I hope that my complaint when added to the many, many other complaints out there about Resume Genius will help people learn to avoid this company for the plague that it is If they had refunded me the amount they fraudulently charged, I would have been a satisfied customer - because I only used their service the first day of two into the day "free" trial *note, it wasn't really free, they charged for that! If nothing else, their ridiculous claim that they can't refund me at least for the last month when I finally saw the fraud because their "billing cycle" had already been processed is proof that they are a scam, fraud, and malicious company I hope to some day enjoy reading about their company being sued for every penny and more for the pain and suffering they have caused numerous "clients."
