality they charge your card the moment that you make your first resume. Sounds kind of sketchy when you claim to be 14 day "FREE" and yet they charge you anyway. I understand that there may be a fine print, but when it is advertised this way. It is false advertisement and very unprofessional for any business.

Again they have not addressed the underlying issue of I have not used their service for the 2 months I was charged all they do is just give you the legal verbatim. In a way this feels like robbery and I am not alone in this matter. Why can a business charge you for a service that you don't know you have and when you find out about it why is it ok to say sorry, but our terms say you have to pay us no matter what legally. For what? I did not use the site because I did not know I could or that I was paying for it. I guess what I am getting at is that it feels like their terms and conditions are a way for them to continue what they have been doing in ast complaints to rip off their client base. I have never encountered a business that was not OK with returning money for something you didn't use. For example did not know I had amazon prime called them up and they refunded me since I never used their service, it took 5 mins. I feel like this is how they make their money and and they use there terms and conditions to deny people fair treatment. If this was a respectable woman they wouldn't mind returned money for someone who didn't use the service, because they didn't do anything to earn the money.

 This is the same old crap they told me when I called them in response of the over charge. There was nothing that said any charges that they are saying. I told them that when I called. This is not correct and I will settle for nothing but a refund for the over charged service. If I have to contact the Ky Attorney Generals Office I will. This is really sad that this Company thinks everyone is so dumb that they can charge whatever they want.

Resume Genius saved my life. Although most people like myself know the kind of information that goes into the resume (contact information, work experience, education, etc.) but I am not sure how to style my resume. This is when Resume Genius comes in handy, all I have to do is put in the information and the builder will come up with formatting and style, I can even choose different styles. You guys are amazing.
